- Press and Media Relations – Secure high-profile, targeted media coverage aligned with RCR priorities; support Officers as expert spokespeople and foster strong media relationships.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain influential relationships across the health sector, government, and within the RCR to extend reach and impact.
- AI Strategy – Secure the RCR’s place as a leading organisation in the healthcare space by driving the development of expert thought leadership, impactful programmes of work and a solid AI strategy for the College
- Leadership and Management – Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team across data and insight, policy, public affairs, media and AI, ensuring strategic alignment and high performance.

Main Responsibilities:
Working with the CEO, trustees corporate partnerships and communications team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Individual Giving and Donors: develop, manage, monitor and improve the individual giving fundraising portfolio - with the initial aim of generating in excess of £250,000 per annum from individual giving.
- Relationships with local churches and their congregations: work with the trustees and senior leadership team to deepen our relationships with out (cross denominational) member churches and to build links with additional churches in and near the area and local umbrella Christian organisations.
- Relationships with local institutions: work with other local institutions such as schools and business to find individual donors who will financially support Pecan's work. .
- Fundraising Appeals: coordinate fundraising appeals including the Pecan and Foodbank Christmas fundraising campaign, Big Give Campaigns, and other appeals across all income and media streams.
- Fundraising Systems and Processes: Oversee our fundraising systems and processes using our new CRM (Beacon) to ensure data is accurate, GDPR compliant, segmented and usable for effective analysis, reporting and engagement.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Proven experience in individual giving fundraising, including appeals and donor journeys.
- Experience managing and stewarding a portfolio of regular and one-off donors.
- Experience of using and maintaing a fundraising CRM (e.g. Beacon, Raiser's Edge, Donorfy, Salesforce), including data segmentation and analysis.
- Experience writing compelling donor communications (letters, emails, thankyous, updates).
Desirable knowledge/expertise
- Exposure to, or experience with, major donor fundraising (e.g. researching prospects, supporting cultivation or stewardship).
- Understanding of Pecan's values and how they shape organisational culture.
- Knowledge of Peckham and the London Borough of Southwark.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising or similar professional body.

You will lead all aspects of charity financial and resource management for two separate but closely connected charities, the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) and the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA), which are supported by a single head office team. Public Affairs (50% time)

About You:
This role is for you if you are self-motivated and an experienced relationship fundraiser and driven to ensure that targets are hit and projects are delivered to the highest possible standards.
You will have demonstrable experience of managing 4 and 5-figure+ gifts from donors and be a sophisticated communicator with the confidence to build relationships with and inspire colleagues and donors.

- Previous major donor fundraising experience
- Exceptional communication skills particularly in understanding and translating complex information and turning it into compelling written proposals

The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will shape and lead the charity's corporate fundraising strategy at an exciting stage in the charity's development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will secure and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships, cultivating both long-term strategic relationships and dynamic new business opportunities. From pitching for annual programmes to securing campaign sponsorships, you'll drive engagement through tailored propositions that align business goals with the charity's powerful impact.

Since 2013 the #iwill Movement, supported by over 1,000 organisations from across the UK, has aimed to make participation in social action - such as volunteering, fundraising, mentoring, and campaigning - the norm for young people aged 10 to 26.
#iWill has laid the foundations to transform the role and perception of children and young people within society. Job Purpose:
We are entering an exciting phase for the #iwill Movement, with the #iwill Fund looking to invest in a first wave of Towns and Cities of youth social action. To support this, the Department of Culture Media and Sport are making a direct investment in the #will Movement to support the mobilization of Towns and Cities, and we now require three new Place Partnership Managers in the #iWill Movement to work alongside local stakeholders to support their mobilisation of their Town or City of social action.
This role will have a specific focus in identified towns/cities/places in England, working with young people and partners to create conditions for youth led place-based change, as part of the #iWill Movement’s Town and Cities of social action agenda.
The role will take the best practice from existing work in Ipswich, Manchester and Blackpool to create guiding principles for establishing local governance and partnerships that can support a Town or City of Youth Social action to be created.
The role will liaise with local stakeholders to support their funding bid to the #iwill Fund, ensuring young people are in the lead and sponsoring applications. The role will support and influence organisations in agreed Towns and Cities to sign the Power of Youth Charter and make strategic commitments to support young people through the #iwill Movement.
The role will also support local places to construct movement building and income generation plans to ensure ongoing investment from local stakeholders beyond the period of funding award.
This role requires someone rooted in the practice of community based and youth led change, with experience in facilitation and the ability to manage complex partnerships and influence a variety of stakeholders, including through income generation activities.

About the team
The Social Media Team consists of 5 roles, working across Shelter to manage our social media output and serve our comms, fundraising, retail, and services’ functions. Within the team we cover content, community management, reporting, training, and influencer outreach.
