The Programme Manager role
Due to the continued expansion and sustainability of our programmes, we are seeking a new team member to support our next period of growth into the 2025-2026 academic year.
You will be a consumate account manager to support our skills and employability programmes designed in partnership with industry. You will work collaboratively with our corporate and industry partners to support teachers and students in schools and further education institutions access a range of TTF educational programmes.

*Hybrid working
This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home and will join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. These days are considered commuting days. Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. As a Caseworker, you will provide direct, trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.
This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 6 AM to 8 PM. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the Thames Valley region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.
- Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.
- Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans
- Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones
- Liaising with professionals, including police officers, Family Liaison Officers, mental health services, coroners, GPs, and other support organisations.
- Advocating for victims within medical, legal, and social services to ensure their voices are heard.
- Providing support through multiple channels, including in-person, remote calls, video chats, and messaging, depending on service user preferences.
- Completing safeguarding assessments and escalating concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
- Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with data protection policies.
- Engaging in external clinical supervision to manage personal resilience and well-being.
- Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Objective:
2wish exists to provide support to anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under.
Aims:
- Ensure every Emergency Department and Critical Care unit has a suitable bereavement suite
- Ensure that bereavement boxes are available at each of these hospitals
- Ensure that immediate bereavement support is available for all affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
- Provide a professional counselling service and other therapies for those affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
- Provide support to individuals who witness the sudden death of a child or young person
- Provide support and training to professionals from any sector who may be affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
- To advocate and campaign on behalf of suddenly bereaved families
2wish Cymru and 2wish:
2wish has been established since 2012 and has grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.
We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under in Wales. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of the families, so they don’t have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
Context of role:
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We provide immediate casework support, as well as ongoing services including counselling, complementary therapies, play therapy, coffee mornings, support events and a respite cottage.
As we continue to expand our services across England the successful candidate will play a central role in the ongoing development of our relationships with stakeholders. Initiative and drive play an integral part of ensuring our professional stakeholders remain engaged and champion our service to those we support. The post holder will provide immediate and ongoing emotional and practical support to families, friends, witnesses and professionals affected by the sudden death of a child or young adult.
Main duties:
Service:
- To initiate immediate support for a caseload of families whose children and young people aged 0- 25 have died suddenly and unexpectedly across the county you reside in and bordering counties
- To contact all families within 24-48 hours of the referrals by telephone
- Complete an initial assessment of families' needs to identify and plan the support as required in line with safeguarding and risk reduction
- Offer emotional support and advice to a case load of families through home visits and ongoing weekly telephone calls
- To liaise with the Counselling Support and Outreach Coordinator, who is responsible for organising formal support such as counselling, complementary therapy or play therapy, subject to consent from the bereaved individual
- To work with hospital staff, GP’s, police officers, coroner offices, mental health teams and other healthcare professionals to raise awareness of and promote referrals into the charity from the county you reside in and bordering counties
- To liaise with other professionals working alongside the family to provide a holistic and multiagency approach to support
- Attend relevant forums within the area
- To deliver awareness training in hospitals and other healthcare settings, schools and workplaces on the use of the bereavement boxes, the services we offer, ho to refer into the charity and bereavement awareness

- To be responsible for organising own work agenda, time management and administration

About the role
We’re looking for a Associate Director of Brand & Marketing Communications with excellent brand, marketing and digital experience at a leadership level to lead our Brand and Marketing Communications Team.
You'll provide inspirational leadership to a key team at the heart of our organisation. You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of our brand, marketing and digital strategies. We are seeking a confident communicator that can help us to tell our story and our impact better, so that historic churches across the UK can stay open and in use.
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will manage our social media accounts and their content, as well as support the charity’s newsletters and press activity. This is a multidisciplinary role; we’re looking for someone that has graphic design knowledge as well as copywriting experience.

Job Purpose:
To provide operational management of the Substance Misuse Through-the-Gate (SMTTG) programme, which supports Lambeth and Southwark women in custody and their transition back into the community. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the service is delivered to a high standard by line managing staff, developing strong partnerships with prisons and recovery services, and fostering a culture of quality, learning, and accountability.
The post holder will also hold a caseload, working directly with women in custody to support them into community services. They will provide robust Through-the-Gate (TTG) support on release and continue to work with women in the community for up to six months to ensure a smooth transition and sustainable recovery.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Lead the operational management of the Substance Misuse TTG programme, ensuring high-quality, trauma-responsive support for women impacted by the criminal justice system
- Manage and develop staff to foster a strong, inclusive, and reflective team culture
- Deliver direct support to women, ensuring a trauma-informed and person-centred approach
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders in prisons and the community to strengthen partnerships and share expertise

- Manage Raystede’s Google Adwords, SEO, PPC and all digital advertising.
- Act as a point of expertise and support for the digital marketing function for the whole charity and build relationships across all teams.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you are:
- Creative and well-organised with experience in digital communications and marketing.
- An excellent project manager who can co-ordinate various campaigns and projects at the same time.
- Have expertise in email marketing.
- Can generate, edit, publish and share exciting and compelling content to support Raystede’s work.
- Have analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating digital activity and campaigns
- Have a great eye for detail and design, copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Can build good relationships with influencers, agencies and suppliers.
- And, of course, have a love for animals and a passion to raise awareness of the importance of their care and welfare.
