You’ll lead on building and delivering our strategy for major donors and corporates, cultivating long-term partnerships rooted in shared values. About the Role

As a service delivery assistant you will be:

Supporting the service manager to provide a high quality service to victims of domestic abuse.

About the opportunity
Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider Philanthropy Department, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will identify and cultivate fruitful partnerships with a range of small, medium and large businesses.
They will help maximise the potential of corporate and other organisations for funding, volunteer recruitment, and other philanthropic opportunities, to enable growth and sustainability for Action Tutoring. Crossness Pumping Station is a unique, world heritage site built in 1865 to help rid London of cholera. Lying abandoned since the 1950s, it has been lovingly restored by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers since 1987. We are moving into the next phase of our development as a museum and need to improve our support to existing volunteers and recruitment of new ones. This role will be fundamental to achieving our strategic goals and future business plan.

About the role

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment, induction, training and support of volunteers for Crossness Engines Trust.

We are looking for a part-time (22.5 hours per week) social media officer to ensure our community is engaged and interacted with through our multiple social media channels. We have a vacancy for a Finance Business Partner to join our fantastic Financial Planning & Analysis team here at RBL. We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who is passionate about the charity and welfare sector to join us and deliver high quality financial, commercial and business advisory support to our organisation.

This role will see you as a key member of the Finance team, working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver robust financially planning and advice to our Fundraising directorate, supporting budget holders, Heads of Departments and Directors across this area.

You will manage the month end process for your business area to ensure all regular journals are posted in a timely and accurate manner. Any necessary corrections should be made, and you will support budget holders with reporting and variance analysis.

You will develop trusted relationships to produce financial projections, budgets, forecasts and business cases, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy. You’ll be a keen problem solver with an eye for detail, an effective communicator and have a strong focus on customer service, planning and organising. 

You will have similar experience in finance and management accounting obtained in a complex organisation, and knowledge of a variety of accounting systems and financial reporting approaches. Experience working within the sector advantageous, but not essential.

As an accountancy qualification isn’t an essential requirement for this role, we would be open to funding elements of a professional accountancy qualification, pending the completion of a probationary period.
You will be contracted to our London, Haig House, Hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the Hub (one day must be a Tuesday) and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

Job Title: Substance Misuse Worker

Location: Catford, Lewisham (Approximately 11 minute walk from Bellingham Station - Thameslink and Southeastern rail services) - The service works across two properties which are located in close proximity to each other. This service has step free access.

Salary: £29,000 (Full Time Equivalent)

Shift Pattern: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3 days a week which can be discussed directly with the hiring manager at interview 

About the role

We are seeking a Substance Misuse Worker who has a specialism in mental health and substance use to join our team in Catford. You will be based within a 24 hour service which provides enhanced rehabilitation support to adults who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health, who would benefit from an intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused approach. Within this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and experience to support the wider team and residents to help them to overcome their personal barriers.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:

• Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
• Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
• Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
• Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning. 

About you

We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. Qualifications are desirable if paired with practical experience which is relevant to this role. We look at individual characteristics with the ability to engage with various people who may not want to receive the support, able to build trusting professional relationships, and able to demonstrate resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive. • Full knowledge on comorbidity and complex needs, able to share knowledge, skills, and experience with others
• Previous experience in a similar role, providing interventions and holistic assessments and support for people experiencing mental health challenges
• Ability to provide specialist support and knowledge in risk assessment and risk management, particularly in relation to harm minimisation, substance misuse and mental health
• A commitment to promoting recovery, harm reduction, and active involvement in care planning
• Ability to apply relapse prevention models to promote sustained recovery and harm reduction

We are looking for a Systems Accountant to join our Finance & Assurance team during an exciting phase of transformation on a permanent basis. Having recently transitioned our financial system to Unit4 ERPx, you will play a vital role in optimising our finance systems, ensuring strong internal controls, and providing support to colleagues across the organisation.

In this high-profile position, you will serve as the in-house Unit4 super-user and subject matter expert, ensuring that the system delivers maximum value to the Finance team and the wider organisation. This role combines technical insight, leadership, and collaboration to strengthen our financial systems and processes.

About you
You will bring strong expertise in finance systems, with the ability to translate technical functionality into solutions that align with organisational goals. You should be a proactive problem-solver, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across teams, and committed to driving continuous improvement.

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of system accounting experience.
- Significant experience with Unit4 ERPx or other ERP finance systems, particularly in a post-implementation context. Knowledge of Avalara and Proactis is beneficial.
- Ability to combine technical system knowledge with financial context to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Highly proficient in Excel and other data handling tools, with strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple, complex programs of work in a demanding environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of working across departmental and hierarchical boundaries.
- Experience in driving quality and performance improvement through data-driven metrics and reporting.

- Lead the administration and optimization of Unit4 ERPx, ensuring that finance processes are efficient, compliant, and effective.
