As Senior Fundraising Manager, you will play a leading role in securing new partnerships of similar scale and impact. You will bring a strong track record in new business development—identifying, cultivating, and closing significant corporate relationships.  You will design compelling partnership propositions, manage high-level external engagement, and ensure alignment with YMCA’s mission and strategic priorities.

This is a senior position with scope to influence both the direction of YMCA’s corporate fundraising strategy and the culture of the wider team. Managing a Senior Fundraising Officer, you will provide leadership and guidance, while also contributing to a collaborative and ambitious environment across the fundraising team.

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with demonstrable results in winning new corporate partnerships. The role is a full time and fixed term contract for one year. 

The Cafes Manager will take full responsibility in leading and operating a successful cafes and catering operation, giving our student members an excellent service experience every day, looking to implement our cafes operation with new and innovative ideas led by the Head of Commercial Services. This role forms a key part of our Operations team, led by the Director of Operations. Comprising of both front facing and behind the scenes departments including; Cafés and Bars, Retail, Bloomsbury Fitness Gym, Human Resources, Facilities and Systems, the team delivers core functions and central services for the Union, as well as providing a diverse range of quality facilities accessible to our 55,000 members. Job Title: Deputy Service Manager

Location: Based within the Non-residential service in Wembley, working within communities, homes, and other residentials.  This service does have step free access.

Salary: £31,700

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota working 09:00 - 17:00, hours may be extended 08:00 - 18:00. You may also be required to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team based in Wembley. You will support the Service Manager to ensure high quality service delivery, being a key contact for staff, helping them feel supported, skilled, and empowered within their roles. In this role you will be based within a service which is at the heart of delivering person-centred support to vulnerable adults who have been, or are at risk of homelessness. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle

Job Description

Purpose:

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of Chance to Shine’s events, ensuring each event is executed to the highest standard.
• To lead the planning, budgeting, sales and delivery of fundraising events at Chance to Shine ensuring each event maximises income and profit for the charity.
• To develop an events strategy to maximise income from fundraising challenge events.
• To build positive relationships with charity VIPs and ambassadors, ensuring they are fully briefed at each event.
• To manage the Events Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Project management of a full programme of events including cultivation dinners, annual awards receptions, and major fundraising events.
• Lead on selling Chance to Shine events to new and existing supporters, maximising income through ticket/table sales, auction and raffle income, and sponsorships.

Event Planning

• Lead on the concept and design of new fundraising events.
• To develop and regularly review an organisational events strategy focused on maximising income and return on investment for the charity.

· To develop annual budgets, forecasts and plans for all event income to feed into the wider fundraising budget. 

· To have specific responsibility for the events budget within Chance to Shine Enterprises (CTSE), the trading subsidiary. 

Relationship Management

• Broaden supporter networks and build a community of event supporters through networking, introductions, and working with the wider fundraising team to cross sell events and maximise income.
• Build relationships with existing and new event partners including; charity ambassadors and event hosts, venues, auctioneers, auction/raffle supporters, silent auction partners, and value-in-kind partners/sponsors. 
• To lead on supplier relationships.
• To work with and manage senior volunteers to develop, plan and deliver major fundraising events.

Beneficiary and challenge events

• To build relationships with high value event partners and supporters who are raising funds on behalf of Chance to Shine, providing support as needed.
• To provide guidance to the Events Officer to maximise income from challenge events and community/third-party events.
• To work with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to integrate fundraising challenge events into our corporate partnership offer.
• To develop and implement a strategy to grow income from challenge events.

Line Management

· To line manage the Events Officer.  

Other

· To engage Trustees, SMT and colleagues to support partnership opportunities where appropriate.

· To maintain up to date Raisers Edge records relating to event attendees and partners.

· To represent the charity at external events as appropriate.

· To assist with other fundraising tasks as required. 

· To lead on the contracts process for event partnerships, liaising with the Director of Finance & Resources and external legal support as required.

· To ensure fundraising events are delivered in a safe and professional manner including responsibility for risk assessments relating to fundraising activity and events.

Person Specification

Essential experiences and competencies:

· Educated to a degree level or equivalent

· Minimum five years’ experience in an events or fundraising team

We are seeking an experienced and committed Service Manager to lead supported accommodation services for young people in Lambeth.

About the Role

As Service Manager you will oversee a group of supported accommodation services across Lambeth, Twickenham and Greenwich. The service supports young people aged 16 to 25, including those at risk of homelessness and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people.

You will manage five properties and lead a team of Progression Coaches, Night Progression Coaches, a Senior Coach, a Floating Support Worker, an Apprentice and volunteers. Working closely with Lambeth commissioners and the Leaving Care Team, you will ensure high-quality, safe and responsive services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver person-centred, high-quality support
• Overseeing service delivery to meet contract requirements and KPIs
• Ensuring effective safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary agencies

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to oversee the financial management, control and compliance functions of the College.

This is a pivotal leadership role within the Finance team, supporting the College’s mission to improve child health by ensuring strong financial governance, sound reporting, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with the Associate Director of Finance and senior leaders across the organisation, you will take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of all financial operations and reporting processes.

As Financial Controller, you will lead a team of six, overseeing financial control, statutory reporting, payroll, and compliance. You will ensure that robust internal controls are in place, and manage relationships with auditors, banks and investment partners.

This role will suit a qualified accountant with substantial experience in financial management and a collaborative leadership style.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of accurate and timely month-end and year-end processes, including group consolidations and statutory accounts
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax, audit and charity regulations (including SORP)
• Managing internal and external audit processes and acting as primary contact for auditors
• Overseeing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management and treasury functions

Brief role description  

To establish and develop key employer relationships to source and promote suitable, quality vacancies and vocational opportunities for all Service Leavers (Sl), (including CTP Assist and Early Service Leavers), Veterans, Reservists and Spouses across the Forces Employment Charity (FEC).

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will take an Apprenticeship-to-Executive approach to employer engagement by initiating, developing, and managing relationships with employers and employer organisations across allocated Sectors to source a range of employment opportunities, including full & part-time appointments, work experience opportunities and portfolio work.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Community and Events Manager to lead and grow Playskill’s community and events fundraising stream.  This role is vital to increasing awareness and generating income to support our services, through meaningful community engagement and events.

You will be responsible for managing and developing our annual events (including The Playskill Golf Day), introducing new local fundraising opportunities, and building relationships within community groups.  You will also line manage the Fundraising Officer, helping to support their contribution to the fundraising team.

Role purpose 

We are seeking an organised, data-driven, and creative Senior Individual Giving Officer to support the delivery of high-quality fundraising campaigns that inspire new and existing supporters to give. You will play a key role in developing excellent supporter and stewardship journeys that encourage repeat gifts and maximise supporter lifetime value.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging direct marketing campaigns across print, digital and email channels, with a particular focus on one-off appeals, regular donations, and incentivised giving products. 

Working closely with the Marketing & Campaigns Manager and Marketing & Communications Officer, you will develop audience-led supporter journeys, compelling fundraising copy, and test-and-learn approaches to build lasting supporter relationships and grow income for Southampton Hospitals Charity.  You will also support budgeting and performance reporting, analysing campaign results to inform and optimise future activity. 

Key tasks and responsibilities  

Campaign development and delivery 

• Work with the Campaigns & Marketing Manager to plan and deliver a calendar of direct marketing campaigns across print, email, and digital, focused on income generation and donor retention. 

• Work with the Marketing and Communications Officer to develop compelling, supporter-centred fundraising copy for appeals, donation forms, landing pages, emails, and stewardship content. 

• Coordinate campaign production, from creative briefing to print and fulfilment, working with suppliers, designers, and mailing house partners as needed. 

• Lead on campaign timelines and ensure activity is delivered on time and within budget. 

• Work with colleagues across the charity to gather impactful case studies and project updates for use in donor communications. 

• Manage and maintain campaign collateral such as templates, thank-you letters, and welcome packs, ensuring brand and message consistency. 

Supporter journeys & stewardship 

• Develop and implement supporter journeys for new and existing individual givers, ensuring timely and relevant follow-ups to donations. 

• Identify opportunities to improve retention and upgrade rates through targeted communications and segmentation.

• Ensure all donor touchpoints (e.g. donation forms, thank-you pages, emails) provide an excellent experience. 

• Collaborate with the Fundraising and Operation teams to ensure donor communications align with wider charity messaging. 

• Support fundraising campaigns with tailored communications for regular givers, lottery players, payroll givers, and one-off donors. 

• Provide outstanding donor stewardship to foster repeat support and promote additional giving opportunities, including legacy gifts. 

Data & insight 

• Work closely with Database & Insights Officer to segment data and analyse results to inform and feed into longer-term strategic plans to maximise donor lifetime value. 

• Regularly track and report on KPIs such as response rate, income, ROI, and donor retention. 

• Lead on A/B testing within appeals and digital communications, using results to optimise future campaigns. 

• Maintain accurate supporter data and adhere to GDPR, PECR, and fundraising best practices. 

• Act as a liaison between fundraising and marketing to ensure coordinated and effective campaigns. 

• Ensure all fundraising materials follow brand guidelines and ethical fundraising codes.
