Screen Share is the UK’s leading refugee digital inclusion charity. We invest in the digital capability of refugees and people seeking asylum by providing the tools, training and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work and community life. Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Our 2026–2030 strategy commits us to scaling our impact to reach 5,000 refugees across the UK every year, embedding refugee leadership, and ensuring Screen Share is an effective and sustainable full-service digital inclusion service for refugees for as long as needed. 

This role is funded for 1 year with the high likelihood that funding will continue beyond the grant period. We are also awaiting a response for 2 significant funding applications which will expand the programme. 

Personal Profile

This is a leadership role at a pivotal moment in Screen Share’s journey. The role is funded to deliver our current Digital Skills programme, with a strong focus on quality, impact and evaluation. At the same time, we are awaiting the outcome of several significant funding applications. If successful, these will enable us to expand the programme quickly, positioning the postholder as the Head of a national digital skills programme with a larger team and greater leadership remit.

You will be a dynamic and strategic leader, passionate about digital inclusion and refugees. You bring structured programme management (clear processes, monitoring & evaluation, budget oversight) combined with empathy, cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate others. You will be excited

You will also represent Screen Share externally, building partnerships with corporates, councils and charities, raising the profile of refugee digital inclusion nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design and strategic direction of our Digital Skills programme, Ensure the service we are providing is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with Screen Share’s 2026–2030 strategy.

• Oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of refugees looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plan’s and journeys through Digital Champions 

• Recruite, coordinate and support our digital champions and staff to provide high-quality online and in-person classes, 1:1 support and effective sign-posting

• Maintain oversight of multiple Screen Share digital skills projects delivered over multiple locations. 

• Trial innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is most effective 

• Produce clear, data-centered programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners 

• Embed continuous learning and client reflections into programme design and improvement.
   

People & Volunteers

• Recruit, train and support Digital Champions and volunteers in a trauma-informed way

• Line-manage staff kindly and calmly as the team grows

• Embed refugee leadership and lived experience in programme design, delivery and iteration
   

Partnerships & Fundraising

• Support our Outreach team in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our corporate, charity and government partners 

• Represent Screen Share to external stakeholders including corporates and charity partners with professionalism and credibility.

• Explain and facilitate our Digital Skills employee engagement package for corporates and businesses in a safe and professional manner

• Collect and report detailed programmatic data and case studies for fundraising bids and corporate partnership proposals.
   

Finance, Safeguarding & Compliance

• Hold accountability for the Digital Skills programme budget, reporting regular updates to the CEO 

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding and H&S policies.

• Oversee the prompt and accurate reporting of safeguarding incidents to Screen Share’s DSL, and contribute to the development of our safeguarding as an essential element of our work
   

Personal Specification

Essential

• Significant experience in charity programme management, with a strong preference for experience in the digital inclusion, adult education or refugee support sector

• Proven ability to manage teams of staff and volunteers from a diverse range of backgrounds

• Experience working directly with refugees/asylum seekers OR deep expertise in digital inclusion and commitment to learning from refugee experience.

• Strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills and experience

• Financial management experience (budgets, reporting).

• Experience supporting fundraising through impact reporting and case studies.

• Experience managing, training and motivating staff and volunteers.

• Excellent relationship-building skills across sectors.

• Strategic thinker with strong organisational and collaborative skills.

About the role

As Senior Caseworker, you will provide first and second-tier specialist advice and casework support on a range of welfare benefits issues. You will manage a caseload of complex cases and will take cases to the First-tier Tribunal. Issues we commonly advise on include PIP, LCWRA and Universal Credit.

You will also offer guidance to our Pro-bono Project volunteers on their appeals cases, review cases and submissions to ensure accuracy and quality, and deliver training to PBP project volunteers. You will contribute to the work of the policy team, sharing expertise, insights and evidence.

About you

You will have significant experience as a welfare rights advisor and possess in-depth knowledge of welfare benefits legislation, case law, and procedures, including challenges to decisions and representation at tribunals. You will have at least five years' experience delivering welfare benefits advice on a range of issues and have substantial experience of representing clients at the First-tier Tribunal. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a commitment to working with communities who are marginalised and underserved.

With a passion for helping people to overcome poverty, you will have the ability to interview, advise, and work with service users empathetically. You will have a commitment to working in an anti-poverty charity that sees Policy & Influencing and Advice work as complimentary and integrated components of its strategy to eradicate poverty. Identifying and highlighting social policy issues and trends arising out of your advice and casework you will help inform our policy influencing and campaigning.

The EMHIP (Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme) Mobile Hub Support Worker has been co-designed with individuals with lived experience of mental health care to provide direct, person-centred support to individuals in their local communities.

The Croydon BME Forum and Asian Resource Centre Croydon, in partnership with South West London Integrated Care System (SWL ICS) and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) are working together to address the ethnic inequalities in health and social care through the Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme (EMHIP). One of the key interventions of EMHIP is the implementation of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub. This is a mobile, all age, whole family hub service, delivered within both faiths based and community-based organisations.

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub team will be a dedicated team of experienced, culturally aware support workers and clinical staff embedded in the community to provide services to all local residents, but with a specific focus on BAME communities. This team will be based in different locations across the borough, working within BAME communities, alongside faith groups and existing wellbeing hubs in Croydon.

Job Summary

The Mobile Hub Team Support Worker is a skilled, knowledgeable, and empathetic person, who enjoys working with people, taking a person-centred approach. They must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an active setting, with people and professionals across the health and social care system. They will be practical, resilient, well organised and have excellent communication skills. 

As a Hub Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with the team, providing advice and practical help for local residents in need of mental health support or general well being/social support. You will work as part of a wider hub team, rotating between different community locations, providing one-to-one support, and making referrals to the team psychologist and secondary care services, as well as helping people to access other agencies and services, such as benefits, housing, debt services. You will work with the mobile hub team to offer wellbeing activities, including workshops as well working with primary care and collaborating with community services.

You will work in a variety of settings, including:

Main responsibilities

• Working closely with CBME Forum Mobile Hub Team Manager
• Support new referrals and offer a person-centred, wellbeing assessment that identifies their wellbeing difficulties and develops a plan to support positive mental and general wellbeing. 
• Ensure that staff resources are coordinated to provide cover being aware of the team’s work/life balance.
• Deliver one-to-one support to hub users and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the Hub Team Manager.
• Provide advice and information relating to Welfare Benefits, including Universal Credit and work with service users to assist them with claims, online assessments, including Work Capability Assessments, applications, form-filling and contacting agencies such as the Department of Work and Pensions and London Borough of Croydon Welfare Rights and Housing teams. 
• Provide basic housing advice.
• Provide general money and debt management advice. 
• Provide information on employment opportunities and training support for clients.
• Support colleagues within the Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub, with enquiries which relate to your specialist knowledge and experience e.g., in Universal Credit, Housing, Money or Debt Management, access to training, education or employment.

Title: Human Resources Lead.

Reports to: Head of Operations.

Responsible for: No direct reports at this time.

Employer: Norfolk Rivers Trust (NRT).

Location: Office at Bayfield near Holt with opportunity for flexible working. However, it is important that the role holder is able to build culture and employee experience and be demonstrably participative in office life and organisational culture development. Visits across Norfolk and surrounding catchments with mileage expenses £0.45 per mile.

Job term:  This is a permanent 0.6 FTE position. The appointment is subject to a six-month probationary period.

Hours of work: 22.5 hours over a minimum of three days between Monday and Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, for which time off in lieu can be taken. No overtime will be paid.

Annual leave entitlement: 25 days plus public holidays (pro rata for part time).

Salary: £36,874.00 - £41,019.00 (0.6 FTE) dependant on experience.

Pension: NRT offers a contributory pension scheme and will pay 9% of salary subject to 6% employee contribution.

About the HR Lead role

As Norfolk Rivers Trust’s first dedicated HR professional, the HR Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing effective people practices that align with the organisation’s culture, values, and strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Management Team and Line Managers, the HR Lead will offer expert guidance and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle.

This standalone, hands-on position requires a proactive self-starter who is confident in establishing new processes and adaptable to the needs of a small but growing organisation. The role is diverse and dynamic, ranging from advising managers on complex employee matters, enhancing recruitment practices, updating policies, to leading wellbeing initiatives.

Above all, the HR Lead will be instrumental in nurturing the Trust’s positive, values-driven culture, making it an exceptional place to work. Acting as the central point of contact for all people related matters, the HR Lead will also support the Senior Management Team in developing and delivering a long-term people strategy.

Although standalone, access to an external professional HR sounding board, HR advice and link to employment law advice will be available.

Key duties and responsibilities

HR Policy and Compliance

• Develop, implement, monitor and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring they comply with employment legislation and reflect best practice. 

• Ensure policies are communicated clearly and are accessible to all staff. 

• Regularly review policies to ensure alignment with the culture and strategic direction of the Trust. 

Employee Relations

• Provide guidance to managers on a range of employee relations matters including absence management, performance concerns, disciplinary and grievance processes, flexible working, and annual leave. 

• Ensure processes are legally compliant, fair, and consistent.

• Coordinate complex or sensitive employee relations casework in collaboration with line managers and external advisors where appropriate.

Line Manager Support

• Act as a key advisor to line managers, providing coaching, tools and resources to help them manage their teams effectively.

• Deliver training and guidance on key HR topics (e.g. performance management, recruitment best practice, probation and employee wellbeing).

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Manage the recruitment process, reviewing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, shortlisting applications, overseeing interview process.

• Ensure inclusive and equitable recruitment practices are followed. 

• Manage new starter onboarding, ensuring new starters have a positive and structured induction experience.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

• Oversee all HR administration, including issuing contracts, processing changes to employment and managing leavers. 

• Maintain accurate and up to date HR records and use NRT’s HR database to ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR requirements.

Performance and Development

• Coordinate the performance review process (including appraisal, probation and the annual staff survey), providing support to managers to ensure a consistent approach. 

• Develop and support the implementation of learning and development policy and initiatives, including career development plans and staff skills audits.

Systems and Payroll

· Implement and maintain a HR management system.

• Liaise with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary changes, benefits and statutory deductions to administer payroll and payroll records.

 HR Data and Reporting

• Produce HR data and reports (e.g. staff turnover, absence, diversity data) to feed into the management team and use data to make recommendations regarding future practice.

• Use HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving people management practices. 

Strategic HR Support

• Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation (e.g. workforce planning, reward, and staff engagement). 

• Promote and drive delivery of the Trust’s equity, diversity, and inclusion priorities, through advice monitoring and collaboration. 

• Work with Senior Management Team to contribute to and drive HR strategy development and implementation, including reward strategy, recruitment and selection strategies, talent and succession planning, alignment between HR strategy and business goals, supporting change management processes.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing

• Collaborate with designated health and safety leads to develop and implement systems and procedures to create a safe working environment, drawing on specialist advice as appropriate.

The Role – Individual Giving Assistant Manager

The Fundraising Department of Chester Zoo, a major wildlife charity, with a mission of Preventing Extinction works to secure income which contributes towards the delivery of our strategic development plan and ambitious conservation plan, helping to ensure nature can survive and thrive.

Reporting to the Fundraising & Philanthropy Lead and working with the wider Fundraising team, the Individual Giving Assistant Manager will lead on securing and managing small to medium donations from individuals. This includes our newly created Patron Scheme, multiple fundraising campaigns and all challenge events for the zoo (including Run for Nature).

We are looking for a proactive and conscientious individual who will take a data led approach to raise money in effective and creative ways, working with our Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Data and Insights Manager to identify patterns and drive donations through individual giving. They will also manage and drive revenue through onsite giving mechanisms including in-memory, naming opportunities and point of sale giving – all whilst helping to strengthen our supporter base and foster their long-term relationships with the zoo.

They will work across the organisation to support our team of conservationists and scientists at Chester Zoo to engage, train and support targets within our strategically important field, education and science led projects.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Fundraising Strategy: Help to develop and implement new plans to continue to grow our Individual Giving income led by the Fundraising & Philanthropy Lead
• Prospect Development: Work with our Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Data and Insights Manager to identify patterns in giving using data from our CRM and drive donations through appeals and public campaigns across the organisation
• Donor Cultivation and Stewardship: Develop an annual programme of stewardship and contact opportunities
• Campaigns: Develop and deliver engaging campaigns across multiple channels (direct mail, digital, email, on-site) aiming to grow a sustainable donor base. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using data to optimise and drive continuous improvement and donor retention
• Onsite Giving: Maximise onsite giving opportunities including naming around animal habitats and our newly installed Celebration Tree, alongside site wide donation boxes, point of sale items, round-up giving and contactless. Working with the Fundraising Administrator to include coordinating collections, reviewing messaging, reporting and identifying areas for improvement
• Event Management: Work across the organisation to create engagement and stewardship opportunities through events and experiences as the role requires
• Donor Stewardship: Keep accurate records on the database to include all communications, donor plans, pledges, proposals, gifts and restrictions. Our Requirements

• A demonstrable track-record in individual fundraising and/or high-level customer service
• Experience of using a database to manage and track donor gifts, relationships and pipeline
• The ability to create exciting and compelling fundraising campaigns across a range of different channels
• Skilled in managing and developing a portfolio of funders and meeting fundraising targets
• Experience in developing and building long-term donor relationships

The Role

As Executive Director, you will be the senior officer responsible for the strategic leadership, policy development, office and staff management, financial control, stakeholder relationships and Company Secretary duties. You will ensure delivery of annual work plans, contractual compliance and organisational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy, Research and Policy Development: Provide strategic direction, delivering CRER’s vision, aims and objectives; lead development and execution of strategy with staff and Board, setting policy, research and advocacy priorities.
• Governance and Operational Management: Act as Company Secretary; oversee OSCR compliance; support the Board’s duties through guidance and information; prepare annual budgets; ensure sound financial management; oversee management accounts and annual reports; maintain infrastructure and regulatory compliance; implement risk management; develop funding applications and tender responses.
• Staff Leadership and Development: Lead and line-manage a motivated team; maintain and apply the CRER Policies and Procedures Handbook consistently.
• Stakeholder Relations and Public Relations: Manage external relationships with BME organisations, third sector, government, funders, academia, and parliamentarians; represent CRER in strategic discussions, public events, media, and on social media platforms.
• Other Duties: Any additional tasks required for effective organisational functioning.

About the Role

We're looking for a Therapy Manager to join the team. Leading a team of trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the senior role is supporting wider than just direct delivery.

You will work closely with our community development team and criminal justice teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. Milton House is a 15-bed mixed-gender accommodation service in Islington, supporting adults facing multiple and complex challenges. With a small and dedicated staff team, we provide tailored casework to residents whose needs may include mental or physical health issues, substance use, histories of offending, or support with living skills and wider aspirations. Including but not exclusively, Health & Safety, Premises, Facilities, Vehicle
Management, and IT Services.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
 Act as the first point of contact for premises, facilities, IT and Estates
issues across all Weston Park Cancer Charity locations.
 Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining a secure and organised
premises and facilities, which ensure colleagues, volunteers and visitors
are safe and experience a welcoming environment.
 Support the Operations Manager in the successful delivery of the Annual
Operations plan.
 Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and take
minutes in operations-related working groups.
 Support with updating operational policies and procedures.
 Act as a Charity Data Protection Officer (DPO), alongside the Operations
Manager - following relevant training, to promote a strong GDPR culture.
 Assist in the coordination of charity vehicle fleet maintenance schedules
and provide breakdown response support.
 Assist in the control and coordination of the use of charity space and
assets, including liaising with contractors and Sheffield Teaching
Hospitals (STH) on relevant matters as required.
 Act as a designated keyholder, responsible for the opening and closing
procedure.
 Manage the operations shared email inbox.

Health & Safety
 Serve as the first point of contact for all Health & Safety matters,
including incidents and accidents, ensuring accurate recording and
reporting.
 Provide operational and administrative support on all Health & Safety
matters at our sites and external locations (including external events and
the Outreach Service, updating COSHH reports).
 Assist in the procurement, delivery and recording of mandatory staff
training needs.
 Help establish and maintain safe working practices and policies and
undertake basic risk assessments.

Workwear and equipment
 Act as the first point of contact for workwear and equipment requests;
including being responsible for issuing and returning stock, regular stock
checks and ordering stock as required.

Tech Support
 Serve as the first point of contact for general IT enquiries.
 Consult with IT consultants to ensure adherence to processes.
 Work with the Operations Manager to implement processes that
maintain the IT security score.
 Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including
software licenses, logins, and induction training.
 Serve as lead administrator for key operational software, such as Webex
phone system and Vatix Lone Worker App.

General Administrative Support & Development
 Handle general enquiries from staff, patients, and volunteers efficiently.
 Manage charity postal enquiries.
 Assist the Operations Manager with the procurement of stationery and
consumables.
 Assist the wider team with ad hoc work and undertake small projects
that support the charity's work. e.g. Events, Logistical and Tech Support.

Environmental Advocate
 Work with the Operations Manager to promote environmental
awareness and encourage the charity adopts a green approach (e.g.,
recycling, energy use, carbon footprint).
 Identify and implement actions to reduce environmental impacts, costs,
and/or increase income under the direction of the Operations Manager.

charity’s strategy and raising the profile of Weston Park Cancer Charity.
