The Role: Family Services Manager

As our Family Services Manager, you will provide operational and strategic oversight of all service delivery at Home-Start Lambeth. You will be instrumental in ensuring our services deliver real value to the families we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Leadership: Oversee and develop service delivery, ensuring strategic and operational priorities are met.
• Team Management: Line manage and support our dedicated Family Coordinators and Volunteering Officer, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Project and Performance Management: Lead on project management, performance management, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements, including safeguarding.
• Safeguarding and Compliance: Promote children's welfare and ensure compliance with safeguarding best practice.
• Volunteer Engagement: Work closely with our Volunteering Officer to maximise the effectiveness of our brilliant volunteers.
• Partnership Working: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external partners to enhance awareness and reach of Home-Start Lambeth's services
• Reporting and Evaluation: Contribute to developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of our work.

What we are looking for:

• A high standard of education (BA/BSC, degree apprenticeship, level 6 qualification)
• Direct experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven project management, staff line management (including performance management), and service management experience.
• A strong working knowledge of the needs of families with children under five, and current legislation and policies relating to children and families.
• A deep commitment to good safeguarding practice and professional confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A positive, creative, and organised approach to your work.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Relevant professional training (e.g., health visitor, teacher, social worker).
• Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse.
• Experience of developing and delivering training.
• Knowledge of Lambeth and local children's support services.

Salary: £37,000 FTE pro rata (actual salary £22,200 p.a.)

The Business Development team is a recently established and growing team at Frontline. As Business Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of Frontline’s leadership development programmes and workforce development training offers. You will provide high-quality administrative, operational and project support across the Business Development team, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Programme Manager to ensure smooth programme delivery and excellent participant experiences.​

Your responsibilities will include supporting communications, logistics, resource management, scheduling, and data tracking. This is a key role for an organised, proactive and collaborative individual who is passionate about supporting work that improves leadership and practice across the children’s social care sector.

• Providing operational and administrative support for the delivery of leadership development

CSAN is the official agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference, tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice affecting people in England and Wales. We’re facing a steep rise in poverty and significant pressures on social, economic and church resources. At this time, the Church is called to raise a prophetic voice against poverty and the rhetoric of division and work for the building of a more just society.

In 2021, CSAN launched its strategy to extend the social mission of the Church in a post-COVID society. We are developing the infrastructure of the social action network of the Church in England and Wales, including new alliances for diocesan Caritas agencies, advocacy and migration. As our Senior Officer for Migration, you will help to raise awareness of migration issues from the perspective of Catholic Social Teaching and lead on our Ambassadors Programme against Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, as well as prepare briefings and campaign responses to Government legislation.

Over the last 20 years, CSAN has established a network of 50 diocesan and direct service charities, with a combined annual expenditure on social mission estimated at £400m, excluding the work of schools and religious congregations. Our members build up local community life in diverse ways, and many of them support individuals in difficulty, including with housing, prison and detention, social isolation, ill-health, violence, disability, employment, care, therapeutic and welfare support.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Migration Officer are:

1. To provide timely information to the CSAN team and the network on UK Government resettlement programmes and legislation on immigration.

2. To support CSAN’s work to improve public policy and practice on immigration, with compelling evidence from our network, and enabling effective participation in advocacy for a humane system.

3. To work closely with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales on issues of migration and human trafficking.

4. To lead the implementation of the Gubay-

funded CSAN Ambassadors against Human Trafficking programme, preparing and delivering programme materials.

5. To support cross-cutting key workstreams and alliances in CSAN, especially the Domestic Abuse alliance and racial justice, in partnership with the Bishops’ Conference.

About the role:

This role's primary purpose is to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of Respect's training programmes. About Cosmic

Cosmic is a small but mighty children’s charity dedicated to supporting the incredible work of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, Hammersmith. We provide vital funding for life-saving equipment, specialist staff training, and pioneering research. We also deliver our own emotional and practical family support services - making a real difference for children and families when they need it most.

The Role

This role will be pivotal in connecting Cosmic with the families we support and our NHS units across both hospital sites, by managing service delivery and fostering continuous engagement. The postholder will lead and coordinate our new Post-Discharge Support service, working closely with families, the NHS Family Liaison Team, and counsellors. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of service delivery projects - focusing on the experiences and impact on both NHS staff and families - while ensuring efficiency and value for money through careful cost assessment.

NHS Engagement & Relationship Management

▪ Build strong partnerships with PICU and NICU teams to embed Cosmic’s presence, raise awareness, and identify areas for support.

▪ Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and deliver projects that improve patient, family and staff experiences - maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of funding needs.

▪ Liaise directly with families on the units to understand their needs and explore how Cosmic can offer practical and emotional support, helping to build trusted relationships and inform future service development.

▪ Organise engagement activities and events to promote Cosmic across the units, ensuring consistent branding and visibility.

▪ Represent Cosmic at senior staff hospital meetings, forums and working groups, sharing feedback and opportunities with the wider team.

▪ Manage project timelines, budgets, KPIs and reporting to senior management and funders.

Engagement Campaigns

▪ Create, promote and mobilise staff on our units to deliver a yearly schedule of engagement campaigns. Work with staff to develop new and existing campaigns; creating and implementing the plans as appropriate.

▪ To keep abreast of any key or newsworthy/trending national developments and topics relating to PICU & NICU care and the NHS and develop campaigns as appropriate.

Post Discharge Support Project

▪ Manage development and delivery of Cosmic’s new pioneering family support service after intensive care.

▪ Develop, in partnership with the units, service delivery models that include services provided, and their impact.

▪ Develop project budgets with the COO, monitoring and evaluating them to ensure projects are delivered on budget.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.

Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.

As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.

As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.

As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!
• Be a key point of contact for the team at Asda and Breast Cancer Now
• Deliver account management plans, communications plans and engagement plans for the partnership helping to achieve the partnership KPIs
• Work closely with the Asda PR and Social team, and the Marketing and Communications Manager at Breast Cancer Now to deliver engaging partnership communications
• Work with the wider CoppaFeel! team to identify, pitch and deliver new innovative projects to help us achieve our strategic aims through the partnership
• Present to Asda colleagues and suppliers about Asda Tickled Pink, CoppaFeel! and the impact that their support has
• Write and deliver a quarterly impact report to communicate the progress of CoppaFeel! projects and activities to the Asda Tickled Pink team
• Write and review copy, content and artwork for different partnership activities
• Motivate and inspire Asda customers and colleagues to fundraise for Tickled Pink
• Work with key Asda suppliers to support and enhance their Tickled Pink campaigns
• Manage incoming emails and queries from the Asda Community team as well as other colleagues and customers
• Represent CoppaFeel! in external meetings with key stakeholders alongside Asda and Breast Cancer Now
• Work closely with wider CoppaFeel! teams to provide high quality account management for Asda
• Attend and support on a variety events throughout the year including the annual Tickled Pink supplier Ball and the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge
• Contribute to forecasting and budgets to support the Head of Partnerships
• Support the Head of Partnerships on the delivery of different strategic elements of the partnership
• Stay alert to different trends within similar partnerships across the sector
• Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure all our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
• Collaborate with the other Corporate Partnerships Managers, the Corporate Partnerships Executive, Head of Partnerships, wider fundraising team and CoppaFeel! team on relevant projects
• Future Line Management: as the organisation evolves may take on line management responsibilities, overseeing team members and fostering their professional growth
• Keep database and other records up to date
• Willingness to work flexibly and sometimes remotely with occasional out of core hours work (time off in lieu given)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• At least two years’ experience working for a charity in partnerships
• Experience managing medium/large corporate partnerships, supporting or managing large scale charity of the year, or strategic giving partnerships
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify different opportunities within a project or partnership
• Experience of problem solving and implementing solutions
• Good writing skills and communication skills with an eye for detail
• Good organisational and planning skills, to manage tasks and prioritise effectively
• Strong team-player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about working for CoppaFeel!

• Experience of working with income and expenditure budgets
• Experience of public speaking and presenting to different groups of people, both in person and online
