We are thrilled to be working with the incredible Battersea Dogs & Cats Home as they look for a Campaign Lead to join their Income Generation team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of a transformational £4–6 million capital fundraising appeal that will directly enhance the care provided to dogs and cats across Battersea’s facilities.

As Battersea embarks on the first year of its new five-year strategy, this newly created role will be central to delivering one of its key pillars: investing in facilities to meet the evolving needs of the animals in its care. You’ll lead the development and delivery of the campaign plan, coordinating multiple specialist teams and ensuring the campaign runs to time, budget, and impact.

You’ll also establish a clear governance structure, oversee internal process improvements, and act as the main point of contact between Income Generation and the building project team.

To be successful as the Campaign Lead, you will need:

  • A strong track record of leading large capital fundraising campaigns
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • In-depth understanding of high-value fundraising streams and supporter needs
