About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legacy Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our legacy marketing programme.

Legacy gifts are our single largest source of voluntary income, with significant potential for growth. To recognise this, we have secured additional investment to help us engage, inspire and acquire new legacy supporters through multi-channel marketing activities.

Working closely with the Heads of Fundraising Campaigns and Individual Giving, you will develop strategies to raise awareness of gifts in Wills, reach new audiences and develop new supporter journeys to engage new and existing legacy pledgers and prospects with our research.

As a creative, innovative and data-led marketeer, you will develop and deliver our legacy fundraising programme with the support of your direct reports – the Legacy Marketing and Legacy Stewardship Officers – and the Digital Marketing and Fundraising Communications teams. 

You will also build important relationships with colleagues across the Development Office, including working with Philanthropy to promote legacy giving to their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing mix and work with your team to deliver exceptional campaigns and stewardship, to recruit, retain and engage our committed supporters. 

You will:

• Work with your Manager to devise and implement marketing and stewardship strategies to maximise legacy giving and engage with existing legacy pledgers. 
• Be responsible for using data and insights to innovate and maximise our legacy marketing campaigns to targeted audiences, and to develop, test and analyse new activities.
• Deliver legacy marketing campaigns that are fully integrated and cover the full marketing media mix (potentially including TV, email, direct mail / door drop, paid digital, events).
• Create inspiring copy and ensure that all campaigns, publications and materials fall within our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Undertake project management responsibilities required for the successful and timely delivery of multiple channel campaigns, in line with agreed strategies and annual plans.
• Be responsible for managing and the personal development of your team, to deliver their campaigns and activities, to agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the effective and timely delivery of campaigns and stewardship
• Develop new supporter journeys, tailored communications and events – to ensure legacy pledgers feel valued and stay engaged with our research.

About You

You’ll be passionate about using your experience in fundraising and marketing to make a difference to the lives of people with cancer, by creating inspiring multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively raise consideration for legacy giving and uncover new legacy prospects and legacy pledgers.

To be successful, you’ll need:  

• Proven experience of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and legacy fundraising

• Proven experience of delivering offline and online marketing campaigns

• Experience of leading and motivating internal and external stakeholders 

• Experience in monitoring, evaluating and analysing complex campaigns to improve performance and manage expenditure budgets

• Experience of developing and implementing supporter journeys across multiple channels

• Experience of writing inspiring copy and commissioning offline and online creative work

• Knowledge of fundraising laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK

Directorate Information

The Development Office Directorate is responsible for fundraising and philanthropic income across the ICR, maximising support from major donors, individuals, trusts, corporates, charity partners and events. We have a proud track record of performing at a consistently high-level, raising millions every year.

International Care Network is a Christian charity whose aim is to help to rebuild the lives of asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants. The Role 

Fundraising and Impact Coordinator

o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives

o Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities

o Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration

o Lead outreach efforts to engage new community partners, such as businesses, promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.

o To represent the charity in all spaces - implementing a rolling 12-month plan of meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships

o Develop and implement a plan to encourage increased giving and recruit new regular donors with personalised cultivation and stewardship

o Maintaining our CRM database, ensuring accurate records to track communications and data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.

o Work closely with Finance colleagues to process donations, Gift Aid and matched funding claims, ensuring this income is processed and recorded accurately

o Manage the distribution of supporter resources, conduct stock checks for fundraising materials and ensure an organised work environment for all fundraising assets

o Create engaging materials (posters, leaflets, stories etc), working closely with our social media lead on content

o Produce impact reports and collate information for reporting to funders and to support fundraising initiatives and grant applications

o Work collaboratively with the wider team, to support their work whilst deepening an understanding of our services

o Support the CEO and Operations Manager with ad hoc projects, activities, and any high-priority tasks to contribute to overall team objectives

KEY INFORMATION

Salary: £30,645-£33,735 per annum if based in Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle or Bristol. £33,229-£36,310 if based in London. These pay bandings will be reviewed against inflation trends and market averages in August 2025. All roles also receive a £312 yearly tax-free work-from-home allowance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a thoughtful, motivated Junior Product Manager to join the Product Team at upReach.

In this role, you’ll help improve the digital tools we use to support thousands of students from underrepresented backgrounds to access top careers. Working closely with developers, colleagues from the Product Team, and our users themselves, you’ll support the development of products that make a real difference - every day.

You don’t need to have worked in product management before. If you’re excited about using technology to make things better, and you enjoy solving problems and collaborating with others, we’d love to hear from you.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll contribute to the development of one of our key products, supporting its continuous improvement from idea to launch and beyond.

This will include:

• Understanding our users' needs by gathering feedback and doing user research

• Writing clear, simple documentation like feature descriptions and user stories

• Working with developers to bring ideas to life and resolve bugs or issues

Our friendly team at RSPCA Sussex West Branch is excited to welcome an experienced vet to join us at Mount Noddy Animal Centre.

RSPCA Sussex West, an independent branch of the National RSPCA network, supports the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of cats and dogs in the West Sussex area. Your caseload will be predominantly surgical (mainly neutering, dentistry and routine soft tissue surgeries), and you will be supported by a kennel supervisor, cattery supervisor, hydrotherapist, Animal Welfare Officer, 2 behaviourists, 2 receptionists, 11 Animal Care Assistants, and an experienced RVN.

The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, pragmatically minded vet with 3+ years clinical experience. We are looking for a team player with a genuine desire to help achieve the RSPCA charitable aims.

There are no monthly financial targets, the sole measure of success in the role is the standard of pragmatic veterinary care you can provide to our animals.

In a nutshell, we are offering:

-  Up to £60K FTE (based on a 37.5 hour week)

PURPOSE OF POST: To carry out veterinary duties to the animals at Mount Noddy.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Undertake veterinary duties as directed including theatre and wards.

- Progress and develop our veterinary welfare standards and supporting policies and procedures to that of exemplar status, in line with our charitable objectives and budgets.

- Maintain a current and progressive knowledge of animal welfare and surrounding topics in order to position Mount Noddy Animal Centre as a leading animal welfare charity.

- Support the development of our community welfare services in order to positively impact on animal welfare in our area. 

- Work collaboratively with the Operations team, develop and implement robust and ethical decision-making processes to support the safe rehoming and welfare of our animals in line with the branch’s values and behaviours.

- Assume an active role in decision-making related to welfare and euthanasia.

- Provide operational decision making and direction on specific veterinary issues including appropriate referrals.

- Understand and comply with your legal obligations in relation to prescription, safe keeping and supply of Veterinary medicinal products.

- Maintain personal CPD as per RCVS guidelines.

- Provide expert advice and training to the Veterinary Nurse and Animal Care team.

- Ensure that all treatment given is in line with informed consent and in accordance with UK legislation and RCVS guide to professional conduct.

- Ensure that all patient information, treatment and diagnostic reports are recorded into the Animal Management system.

- Work closely with the Inspectors and Animal Welfare Officers.

- Assist with recruitment within your department areas.

Are you an experienced Data Specialist looking for a new challenge?  If so, Woodgreen are looking for a dynamic, experienced, hands on technical Senior Data Manager to lead our data strategy and governance initiatives.

In this pivotal role, our successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehouse and infrastructure, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility across Woodgreen.  They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and champion best practices in data management, providing effective line management support to the BI and data engineering teams.

Our ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in data architecture, governance, and analytics, coupled with a deep understanding of how to design and manage data systems that are scalable and sustainable.  They will have significant experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, SSRS or Tableau and will be used to applying data modelling techniques, liaising and influencing at all levels including senior management and leadership and delivering actionable insight and analysis for non- technical teams.

They will be genuinely passionate about harnessing the power of data to support evidence-based decision-making, proactive and logical with a problem-solving approach, able to work calmly under pressure and will be personable and able to develop sound working relationships with stakeholders.

In return they can expect a starting salary of £60,000 per annum which will be complemented by;

As a vital member of the Campaigns and Communications team, the Policy and Public Affairs Manager will work closely with press, digital, grassroots campaigns and youth advocacy colleagues to campaign for change. Key priorities for the role will include developing policy positions and recommendations in this fast-moving area of policy which will underpin all our campaigns and communications and developing and delivering a political engagement strategy to influence the new UK Government and parliamentarians.

This is a part-time role, with the option of working either 2 days (15 hours) or 3 days (21.5 hours) per week.
