Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota varying 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 17:00, you may need to work outside these hours, including bank holidays as per service requirements. You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.

About the role

We are looking for Deputy Service Manager to join OPD HASS Women Service. HerStory House is dedicated to empowering women with the skills needed to thrive in their chosen communities, maintain independence, and build a hopeful future. Our specialised, high-support, female-only residential service is tailored for women who are likely to meet the criteria for a personality disorder diagnosis and are at risk of entering or re-entering the Criminal Justice System. 

You will provide line management and leadership to the team so they feel empowered to be productive and perform well within their roles to a high standard, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone compassionate and experienced in understanding the criminal justice system and offender personality disorder, someone who brings empathy, tailored support and real dedication to help each resident thrive. The role includes:

• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
• Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
• Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed
• Financial Management, including petty cash and budget management
• Contract management and Internal auditing, admin, and general other duties as required.

We are seeking a Head of Supporter Engagement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and enhance our Public Fundraising Programme, which covers Individual Giving, Lottery, Challenge Events and Legacy income. Having invested in the team’s capacity, we aim to grow income from c. £1m to £1.8m over the next few years. This in the broader context of a total voluntary income target for the charity of £5m-£6m.

The Head of Supporter Engagement leads a team of seven which includes three direct reports: Community Fundraising Manager, Individual Giving Manager and Database Manager. As part of the senior leadership team within the Fundraising & Communications Team, you will contribute to the wider leadership and decision making in the department, acts as a role-model for our values and build strong relationships outside our team, such as with Finance and the Care Team (service delivery).

You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective supporters of Noah’s Ark. You will ensure our supporters have the best supporter experience possible, to make them feel engaged and motivated, valued and informed about the impact of their donations. You will be responsible for developing implementing strategies for donor acquisition and retention, managing communications with our supporters through various channels. We have achieved significant wins, such as contributing to HSBC becoming the world’s largest bank to cease financing for new oil and gas fields, Barclays dramatically reducing its oil sands financing, and mobilising investors to call on Societe Generale to set a renewable energy target.

The team is structured around two main pillars: our campaigning and our research pillar. The research pillar ensures that the team’s campaigning and advocacy work is based on sound analysis and facts. The Senior Research Manager oversees the research pillar, currently composed of three more junior researchers. The Senior Research Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a research strategy that underpins campaign needs for analysis and insight in line with campaign timelines and available resources. You will oversee and contribute to the delivery of high-quality research outputs, including thematic reports, investor briefings, and surveys of Europe’s largest banks, and ensure that they are underpinned by clear and robust research methodologies. Alongside the Head of Banking Programme and the Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll act as an ambassador for the team in external forums, the media, and when meeting with and presenting to external stakeholders, including banks, civil society organisations, and investors.

We have a formal hybrid working policy in place, and the Banking team meets in the office every Tuesday for a team meeting and team lunch. About you

You should have experience of leading physical activity or other behaviour change projects within schools, workplaces or communities. You should also have experience of working on projects within an established project management framework and within a Welsh Language environment.  

You will have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage own workload. You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships and a flexible and enthusiastic approach. With the ability to engage and support lesser heard voices in the community.

The Opportunity

This role at WFN provides an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of our growing Winner Network Development (WND) programme, identified as one of the charity’s key areas for strategic growth and maximised impact over the coming years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing communicator who is passionate about conservation and can drive forward and create connections between our global network of over 220 conservationists, fostering knowledge exchange, capacity development and collaboration. As part of this programme the Grants and Network Manager (GNM) will help with delivery of annual thematic training workshops, with opportunity for international travel. The GNM will also assist our Head of Grants (HG) in monitoring our portfolio of active grants, with support from the Grants Assistant (GA). The GNM will also participate in the Whitley Awards application process by helping to screen the grant applications and supporting with due diligence. GRANTS AND NETWORK MANAGER - PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

· MSc or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Conservation/ Zoology/ Environmental Science)

We are looking for an experienced Campaigns Manager, who is passionate about driving change and has knowledge and experience of Communications and managing staff. This is a temporary post, whilst we go out to recruitment for a permanent post, during the busiest time of the year for White Ribbon.

Dr Jenner’s House, The Chantry, is a site of profound global historical significance, recognized as the birthplace of vaccination. The Opportunity

The Jenner Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to join our team during a pivotal phase of growth and development, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of a globally significant heritage site.

Working collaboratively in a small team with the Museum Director, Chairman, and Trustees, you will be instrumental in driving our fundraising efforts, securing vital income, and building sustainable relationships that will ensure the long-term preservation and educational outreach of Dr Jenner’s House. A key focus will be on developing and implementing a robust capital fundraising strategy and cultivating major grant giving organisations and individual donors.

This role is funded for 18 months through the NLHF and is critical to achieving our ambitious longer-term goals, leading up to the international celebrations around the 50th anniversary of smallpox eradication in 2030 and beyond. Although there will be a requirement to be present in the Museum at certain times, we are open to discussions on hybrid or flexible working arrangements for this post.

Key Responsibilities

As our Development Manager, you will:

Strategy & Leadership:

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the museum’s comprehensive Fundraising Strategy, establishing clear action plans, KPIs, and targets.
• Establish and facilitate a Fundraising Leadership Group comprising Trustees, staff, volunteers, and external consultants to leverage expertise and resources for fundraising activities.
• Ensure the Fundraising Strategy incorporates ongoing work with the National Lottery Heritage Fund, particularly for the restoration of the Temple of Vaccinia and The Chantry.

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing individual donors, high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and foundations to build a robust pipeline of future support.

• Lead and coordinate compelling grant funding applications to a diverse range of potential funding bodies, including NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, philanthropists, and local authorities.
• Inspire new and existing supporters to join the museum’s membership and/or donor schemes, significantly increasing the museum’s income (both revenue and capital) to meet agreed targets.

Communications & Engagement:

About the role

We are looking for a Senior New Business Manager to lead our new business function as we grow our corporate partnerships programme. This is a high-impact and visible role at the heart of our fundraising strategy. It is ideal for someone who combines creativity and commercial flair with a strong understanding of the charity sector.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a robust new business pipeline, identifying, researching, and securing high-value corporate prospects

• Leading and motivating a talented team of three, providing guidance, development, and clear strategic direction

• Creating compelling, high-level partnership propositions that resonate with business leaders and align with our mission

• Working closely with the Corporate Account Management team to ensure a seamless journey from prospect to partner

• Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders to unlock opportunities and shape offers with cross-organisational support

• Representing the charity with confidence and credibility when engaging senior corporate decision-makers

About you

You will bring:

• Proven experience of winning new corporate partnerships, ideally in the charity sector (though we also welcome broader income generation or senior fundraising experience)

• A strong understanding of the charity sector and what makes strategic partnerships impactful and sustainable

• Excellent relationship-building skills, both externally with business leaders and internally with senior stakeholders

• Experience of developing high-value, innovative partnership propositions

• A natural leadership style that brings out the best in others and fosters a high-performing, supportive team culture

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next).
