We’re looking for a proactive, passionate and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Officer to support the growth and delivery of our consultancy work, within the Mental Health Accessible programme. Location: We welcome applicants from across the UK. We are based in east London, with London colleagues working from the office twice a week. This post can be offered to non-London applicants, with twice monthly travel to our London office. The salary is the same for both London-based and non-London based applicants, who are expected to fund their own travel costs to the office. JOB DESCRIPTION

Working to specific income targets, the Supporter Engagement Manager is responsible for acquisition campaigns including regular giving, direct mail appeals, online fundraising, legacys;  retention campaigns including ongoing stewardship to increase supporter engagement. You will grow relationships with supporters and work closely with wider fundraisering team to devise and execute creative and effective stewardship journeys. You will have a sound understanding of fundraising membership schemes and sector regulations, with knowledge of best practice CRM and/or fundrasing database.

The Supporter Engagement Manager will work with the Senior Head of Supporter Engagement to develop the strategy for increasing income across all individual giving streams and then work with the Marketing and Communications Manager and the wider team to impliment it. You will play an instrumental part in creatively engaging supporters to get involved in our high-value campaigns, events and regular giving programme. This includes our annual matched-funding campaign and reoccuring giving programmes, which last year raised £1m and £150k respectively. The post-holder will be key in taking the Individual Giving programme to the next level, providing proactive engagement opportunities and efficiently work with data to provide timely, targeted, relevant and engaging communications to our various supporters.

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of our High Value and Professionals strategy for Legacies, creating compelling experiences that resonate with key audiences, enhance lifetime value, and help fulfil CRUK's commitment to pioneering research. What will I be doing?

• Work with the Senior Proposition Manager to drive continued growth of CRUK audiences and supporters by managing the proposition with innovative, agile, multi-year proposition and implementation plans, working collaboratively and cross-functionally across the directorate and beyond.

• Support the management of the P&L for the proposition, ensuring agile cross-functional teams deliver against audience, volume, value, contribution, and other targets

The Person:

About The East End Community Foundation (EECF)

EECF supports communities through our charitable activities of grants and programmes.  In 2024/25 these totalled over £1.6m and we intend to increase our grant making year on year to provide greater and longer-term support so we can continue to make a difference to the lives of local people by supporting vital community-based projects with grant funding. We are looking for a committed individual with knowledge of the local area to join the Grants and Programmes Team. The Role
This role is focused on managing and growing our work with other third sector organisations. It focuses on two areas: (i) developing our social enterprise which delivers over 150 paid workshops each year and (ii) delivering youth voice initiatives with other charity partners which amplify young voices. We're creating this new position to drive our strategic mission while enabling our Head of Fundraising to focus on individual giving, corporates, and larger trusts and foundations.

Enterprise Development (Primary Focus)

•  Grow our established “paid for” workshop delivery (currently 150+ workshops annually) by building   relationships with third sector organisations, developing new products, promotions and selling public   speaking workshops to those with budget to pay for them.
•  Drive successful growth in enterprise contribution to the charity's finances through increased net income
•  Manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting and enquiry to delivery and invoicing
•  Work with our impressive existing client base while actively developing new partnerships
•  Match client needs with our established freelance trainer network

 Youth Voice Programmes

• Successfully deliver flagship programmes like "My Maiden Speech" - our high-profile, transformative multi-organisation youth voice programme
• Develop and deliver new youth voice initiatives that amplify marginalised voices
• Engage new partners and showcase our transformative work
• Manage events, logistics, and complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organisations

People’s Palace Projects (PPP) is a research-led arts charity based at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and a National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) of Arts Council England (ACE). We develop collaborative arts-based projects with artists, activists, academics, policy advocates, and audiences to address social and climate injustices in the UK, Brazil and beyond. At this exciting moment, PPP is seeking a new General Manager (part-time) to deliver and develop the financial, administrative, and HR systems that anchor our energetic programme of arts research activity and support our committed team to flourish.

Job Description 

• Title: General Manager
• Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week (0.6FTE)

Award-winning music education charity, the London Music Fund, is seeking a Fundraising & Data Manager from October 2025 to join our small team of 3. The role is varied and interesting, with a fundraising and donor reporting focus – the post-holder will support the CEO with all fundraising for the charity, including writing Trust and Foundation applications, research on new prospects, and managing donor reporting. In addition, we hold 2-3 major fundraising events each year, and this role would support the CEO in all aspects of event management.

We are also looking for someone who is interested in developing our impact reporting, working with the Programmes Manager to develop evaluation frameworks, using and gathering data to support impact reporting to donors.

The role is advertised as full time, initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract. However, a part-time option (min. 3 days per week) may be discussed. If part time, a reduced role description would be agreed.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The charity currently raises c. £750k annually from a variety of sources including individuals, trusts and foundations, corporates and events. The key aspects of this role are:

Trusts and Foundations

• Research and draft Trust and Foundation applications, updating the prospects and pending report, managing pipelines.
• Manage the reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Collate data for reports and maintain positive relationships with funders.

Individual Donor Relations:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records on Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Respond to donor enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage donor communications, including thank you letters and updates.
• Assist with donor stewardship activities to build relationships and encourage continued support.
• Manage the Scholarship Sponsor reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Lead on the management and growth of the Friends Scheme, including developing relationships and reporting.

Data Management and Impact Reporting

• Maintain and update the fundraising database (Salesforce), including GDPR and Gift Aid records, processing donations, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Develop methods of data analysis and segmentation for targeted fundraising efforts e.g. event attendees, Scholarship sponsors, major donors.
• Work with the Programmes Manager and CEO to develop quantitative KPIs and evaluation of programmes, including graduation data, surveys, alumni monitoring and developing a long-term impact framework.

General Fundraising Operational Support

• Lead on fundraising campaigns e.g. the Big Give Christmas Challenge and ad hoc projects.
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, in collaboration with the CEO.

Finance Support/Gift Aid

• Responsible for managing the online donations platform, Enthuse, including thanking donors and supporting the Senior Programmes and Operations Manager in reporting / reconciliations.
• Support the CEO in managing the quarterly Gift Aid reporting schedule.
• Support the CEO in managing fundraising events, including donor invitations, and event management where required.

Marketing & Comms

With the team:

• Manage LMF’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), posting regularly, growing reach, compiling strategy, keeping up to date with current trends.
• Manage LMF’s website and news stories, keeping updated, monitoring photos etc (within Scholars’ privacy policy), support the development of LMF’s new website launch in 2026.
• Contribute to LMF’s impact reports and other publications.

Donor Engagement Manager

The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for communicating IFAW’s vision, strategy, and impact to inspire significant philanthropic commitments for IFAW's work from high-net-worth individuals and family foundations. By spearheading best-in-class donor communications, engagement, and stewardship, this role serves an essential function: developing and building IFAW’s reputation to position IFAW as a top charity worthy of significant donations. The Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in improving the HNW donor journey and achieving our fundraising goals for enhanced programmatic impact globally in conservation, rescue, and policy.

Role and Responsibilities

The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral component of IFAW’s global Development team. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President, Development, the Donor Engagement Manager leads a robust donor communications, engagement, and stewardship program for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, spearheading the development of strategy and plans, and supervising a team of contractors and freelancers for project implementation. The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of ambitious growth goals (including current use, endowments, and significant gifts in will), by inspiring donors’ philanthropic support and leading the creation and implementation of a suite of donor communications and experiences.

Critical responsibilities include:

Create dynamic donor engagement plan

· Spearhead donor engagement plans, including cultivation, stewardship experiences, and recognition

· Drive a robust calendar of communications and activities to optimize donor engagement, mission impact, and a best-in class donor experience with IFAW

· Advise and support frontline fundraisers with strategy and content for donor communications and proposals; collaborate with gift officers on HNW individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts, including development of custom proposals and cases for support

· Collaborate with communications and program teams to create compelling donor impact reports, donor newsletters, webinars, bespoke proposals, and other tools that drive and support effective engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major- and principal-level gifts as well as larger legacy commitments; maintain curated library of assets for gift officers to use or customize

· Gather and share impact stories, data, and testimonials to demonstrate the value of donor contributions

· Plan and oversee execution of exclusive engagement opportunities (in-person and virtual) for target audience, designed to highlight IFAW programmatic expertise and build stronger donor relationships

· Develop and implement personalized stewardship plans for select principal and major donors, working closely with frontline fundraisers and relationship managers

· Ensure all donor touchpoints reflect the organization’s mission and values, and that donors feel valued and connected

Manage projects and personnel

· Lead, coach, and manage a team of freelancers responsible for communications, stewardship, and engagement activities; oversee contracts, monitor deliverables and expenditures

· Maintain strong relationships with program leaders across the global organization, keeping apprised of IFAW’s programmatic work to identify topics that will appeal to high-net-worth donors and prospects

· Analyze donor engagement metrics, track trends, and report on the effectiveness of engagement and stewardship strategies.

Collaboration and fundamentals  

· Ensure routine fundraising communications and templates for major gifts are up-to-date, accurate, and on brand (e.g., fundraising appeals, donor education emails, gift acknowledgments, holiday cards, swag)

· Manage creation and updates of bespoke proposals so that they are timely and well-designed

· Improve integration of mail / email outreach

· Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to optimize use and creative repurposing of resources and collateral materials

· Enhance web presence (philanthropy pages) to incorporate donor testimonials and demonstrate impact of philanthropic support

· Update and improve naming opportunities for major and principal gifts, named and endowed funds, larger legacies and blended gifts from HNW individuals

Strategic guidance and innovation

· Collaborate with DVP Development to recommend and implement effective points of contact with donors for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six-figure+ gifts

· Identify opportunities to present our work more effectively and enhance the donor experience

· Launch or relaunch giving societies – e.g., cumulative lifetime giving, high-end annual giving, legacy society – with an emphasis on philanthropy and engagement rather than perks and benefits

· Advise on ways to streamline and improve donor communications and engagement, e.g., by leveraging technology, balancing push / pull outreach, adjusting the mix of print / digital and other media  

· Guide the larger Development team in positioning our programs to inspire greater philanthropic support

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Minimum 4-5 years of related experience in nonprofit stewardship, donor communications, fundraising, or related transferable experience

· Experience leading a team in a development setting, including direct supervision of colleagues in donor engagement and stewardship; and/or management of a stable of contractors and freelancers

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and lead numerous functions and various projects simultaneously

· Exceptional written communication, relationship-building, project management and collaboration skills

· Intellectual curiosity

· Must be professional, highly organized, creative, efficient, and collaborative.
