A well-established national charity is seeking a Digital Fundraising Manager to lead its digital events and virtual fundraising programme during a 13-month maternity cover period. This is a part-time, fully home-based role within a supportive and collaborative team, offering the chance to make a real impact through online fundraising.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Mass Participation and Community Engagement, you will manage a team of three and oversee a calendar of digital fundraising events that collectively generate around £2 million annually. You will drive innovation across the programme, deliver paid social media campaigns, and ensure exceptional supporter journeys that build long-term engagement.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, balancing leadership, campaign planning, and optimisation of activity across Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across marketing, data, and design to ensure digital fundraising activity aligns with wider organisational goals.

- Lead the delivery and development of the charity’s digital fundraising events programme.

Job Summary

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. Leading a small team, the Facilities and Operations Manager will be responsible for providing a seamless support service to manage and deliver high quality proactive and reactive maintenance to a standard which is in accordance with the nature of the Aga Khan Centre and provides value for money. The role covers all aspects of repairs & maintenance including plumbing, air conditioning, electrics, building fabric, health & safety and emergency support and requires the postholder to be hands on, supporting the maintenance team with technical support, knowledge & coordination as well as executing PPM plans, managing contractors and overseeing and inspecting works.
AKC Building Operations
• Oversee and manage the teams responsible for the reception, security and cleaning.
• To prepare and keep up to date the Facilities Management (FM) Plan for AKC and the approach taken for each ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ FM service, including planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle replacements, ensuring that a suitable, safe, high-quality operating environment is provided.
• To act as a point of contact for technical support in order to reduce supplier callouts and ensure the correct supplier is allocated to resolve the problem, after issues have been looked at in-house first.

Office Administration:
- Work with the SLT to implement and maintain core policies and procedures.

As part of CAR, the Individual Giving team encourages people to make gifts of up to £10,000 using a data-driven approach and a range of communication channels. We’re looking for a skilful communicator and project manager to join us.
The Individual Giving Manager will deliver a multi-channel fundraising strategy to encourage people to give at ‘mid-value’ level (£1,000-£10,000 each year) through direct mail and digital fundraising You’ll also support the wider team by project managing mass fundraising appeals that solicit gifts of all sizes by direct mail and email.
You’ll also be responsible for producing stewardship communications, including reports, that thank donors giving over £1,000.
Main duties and responsibilities
