- The Holocaust Educational Trust (HET) work to educate every person from every background in the UK about the Holocaust and its contemporary relevance. We believe that the Holocaust must have a permanent place in our nation’s collective memory. We work across the UK, providing a wide range of educational programmes.
- Over the course of our history, we have created and delivered innovative and meaningful learning experiences – teaching young people about the Holocaust and ensuring that our educational initiatives have a long term and positive impact on the people we reach. In June 2024, we launched Testimony 360: People and Places of the Holocaust, after several years of research and development.
- HET is looking for outstanding Educators to deliver our brand-new school programme, Testimony 360: People and Places of the Holocaust. Testimony 360 is an immersive, interactive digital education programme that combines eyewitness testimony with virtual site-based learning to offer students an unforgettable learning experience. Students use laptops and VR headsets throughout the lesson, so educators delivering the programme need to be confident and comfortable using this technology as part of their teaching (training will be provided).
- The successful candidates will come from a teaching background and will work with a dynamic education team that is at the heart of our mission to educate people from every background across the country about the Holocaust. The successful candidate will be able to undertake national travel, to and from schools, to deliver the sessions.

The Purpose of the Role
The External Relations (ER) department includes private fundraising, marketing & communications and advocacy. ER’s goal is to mobilize external audiences to raise funding to meet core organization needs deliver programs that support our clients to recover and gain control of their lives; influence policy changes to improve outcomes for our clients; and build and grow our global brand.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a vital role in supporting ER to advance our ambitious global strategy. The FP&A team (1) is a strategic finance partner to leadership and ER teams (2) leads revenue modelling and budget development (3) provide insights and analysis to support decision making on funding decisions and critical initiatives. ER’s FP&A team sits within the Business Operations and Analytics unit, the backbone of the ER department which provides best-in-class strategy, financial planning, analytics, and operational support. The FP&A Senior Analyst will also be an integral part of IRC’s broader Finance organization. The Senior Analyst, FP&A, will be assigned a portfolio of ER teams. This role requires strong project management, the ability to drive projects from end to end, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the commitment to deliver high quality results at a fast pace
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead financial planning, reporting and analysis projects, with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain robust revenue and expense models
- Generate insights on performance, track progress and identify risks and opportunities to meet target
- Provide strategic decision making support on critical initiatives, including the development of business cases
- Develop a strong command of data and systems that enable FP&A delivery (e.g. Power BI, Integra, Salesforce)

Big Green Heart is looking for a trainer to help expand our practitioner base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with teaching experience to use their professional skills in the charity sector in the vitally important area of mental health. Accredited practitioners may charge for their own practice, working with individuals or in partnership with schools, churches, and community projects. They will practice under license from Big Green Heart.
The role of the trainer is to teach and train practitioners in the methodology of Big Green Heart and to bring individuals through to accreditation. This will be done regionally and online.
It is hoped that the trainer will continue to oversee the developing work of the practitioners in a mentoring role, either individually or in groups, whether in person or online. This will be an evolving role developed in partnership with the Founder/CEO.
Key information
FT / PT: Part time
Salary: £30,000 - £35000/ year, pro rata depending on experience
Hours: Circa 16 hours per week; the hours will be flexible and may include evenings and weekends
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata

The Role
We are now recruiting a Charity Administrator to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This remote, UK-based role will involve occasional in-person meetings and offers a unique opportunity to shape the operational foundations of a start-up charity from the ground up.
In this role, you will support the formal registration of the charity with the Charity Commission, helping to draft key documents and establish essential policies and procedures.
