About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Coordinator to support our care teams in delivering a high-quality family support service in the region, working with families and professionals to ensure the families we support have access to the services they need.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager and working in partnership with health, education, and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for sourcing practical goods and services in the region, applying for grants and benefits, as well as working with other charities or community providers to obtain goods, equipment or funds for families that Rainbow Trust do not provide directly.

In September 2024, National Numeracy launched a new ‘Schools & Families’ programme to support Primary School staff, parents and carers in increasing pupils’ confidence with numbers, positive feelings about maths, and awareness of the value of maths outside of the classroom. About the role

Key Responsibility
Support the Research Centre Manager, Senior Research Lead, and Head of Research in:
Events Administration
- Attend meetings, take and circulate notes on event planning and preparation.
- Assist the Research Centre Manager, Senior Research Lead, Head of Research, and all other event-hosting staff with: coordinating Calls for Papers; liaising with speakers and collaborators; providing administration for all aspects of events planning.
- Book travel and accommodation for external speakers (and VIP attendees); attend any related invoices and ensure prompt payment of the same.
- Book venues and prepare rooms for conferences, seminars, and all other Research Centre events, e.g. arrange furniture, set up refreshments.

The Research Events Coordinator plays a central role in the organisation's mission to build a world-leading Research Centre. We are delighted to be supporting a London-based higher education institution in their search for a temporary Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Central London for an initial period of 3-months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys creating welcoming, engaging spaces for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, including students, alumni, and staff.
- Taking pride in the space by conducting daily walkarounds and ensuring it remains clean, organised, and inviting.
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, helping to deliver a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to support collaborative working and a positive atmosphere.
- Promoting health and safety and equality policies in line with institutional standards.
- Supporting ad hoc tasks and contributing to the smooth running of the space.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Experience in a customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences.
