Salary: £56,704 per annum

Location: Hybrid working with 2-days per week in their London office (SE1)

About The Role

Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of the six countries in Eastern Europe where we carry out our project work, and 12 countries where we raise support. An international staff team supports this work in terms of community development, best practice, fundraising, communications, finance, IT, Digital, and Salesforce.

About the role 

Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation. 

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades. 

Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests. 

The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives. 

Who we are looking for 

You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine. 

You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise incoming requests. 

You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

We are seeking an exceptional trainer who can plan and run online (or occasional in-person) training sessions and create detailed process documentation and training materials to accompany them.

We are looking for a Grants and Operations Officer to join the team in this part-time, hybrid working role.

The Role

To implement its vision, the charity has identified five strategic goals. As Grants and Operations Officer, you will support Goal 5, which is to mobilise a global movement for Bible engagement. This role will also contribute to the success of the International team’s broader work by providing operational support to projects and events that fall under this strategic goal.

Role Introduction

Main Duties

• Work with the Director of Development and Executive Director of Communications, Engagement and Development to create and implement a highly ambitious and sustainable regular and annual giving strategy in support of the College’s short, medium, and long-term vision.

• Prepare and manage detailed plans for the execution of appeals including digital, direct mail and/or personal solicitations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure rigorous gift management administrations systems and accurate maintenance of prospect data.
• Manage follow-up action when pledges and gifts are received including ensuring that supporters are appropriately recognised and stewarded.
• Conduct data analysis to understand donor behaviour and prevailing themes and trends and develop data driven annual giving strategies.
• Support fundraising strategy through the implementation of strong support systems, and day-to-day administrative practices. 
• Ensure all fundraising activities undertaken in support of the College are performed to the highest standards and in accordance with best practice as established by professional bodies such as CASE, IDPE and the Institute for Fundraising. 
• Ensure that all activities comply fully with the relevant Data Protection and any other legislation in the UK and overseas.

They will be supporting survivors of domestic abuse in partnership with the Sussex High Harm Perpetrator Programme. About the role:

This hybrid role includes a combination of home, office and community-based working. You will meet regularly with clients at safe locations of their choosing. There will be travel requirements across East Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

As an IDVA you will:

• Empower survivors, supporting them to identify features and dynamics of domestic abuse
• Work with clients referred to the DASS by the High Harm Perpetrator Programme, holding a caseload of varying complexity and prioritising high risk cases for support.

• Provide individualized safety and support plans, advocacy, practical support and information
• Participate in the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), acting as the voice of the survivor and delivering on actions agreed
• Use a person-centred, survivor-focused approach, being mindful of the effects of trauma and additional barriers to access survivors of domestic abuse may experience
• Attend the monthly High Harm Panel and other mandatory conferences (including contributing to the Multi-Agency Tasking and Coordination process where applicable), representing the voice of the survivor and sharing relevant information with key agencies to reduce risk and increase safety
• Assist in delivering training, and provide consultancy and advice to other agencies as required

You will need

:
• An understanding of the issues faced by survivors experiencing domestic abuse
• A good understanding of risk assessment, safety planning & risk management for survivors of domestic abuse
• An understanding of safeguarding issues & the legal responsibilities surrounding these
• Experience of delivering services to survivors of domestic abuse and/or other vulnerable people
• Experience of working within a multi-agency and legislative framework, including building relationships with statutory and voluntary service providers
• Experience of managing a complex caseload, prioritising work and dealing with competing demands demonstrating an organised and methodical approach to work
• Ability to deliver indvidualised safety and support plans, demonstrating sufficient knowledge of risk reduction regarding harmful practices and modern slavery
• Ability to deliver training sessions to professional agencies
• Understanding and knowledge of and active commitment to promoting equal opportunities and diversity
• Ability to self-reflect, identify own welfare needs, and put in place effective self-care strategies

Enhanced Support Workers help to enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community, by providing flexible and individually tailored support.
The working pattern of this role are as follows: Combination of 5-day, 4-day, and 6-day work weeks, including weekends.

Early: 8am-4pm
Late: 2:30pm-10:30pm

* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support actions and capture outcomes in Support and Risk Management files.

Purpose of role

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching basic skills and techniques required when working with metal/wood
• Lead and build positive relationships with small groups (four at a time) of 13 - 16 year olds
• Identify the needs of students and work towards progress, both in- and outside of the workshop
• Complete pupil AQA project sheets to record progress
• Work alongside and help support volunteers in the workshop
• Encourage positive morals and work ethic
• Keep an inventory and order materials and equipment as required
• Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to a good working standard
• Comply with all relevant Health and Safety and Safeguarding requirements (DBS check required)

The role will require a minimum of 3 days a week situated between Camberwell and Holloway Road. The role will require for one weekend a month Rescue Coordinator duty. About this key role

As our Alliance Caseworker, you will provide young person-centred holistic support in line with St Giles’ service delivery model, which will also include conducting robust risk and strengths-based needs assessments, with safeguarding as the priority, ensuring that the most appropriate intervention is offered and risks are managed and escalated appropriately.

We will also rely on you to develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholders, such as police, YOT, Probation, children's services and local authorities, plus make appropriate onward referrals and signpost young people to other support services and positive activities.  Accurately recording all aspects of the work, including action plans, outcomes and session data on a day-to-day basis activity is a key aspect of this role, as is efficiently closing cases and identifying appropriate referral routes for ongoing support and crisis management.

• Experience of conducting risk assessments and identifying the needs of children and young people who are at risk of significant harm

• Experience in working as part of a multiagency team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young people and their parents/carers

Age UK Richmond upon Thames is a local independent charity supporting older people across the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The main area of support is to claim welfare benefits and other forms of financial support – but also includes a range of other topics such as accessing care & support; independent living; sorting out paperwork and housing.  

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Welfare Benefits Advisor to join the team.  The role will include: 

• Providing welfare benefits & financial advice, including advising older people on the financial support available, making applications on their behalf and following through applications to result.

• Providing Information & Advice on other topics older people require support with.

• Providing support via home visits, over the phone and in community settings.

This is an important and interesting role with Vision North Somerset.  You will get to be hands on with our service users who are visually and/or hearing impaired. You will work with our amazing volunteers, both current and new, training them and managing them to provide services to help reduce social isolation and to build confidence.  You will also manage our Peer Support Service which currently includes telephone support groups and a befriending service.  There are 4 HUBS around the county that meet monthly and we hope to develop more.
