About the role
You will manage a team of 3 fundraising professionals to plan and deliver our portfolio of virtual and DIY fundraising events, including our Facebook Challenges and growing Swim It campaign, with the objective of raising over £6m for people living with cancer. You will be responsible for the campaign strategy and delivery, supporting the team on recruitment through paid and organic marketing and delivering sector-leading stewardship, acting as the strategic lead for both internal and external relationships to enable this delivery.
This role does require weekend work (although not at your desk) as you’ll be out and about cheering on our participants. You will be compensated for your weekend work with days in lieu.
Please note, the internal job title for this role is Senior Challenge Events Programme Manager.
About you
- Leadership and Management: Experience of successfully motivating others to deliver projects – this could be as a project manager or lead, matrix manager or line manager. And experience of working collaboratively to improve or maintain a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Project management: Responsible for your teams planning, marketing, delivery and optimisations of your fundraising product portfolio.

About the role
We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to play a key role in strengthening MAP’s governance, risk management and compliance frameworks. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Risk and Compliance, you’ll lead the day-to-day implementation of risk assessments, compliance checks, policy oversight, and due diligence processes. • Maintain and regularly update the corporate risk register and support country teams in localised risk

About the role

The London Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to seven partner schools, attending and coordinating weekly tutoring sessions, developing relationships with pupils, school staff and volunteer tutors and collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes. About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a team of two to deliver exceptional and effective brand and marketing activity.
You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of brand and marketing campaigns for key programmes, projects and products, aligned to our organisational priorities.

- Proven experience developing and delivering marketing and communications campaigns, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Solid experience of delivering audience and insight-led marketing activity across all online and offline channels.
- Leading and motivating a team, ensuring they are supported and managed to meet their potential.
- Involving people with lived experience through co-creation, co-production and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
