Reporting to the Head of Programme Funding, you will work across the fundraising team, supporting programme set up and reporting, in line with key funding criteria and SOS Children’s Villages monitoring frameworks. You will work with colleagues in SOS Children’s Villages UK and internationally, building capacity in programme design, monitoring and reporting. This includes working with colleagues in multiple countries, collaborating on best practice MEAL work whilst being guided by local knowledge and expertise.
You will hold oversight of the portfolio of programmes being funded by SOS Children’s Villages UK, ensuring the UK based team have the tools, resources and processes to monitor programmes, in partnership with our international colleagues. You will manage reporting timelines, supporting your colleagues to ensure effective delivery of programme reporting, according to the needs of SOS Children’s Villages UK and external donors. You will provide hands on support for the monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting of programmes, taking a lead role in the development of frameworks that will ensure effective capture of data enabling excellent reporting.
We are embarking on ambitious work around data analysis and research, and any experience you have in these fields will be highly valuable, and the appetite to explore them is essential.
You will be an active participant in networks, both globally and within the UK, contributing to our organisational knowledge on how to better monitor and analyse key areas such as gender and inclusivity within our programmes.
This is a home-based role, with regular travel within the UK as well as some international travel which you must be able to undertake.
We are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of MEAL systems and processes, and with at least four years of experience in a monitoring, evaluation and/or impact assessment role.

Role Summary:
The Communications Executive will work closely with the Head of Communications and Advocacy to implement our communications and media strategy, contributing to organisational, engagement, and brand awareness goals.
You will manage digital channel growth, content calendars, and deliver social media plans to enhance our digital presence and position as experts in global health, social justice and gender equality.
You will create engaging content and ideas for data promotion and brand awareness campaigns, and support the press office function with media engagement throughout the year.

- in SEO implementation: Conduct keyword research to guide content creation, optimise website and article content for search engines, and monitor, analyse, and report on website SEO performance.
- in social media channel and content management, growing audiences, increasing visibility and engagement.
- in email marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage Global Health 50/50’s audience, drive traffic to the website, and promote events or publications. Segment email lists and personalise content to increase effectiveness.
- in digital marketing, creating advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
Desirable experience:
- Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector with a digital communications background.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with up to 3 years of experience in administration which includes administering and monitoring databases. The post will provide the Team with accurate, timely and comprehensive data, reports and minutes to support and enable effective grant making and decision making. The post plays a crucial role in supporting the whole Team in the UK and in Africa with the potential for visiting Egmont Partners and projects in southern & eastern Africa.
The successful candidate will be highly IT competent, possess good written communication skills and have a positive attitude and strong desire to help meet the objectives of this small but very effective international development charity. A keen eye to detail, a methodical and analytical mind are critical requirements of the role. The ideal candidate will be young self-motivated, capable of working as part of a team and under their own initiative. Strong IT knowledge and experience in MS Office and data administration are essential requirements of the role.
Flexibility will also be a key attribute. They will be part of a small team who have overlapping responsibilities and support each other in the delivery of Egmont’s strategy. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This will be based within community venues and working alongside our REP Case Managers to deliver an employability themed curriculum on a face-to-face basis. You will ensure that all learners have completed their ESOL Assessment, are engaged in the right level of support, are learning and are thriving in their journey towards integration in the UK and progressing with their ESOL to support returning to work over their time on REP.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Work alongside Case Managers to complete ESOL assessments and design bespoke
ESOL learning plans for each individual
• Deliver good quality in-house ESOL provision on a face-to-face basis appropriate to
learners levels and in the community and at community venues.
• Where needed liaise with local colleges, ESOL providers, charities and other
organisations to refer learners based on their language levels and needs
• Monitor leaners’ engagement with courses, including our own, their progress and
objectives or qualification achieved. Adapt provision where needed to maintain
engagement.
• Deliver activities in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements and company
standards
• Keep accurate service users’ records in accordance with data protection requirements so
that personal information is safeguarded, and progress towards KPIs accurately recorded

Location and compensation

About the role
The Media Manager will be responsible for taking charge of the ITF’s global media strategy. We are looking for an experienced media relations professional who can further enhance and solidify ITF’s reputation as the global voice of transport workers and as an authoritative voice in the transport industry and global trade union movement.
We’re seeking an experienced media relations manager, preferably with international experience and with established media relationships amongst leading international media.
You will be part of team responsible for delivering solidarity and support to local, national and global disputes, building communications that reinforce the critical role transport workers play, developing strategies to support union-led policies on everything from health and safety to sustainability, and raising the volume on the global struggle to advance the rights and equalities of the world’s transport workers.
Your role will be pivotal for securing media coverage that raises awareness of the work and priorities of the ITF internationally across broadcast, print, online media, and trade press.
This hands-on role, will lead on developing, implementing and advancing ITF’s global media relations strategy. The Media Manager will also provide strategic advice and coaching to ITF’s leadership on proactive and reactive media strategies, as well as strategic guidance and support for other members of the ITF’s multi-disciplinary communications team.

About the Role:
As an experienced WASH professional and systems thinker, you will provide strategic leadership to the WASH Systems and Programme Partnerships team, aiming to maximise the value that the individuals and the wider Programme Support and Knowledge team brings in contributing to effective approaches to WASH systems strengthening and effective programme partnerships for collective action, as part of WaterAid's strategy.
The WASH Systems and Programme Partnerships Senior Manager is a senior leadership role within the Programme Support and Knowledge (PSK) team that sits within the International Programmes Department of WaterAid (UK). You will be a member of the PSK senior leadership team.
In this role, you will provide the vision and the steer to the team in providing high quality and impactful WASH systems advisory support, guide the development and refreshment of the organisational framing, guidance and standards materials. The role will also provide leadership in steering and convening the organisational best practice in developing and shaping strategically focused programme partnerships and alliances for effective collective action. This includes guiding our work on the relative roles of the public and private sector in WASH, particularly evolving our work on Sanitation and Water Operator Partnerships (SWOPs).

Based in the Business Development Directorate, this role will enable Start Network to collaborate with Hub representatives to set up successful resource mobilisation functions in each Hub country and mobilise new funds directly for them.
