Main duties:
- To register, record, input and maintain learner and qualification information as directed by the line manager.
- To promote the Alliances training and offer initial advice and guidance to learners and employers.
- Support the pre-enrolment processes such as arranging initial assessment, completing learner eligibility checks and funding documentation collection
- To support the administration of the Alliance’s learner and employer initiatives including customer satisfaction surveying and undertaking operational needs analyses.
- To support the Training Centre administration with processing salary claims, expenses and student loan processes
- To support tutor and assessor recruitment as required
Essential criteria:
- Evidence of computer literacy - experience of using Microsoft Office 365, spreadsheets and CRM databases.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise and provide information to a wide range of people internally and to external partners. To produce written documentation to a high standard.
- Ability to work to deadlines, sometimes under pressure.
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Demonstratable experience of working in a busy office.
This role a hybrid working arrangement where you will be required to work from our office 2 days a week and the other 3 days working from home.

- Explore new opportunities: Identify emerging revenue streams from consultancy, publications, and membership growth into new professional sectors
- Shape training course development: Scope and develop infection prevention courses that generate income whilst advancing our educational mission
Who We're Looking For
You're an experienced commercial professional with a proven track record of generating revenue through partnerships, training programmes, or business development. You might come from membership organisations, professional bodies, charities, education or healthcare settings, or from B2B commercial roles with clear transferable skills.
You have the entrepreneurial confidence to build something new, the strategic thinking to identify opportunities, and the relationship skills to turn those opportunities into sustainable partnerships. You're equally comfortable developing pricing models and financial projections as you are crafting compelling partnership proposals.
Most importantly, you understand that commercial success and charitable purpose aren't opposing forces – they're complementary. You want your commercial expertise to strengthen a charity's capacity to serve its members and achieve its mission.

The role of the Learning & Development Officer is to provide a consistent and high level of both operational delivery and administrative support by updating training information and maintaining training systems and processes. In areas such as leadership development, performance management, apprenticeships, and supporting a full range of mandatory, technical and management development. Role Requirements
- Maintain efficient administration systems that facilitate the smooth operation of the training function with the wider Organisational Development Team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries directed to the Learning & Development Team, providing information and assistance as needed
- Oversee the management of the team inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enquiries while taking ownership of all queries
- Process and oversee internal training bookings using Select HR (our HR System)
- Handle applications for external training, including organising payment and liaising with external trainers as necessary
- Manage all administrative tasks related to in-house training sessions, including generating delegate lists, preparing materials for trainers, and booking rooms, equipment, and catering as required
- Produce and distribute certificates for programme participants upon completion.
- Process invoices from external facilitators, including managing costings for other departments
- Organise & coordinate the training calendar for the following year by liaising with facilitators and colleagues and working with CET and Therapy teams
- Update schedules with changes/additions as they arise and inform training representatives and departments
- Planning and organising ‘ad hoc’ training sessions as and when required
- Prepare monthly induction programme including training memos, induction folders, session materials, catering requests & induction evaluations.
- Deliver brief Training session to new starters and help with tours where necessary
- Deliver appraisee training via teams
- Prepare for training sessions, including sending reminders, organising session materials, catering, room and equipment set up
- Create monthly training and PDR reports and chasing compliance where necessary working with line managers.
- Produce ‘due dates’ and other relevant training reports for managers as requested
- Deliver all training related activities for new starters.

About the Role
As CEO, you will provide strategic, compassionate and visionary leadership, ensuring Gorse Hill Studios delivers its mission to empower and inspire young people. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will hold overall responsibility for the organisation’s performance, culture, operations and long-term sustainability. Join Rape Crisis South London at a time of significant change and growth with an ambitious vision for the future, and a new leadership team. We are seeking a highly experienced Children and Young People (CYP) Clinical Lead to oversee and develop our specialist therapeutic services for children and young people aged 4–24.
We support survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs through counselling, advocacy, group work, education, and professional training.
About the Role
You will lead and manage our CYP counselling, play therapy, and trauma-informed services, ensuring high-quality clinical delivery and strategic development. This role includes strategic development of CYP, clinical leadership of all delivery, supervision oversight, safeguarding responsibility, service improvement, and management of CYP budgets and reporting.
About You
You will bring:
- A counselling/psychotherapy qualification (accredited or equivalent experience).
- Significant post-qualification experience, including 600+ supervised hours.
- At least 3 years’ clinical work with children and young people affected by sexual violence.
- Strong experience in clinical leadership and team development.
- In-depth safeguarding knowledge and experience working within the violence against women and girls sector.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and a commitment to feminist principles.

The Survivor Engagement and Activism Coordinator leads the Helen Bamber Foundation’s work to ensure that survivors of trafficking, torture, and human rights abuses are meaningfully involved in shaping services, influencing policy, and driving social change. Working within the Community and Integration team, the post holder safeguards and supports clients as they participate in advocacy, leadership, and organisational development projects.
They oversee key survivor engagement programmes, including the Ambassadors for Change advocacy and leadership programme, the Client Voices Forum, the Board Advisers, and the Alumni Network. This involves coordinating training, facilitating meetings, supporting campaigns, managing administrative processes, and ensuring survivors are prepared, empowered, and safe throughout their involvement.
The role also involves developing innovative ways for survivors to collaborate with staff, contributing to service design, organisational strategy, and sector-wide initiatives. The post holder builds relationships across the asylum and modern slavery sectors, manages lived experience opportunities, and may support client progression and education casework when needed.
Throughout all responsibilities, the Coordinator champions survivor leadership, promotes diversity and inclusion, maintains the ethos of the charity, and practices strong self-care while working with traumatic material.

What You’ll Do:

This role is responsible for the design of UK Youth’s support to young people, youth organisations and youth workers. This could include structured youth work programmes, funding and grants+ programmes, professional development programmes, and campaigns.
You will lead and oversee end-to-end design processes, ensuring that UK Youth develops fully packaged offers that respond to the evidence base and people’s needs, drive forward our strategy and achieve incredible impact. You will work across UK Youth teams, with external design partners, and meaningfully involving young people and the professionals who support them in the design process.
You will be experienced in developing high quality funding propositions (proactively and in response to new business opportunities). You will be confident in taking a human-centred design approach to tackle some of the youth sector’s knottiest problems. You will design solutions to important problems, ensuring that they are feasible, equitable, impactful and scalable.
In 2026, our priority topics for youth work programmes and network development are: mental health and wellbeing, employability, social cohesion and community safety.
As a leader, you will work closely with research, evaluation, policy, service delivery, network development, and fundraising teams.
