About the role

We here at Social Interest Group (SIG) are looking for a Cash Management Officer to join our Finance team to drive the delivery and management of our cashflow forecasts to support central and operational teams with their financial budgets and controls to manage and maximise the funds entrusted to us to support our residents and participants. 

You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team, helping to improve processes, develop financial tools, and deliver training where needed. Your work will ensure financial accuracy and integrity across the Group and its subsidiaries, enabling our services to run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage daily banking transactions and reconciliations
• Support with weekly cash-flow forecasts and monthly credit card reconciliations
• Maintain and update financial records, petty cash, and reporting templates
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with SIG policies and legal standards
• Monitor spending trends and provide clear reports and analysis

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team based in Ealing. You will support the Service Manager in leading a service which provides a recovery focused service to adults with long term mental health challenges. You will support the team to deliver person centred support to improve the lives of our residents, for them to gain greater independence to move onto lower support accommodation. You will do this through providing direct leadership and line management to the team so they feel empowered to perform within their roles. 

You will ensure a quality service is delivered in line with our contractual requirements, and will encourage the creation of a psychologically informed environment, which provides person centred support. Some of what the role includes:

The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance and work closely with the Finance Officer to deliver an efficient and robust financial service for The Photographers’ Gallery (TPG) and its trading subsidiary. WeSeeHope is a small international development organisation committed to creating sustainable change for vulnerable children in Southern and Eastern Africa. We work across three countries – Malawi, Tanzania, and Uganda – in areas where children are acutely impacted by a lack of opportunity, exploitation and isolation. Focusing primarily on education, child rights and economic empowerment, we address these issues through seven community-led programmes delivered in partnership with local NGOs and community-based organisations. About the role

As Finance Manager you will have principal responsibility for the sound financial management of the charity, including the provision of management accounts and reports, financial advice to stakeholders and budgetary support to the fundraising and projects teams. You will also have an important role to play in ensuring that the charity abides by the principles of good governance and meets its legal obligations. The main responsibilities of the role include;

FUNDRAISING EVENTS OFFICER

The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) aims to create and develop the conditions that will enable people who have Down's syndrome to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Fundraising Events Officer to join our fundraising team.

Reporting to the Fundraising and Events Manager, the successful candidate will manage all challenge events in the portfolio.  This includes the planning, organisation, marketing, delivery, recruitment and stewardship of participants and day to day administration for all DSA events.

Candidates should have at least 3 years work experience in Events.

The Main Responsibilities of the role are:

Assist the Fundraising and Events Manager with future event plans and creating and building on our Community Fundraising offer.

Managing the Events Inbox; Replying to all enquiries coming into the inbox.

Sending out application forms via email and any other information requested by the supporter.

Input all application form information onto Saleforce, ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times. Set reminders on all records – FR chasing, Good Luck emails, Thank You Letter reminders, etc. to keep on top of everyone’s supporter journey.

Assist in the sale of items from the shop- especially Christmas cards, socks and merchandise.

Work closely with the Communications Team to develop promotional plans for each event maximising recruitment and exposure through our newsletter and social media platforms.

Provide support to your team members during particularly busy times (and vice versa) such as Down’s Syndrome Awareness Week.

Attend and participate in events as required.  This may involve occasional evening and weekend work, for which you will receive equal time back in lieu.

To work in conjunction with the Fundraising Team in the production of budgets and in developing and implementing the Events teams strategic plans in order to maximise income and support across our events programme.

Identify and research new opportunities to develop the events programme and maximise income as well as maintaining and extending the existing events which generate a healthy ROI.

Work with the membership officer to develop relationships with members, supporters who participate in events taking responsibility for the supporter journey; providing motivation and encouragement from start to finish to ensure they continue to support.

Evaluate the current processes and procedures with the Fundraising and Events Manager and implement improvements where necessary.

Manage the fundraising pages of the website ensuring copy is up to date and relevant and those events that require extra marketing are featured on the home page.

To undertake any other duties as required by the Fundraising Manager that fall within the grade and remit of this post.

Location: This is a woman only residential site, located in Brixton (South-East London) and benefits from great transport links, including convenient access to nearby train services. Kindly be aware that step free access is not available at this service. 

Salary: £30,600

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota varying 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 17:00, you may need to work outside these hours, including bank holidays as per service requirements. You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.

HerStory House is dedicated to empowering women with the skills needed to thrive in their chosen communities, maintain independence, and build a hopeful future. Our specialised, high-support, female-only residential service is tailored for women who are likely to meet the criteria for a personality disorder diagnosis and are at risk of entering or re-entering the Criminal Justice System. 

You will provide line management and leadership to the team so they feel empowered to be productive and perform well within their roles to a high standard, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone compassionate and experienced in understanding the criminal justice system and offender personality disorder, someone who brings empathy, tailored support and real dedication to help each resident thrive. The role includes:

• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
• Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
• Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed
• Financial Management, including petty cash and budget management
• Contract management and Internal auditing, admin, and general other duties as required.
