About the role:
This role is based in London with Hybrid working.
As a Senior IDVA you will be:
- The main purpose of the job is to effectively manage and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active domestic abuse service for victims and their children, including those at highest risk. Also you will need to ensure that the service prioritises the safety, security and dignity of service users and their children.
- The job would also include you being lead in crisis situations and to provide advice and guidance on safeguarding issues and information sharing concern
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
- Develop your team and address their individual development/performance needs, set individual and team objectives and undertake annual appraisals.
You will need:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse, including the impact on victims and their children, and the legal and practical remedies available to these clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practice and legislation relating to equal opportunities and diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding and risk assessments.
- Experience managing the delivery of domestic abuse services and managerial experience will also be necessary as well as having a thorough understanding of IDVA work.
- A proven ability to confidently use various IT systems including Case Management, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Outlook and other online applications/platforms.
- You would also need to hold a SafeLives IDVA training certificate, a relevant degree, a vocational qualification or have equivalent experience.
- An enhanced criminal record check and police vetting is required for this role.

As Policy and Communications Assistant at the CSA Centre you will play a key role in tackling child sexual abuse, alongside the work of our colleagues across practice, research, policy, communications and training. This is important work - the CSA Centre conservatively estimates that one in ten children will experience some form of child sexual abuse before age of 16, and our ambitious programme seeks to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of professionals (social workers, teachers, social workers, nurses etc.) in identifying and responding to child sexual abuse. We have already made great progress, but there is much more to be done – and we need your help to do it!
This role is currently funded until 31 March 2026, in line with the current grant funding arrangements for the CSA Centre. This will be reviewed in late 2025, as future funding for the CSA Centre from 2026/27 onwards is clarified.
Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to funding currently until March 2026 and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement. We are the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse (CSA Centre). Our aim is to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response. To tackle child sexual abuse we must better understand its causes, scope, scale and impact.
First established in 2017, we are a multi-disciplinary team that is funded by the Home Office, hosted by Barnardo's and we work closely with key partners from academic institutions, local authorities, health, education, police and the voluntary sector. Purpose of the AV Technician role:
The Royal Air Force Museum is seeking an Audio Visual Technician with experience in Stage Lighting and Rigging to work with the Event Technician, to use our in-house equipment, for the Commercial and Public Events programs.
As AV Technician you will be, primarily, focused on supporting events, by looking after the lighting equipment in the Museum’s event spaces, which include a 220-seat lecture theatre, iconic Lancaster bomber and the Sunderland Flying Boat. Although the main focus will be lighting, we are looking for a candidate who also has some Sound and Video experience, so that they can manage and run events by themselves when the Event Technician is unavailable.
Key responsibilities of our AV Technician include:
- Supporting and facilitating the Museum’s AV and IT systems. Maintain the Museum’s AV lighting systems and associated rigging and trusses
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support and problem solving for AV/digital interactive equipment
- Taking responsibility for monitoring of all gallery-based interactives
- Providing technical support for museum public & corporate events (including outside of office hours)
- Undertaking infrastructure repairs, installation & termination (CAT 5/6, Fibre, IP Telephony, electrical)
- Providing 1st line support for AV aspects of museum simulators

As Health Intelligence Analyst you will be working as part of our highly respected health intelligence team, playing a key part in ensuring we use data and insights to understand and advocate for the needs and experiences of people living with arthritis and MSK conditions.
The postholder will undertake data analysis, data visualisation, and produce reports to develop and administer systems and processes that aid effective data intelligence gathering. They will also deliver projects and support a forward plan for arthritis and musculoskeletal health intelligence; contribute and work effectively within a dynamic team; and support, nurture and grow relationships with external and internal partners to further Versus Arthritis’ data leadership role in the musculoskeletal (MSK) sector.
About the role
- Lead on establishing and maintaining a ‘single source of the truth’ on arthritis and musculoskeletal statistics and data within the charity and beyond. This includes our annual State of MSK Health statistics report and other statistics publications.
- Support on the development and delivery of a pipeline of insightful MSK and health data analysis and quantitative research, to better understand the UK population with arthritis and MSK conditions and to inform the direction of Versus Arthritis’ ambitions, strategy, policy and services work.
- Work with others, particularly colleagues in UK Advocacy and Health Intelligence, to influence improved quality, extent and use of musculoskeletal health data by statutory bodies across the four UK nations, including Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID), National Health Service (NHS), Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), nationally and locally to improve musculoskeletal health nationally.
- Manage and maintain our health intelligence website, intranet and Sharepoint pages and data enquiries inbox, ensuring they are up to date, reflect the latest developments of the health intelligence function in the charity and that queries are answered on time.
About you
If your knowledge, skills and experience include the following then we’d love to hear from you:
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of epidemiological research methods including experience of using multiple sets of health-related data and information systems, and large-scale data sets for policy, quality improvement or research purposes.
- Ability to interpret, present and communicate complex data in accessible lay terms, including producing data-rich reports for a range of technical and generalist audiences.
- Ability to analyse complex issues where material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources.
- Strong experience of using NHS and other national health-based datasets, and a good understanding of UK health and social care systems.
- Experience using data to produce infographics or data visualisation.

The role of Young Person's Practitioner (Risk and Resilience) is an excellent opportunity to make a direct and valued difference to the lives of children and young people (C&YP), who are at significant risk of experiencing child exploitation, substance misuse, or going missing from home.
Providing tailored support and guidance to children, young people, and families, this role will actively contribute to achieving high standards of care, quality, and positive outcomes - supporting service users to fulfil their potential, through consistent and meaningful participation.
Main Duties:
- Providing tailored one-to-one support, guidance, and interventions.
- Assessing the needs of children and young people, determining appropriate support plans and pathways, and informing risk reduction plans - supporting access to additional or specialist services where necessary.
- Ensuring that referrals, support, care, and risk management are of a high quality, with ease of transition.
- Developing sustainable joint service work with referring agencies, local authorities, children’s social care, and children and families services (CFS).

About the role
This is a great chance to be a part of a service working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield to identify and support women who are identified as being neurodiverse or presenting with symptoms of neurodiversity and will be returning to the community. The Neurodiversity Lead will focus support on women with a neurodivergent need and improve their transition into the community, with ongoing community support; including collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop their support plans.
The Lead will work in a multi-disciplinary way, including attending the weekly complex case meeting and/or the Safety Intervention Meeting (SIM) as appropriate, they will act as a specialist member of the wider Advance Criminal Justice Service - London team, to facilitate a pathway for women with complex needs including mental health and neurodiversity needs. The Neurodiversity Lead will accept referrals from the Advance Criminal Justice Community team and prison services, and will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. They will co-design a person-centred support and action plan with women accessing support, enabling to support them to address their needs and any risks. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women.
The Neurodiversity Lead will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service (1-2 day per week) in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You
To be successful as the Neurodiversity Lead you will need the below experience and skills:
An excellent understanding of mental health, neurodiversity needs violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system
You will have the ability to complete trauma informed, support and action plans in collaboration with the woman; to support in addressing their multiple and individual needs and enable them to engage with services, which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved.
You will possess excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a prison environment whilst remaining calm.
