Job description

NASS is seeking an outstanding Programme Manager who will manage two strategic initiatives at the forefront of work to improve healthcare for axial Spondyloarthritis.

Aspiring to Excellence uses quality improvement methods and a national learning network to drive improvements in rheumatology services. A Gold Standard Time to Diagnosis is a new programme in development and is a world-first for this condition.

In both programmes you will work with a steering group to manage programme design, delivery and review. This includes an award making process, commissioning and managing technical providers, managing programme logistics, supporting dissemination and providing reports to sponsors. The post will involve some UK travel and networking.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in a comparable role in the charity sector or NHS, including excellent project management skills and outstanding communication skills. They will be confident working in a collaborative way with steering groups, sponsors, clinicians and patients, and have a strong understanding of and commitment to healthcare improvement.

Please submit your CV together with two-page cover letter explaining your interest in the role and how you meet the person specification.  Deadline for applications is 10 am on 25th June. Interviews will be held by videoconference on 2nd July. For further information, and to submit your application, contact NASS CEO Dr. Dale Webb

Thank you for your interest in NASS!
