Role Summary

Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.

Reporting into the Head of Resources & Planning, this role provides the opportunity to join a Development operations team in driving forward the exciting, ambitious and transformational NHM150 campaign.  You will have the opportunity to be innovative and proactive, as well as utilise your creativity, project management and organisational skills to oversee donor recognition and ensure we are providing a consistent and best in sector experience for our donors and partners.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Stewardship and supporter journey

• Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Head of Corporate Partnerships, lead the development of a structured, overarching stewardship programme that works across the Museum. Take a supporter journey approach and ensure the programme includes a creative and innovative range of benefits and recognition to foster well-managed, mutually beneficial and lasting relationships with funders.
• Coordinate stewardship efforts and work with colleagues to produce tailored stewardship plans.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day advice and guidance to staff on stewardship.

Funder recognition

• Work with the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships departments to ensure a cohesive approach to the funder benefits matrix and recognition and acknowledgement.
• Advise and lead on funder inclusion with event and event material including, speeches, invites and associated thanking moments
• Lead on the creation and implementation of a funder recognition strategy for each major project and giving mechanism, ensuring consistency with the Museum’sdeli Naming and Recognition Policy and including, but not limited to, funder boards and naming opportunities.
• Lead for Development on work with the Design, Comms, Marketing and Digital team to develop agreed frameworks and ‘lock-ups’ for the NHM’s brand and visual identity. Create agreed procedures to ensure sign-off by all parties which is effective and well-communicated.

Communications and reporting

• Support colleagues in researching, writing and producing high-quality impact reports for funders in line with Deeds of Gift, contracts and other agreements.
• Support the creation of the Museum’s Annual Review, Annual Report and similar impact reporting; ensuring appropriate funder recognition.
• Manage the annual Season’s Greetings cards creation and distribution

Other responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse group of Museum stakeholders, to ensure stewardship plans and activities are successfully coordinated and delivered.
• Responsible for oversight of Supporter Cards for key Development supporters, working with the Database team to create and distribute.
• Develop a strong knowledge of sector best practice through networking, benchmarking against comparable institutions, identifying and undertaking training and development opportunities, and where appropriate implement these best practices at the Museum.
• Record essential information accurately and appropriately, using Development Group systems and the Raiser’s Edge database. This includes tracking agreed and live negotiations for funder recognition and commitments on major projects.

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Significant experience in a fundraising / funder management role, or similar project management experience
• A strong working knowledge of the role of stewardship in the not-for-profit or cultural sectors, with the ability to initiate and manage stewardship activities.
• A proactive, positive and creative approach to stewardship, with the ability to recognise and create relationship-building and strengthening opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and through written material such as letters, reports and visual presentations.
• Attention to detail and ability to successfully negotiate with colleagues across the Museum to monitor and deliver donor recognition requirements.
• A team player, able to work flexibly and positively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, set priorities, meet deadlines and work unsupervised.

Purpose 

As People & Community Manager you nurture Jamyang’s values-aligned culture and strengthens its sense of community, both internally and externally. This role requires someone with excellent administrative, organisational and financial management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with care and precision. 

You will work closely with the Clinical Director, Board, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality therapeutic services, manage projects, support fundraising and communications, and ensure our facilities meet the needs of both clinicians and the community. Key Responsibilities are as follows:

Strategic Leadership: Work with the Directors and Advisory Board to support long-term planning and strategic development. Creatively implement systems and structures to maximise service delivery, productivity, and income. 

Operations and Facilities Management: Oversee the booking and management of clinic and event rooms, maintain high standards of customer service for building users and visitors, liaise with contractors regarding building maintenance and manage the general upkeep of facilities to maintain a high standard of health and safety. Respond to issues in a timely manner and maintain relationships with building users. 

Financial Management: Lead the financial management of the organisation, monitoring project budgets, invoices, licences and debtors. Chair a monthly finance subcommittee meeting and maintain an overview of the entire organisation’s cash flow and projection. 

Governance: Act as the main point of contact for the board of directors and advisors. Prepare and attend monthly board meetings. 

Programme and Event Delivery: Coordinate internal and public events including lectures, film screenings, and workshops - providing logistical and operational support including ticketing, promotions and managing event staff/volunteers. 

Clinical Project Management: Lead operational delivery of funded projects including two subsidised psychotherapy schemes: tracking budgets, collating outcome measures, writing reports, managing timelines and liaising with clinicians and patients. This also includes managing referral pathways, responding to enquiries from patients, sharing referrals with clinicians, and line managing an administrator who supports these tasks. 

Outreach Programme Management: Coordinate our multiple outreach programmes such as two Therapeutic Playgroups, one of which is for refugees and asylum seekers. This involves acting as the main point of contact for programme staff, reporting on their activities and progress to the board, and maintaining the operational frameworks necessary to allow the programmes to thrive. 

HR: Manage all HR elements of the organisation including but not limited to: advertising and recruiting roles, drafting contracts, keeping an up to date log of internal policies, and handling any staff concerns with discretion and professionalism.

Development and Fundraising: Support grant research, writing, and application processes in collaboration with the Development Coordinator. You will be required to liaise with key funders and maintain records, reports, and track project outcomes.

Communications: Lead on internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media and website content.

The Access is Justice Foundation is seeking a Grants Officer who will join our Grants Team to provide ongoing administrative, operational, and data management support for our grant making activity, working alongside others in the Grants Team. You will maintain relationships with funded partners; undertake analysis of grants data, draft documents, reports, and communication materials; and provide ongoing support for our funding programmes and broader organisational work as needed. Overview: Conduct a Final Evaluation for a project entitled ‘Provision of humanitarian and livelihood support’, also known as ‘HELA’ (Humanitarian and Economic Livelihoods Assistance’). The 3-year project is funded by Misereor / Katholische Zentralstelle für Entwicklungshilfe (KZE), with co-funding provided by CAFOD. It is implemented by two local partners in Afghanistan, in three provinces, between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2025.

CAFOD has been supporting local organisations in Afghanistan, including the two implementing partners for this project, since the 1980s to help tackle issues of poverty and injustice and to respond to humanitarian emergencies.

Background and Context

Project Brief: This project is a result of partnership and joint work between CAFOD and the consortium members. The project builds on CAFOD’s existing programming in Afghanistan which strengthens the capacity of at-risk households by diversifying their livelihood options. The project focuses on meeting basic needs as well as promoting inclusive development, with the objective of strengthening resilience, particularly for the most vulnerable. As the project approaches the final few months of implementation, CAFOD is seeking to engage an external consultant to conduct a participatory final evaluation for this project. This will evaluate how effectively the project has been implemented, its major impacts and lessons learned, and recommendations for future similar programming. It is expected that the final evaluation will have a particular focus on the consortium partners’ ways of working: the strength of their collaboration, the efficacy and suitability of monitoring and evaluation approaches, and the benefit of learning events and strategies used through the project.

CAFOD and our partners are working with the same target group throughout the duration of the project, not only providing humanitarian and livelihood support, but also raising awareness amongst participants of families' rights from an Islamic perspective. Over the past two decades, much work has been undertaken to empower Afghan households and enable them to exercise their agency. Partners are taking a variety of approaches to further these aims in the project.

Ultimately, the project aims to support and ensure that the rights of poor and vulnerable people in Bamyan, Kabul, and Kunduz provinces are upheld and they have increased agency in their social and economic development.

Directly, the project has been planned to achieve programme outcomes:

1. The basic needs of targeted households are met.
2. Targeted participants have improved resilience through diversified livelihoods.
3. Targeted community leaders and members (male and female) are equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills to promote and uphold their rights from an Islamic perspective.

Project Target Group and Location: The project will reach a total of 350 participants in three provinces of Afghanistan (Bamyan, Kunduz and Kabul) with a combination of humanitarian assistance, livelihoods training and other activities.

Project Duration: September 2022 – August 2025 (36 months)

Scope of the Final Evaluation:

The purpose of this final evaluation is to assess the overall performance and objectives of the completed project, in relation to the specified objectives, logical framework, and work plans. The evaluation will examine the extent to which project outcomes have been achieved, the quality and sustainability of results, and the relevance and appropriateness of strategies employed and ways of working. This participatory evaluation will analyse not only what has been achieved, but how it was achieved, how it was measured, and what could have been improved. This will include an examination of accountability measures, and how participants and other stakeholders were engaged throughout the implementation process, including how participants were given the opportunity and encouraged to share feedback and help shape the design of the project. The consultant will make and explain recommendations for consideration in implementing future projects of a similar nature.

The evaluation should include a review of the project’s monitoring data, secondary documents, a workshop with staff, and some direct data collection from key stakeholders including targeted participants taking part in the livelihoods training activities, as well as their relatives and community members. Findings of the evaluation will be used to guide and improve future project design and implementation. They should be written up into a final evaluation report (no more than 30 pages) which will be made available to CAFOD, Misereor and both partners.

As well as assessing progress towards logical framework indicators, the evaluation should focus on capturing, documenting and assessing lessons learned to inform future project design and implementation.

The assessment will be conducted in close coordination with CAFOD’s Afghanistan team, including the Country Programme Representative, Programme Officer, and Programme Support Officer.

Objectives of the Final Evaluation:

1. To assess the project and its effectiveness in meeting its three outcomes and supporting targeted Afghan households, through material assistance, livelihoods skill training and associated support, advocacy initiatives, and other activities.
2. To evaluate the strength and appropriateness of the projects MEAL systems:
   1. To what extent did project monitoring and evaluation help track project progress and achievements?
   2. How effectively was participation and accountability built into project design and implementation, and partners’ ways of working with stakeholders?
   3. How effectively were learning opportunities used throughout the project (including peer learning and exchange visits, learning workshops, regular progress workshops, etc.)?
3. To assess and review consortium functionality, partnership dynamics, and collaboration.
4. To capture and assess key lessons learned from the project from various stakeholders including project staff, participants, civil society groups involved in the project, community leaders and other community members.
5. To assess the sustainability and impact of project achievements, including:
   1. Changes in participants’ social and economic agency and participation
   2. Shifts in community attitudes and behaviours
   3. Capacity built among local partners and stakeholders.
6. To produce a high-quality report, no longer than 30 pages, which will be shared with CAFOD, Misereor and implementing partners.

Deliverables and proposed deadlines:

• Develop a short inception report with proposed methodology, plans and tools for collecting data from stakeholders, for the final evaluation (1st and 2nd week of contract), to be discussed and agreed with CAFOD and partners.
• Gather data from relevant stakeholders (3rd and 4th week of contract)
• Submission of draft report (6th week of contract)
• Review and revision of report based on feedback (6th and 7th week of contract)
• Submission of final report (8th week of contract)
• Presentation of report to CAFOD and partners– date to be confirmed.

Methodology:

• The evaluation should adopt a participatory mixed-methods approach, beginning with a desk review before integrating quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure that data collected is triangulated and can be communicated, explained and contextualised.
• It is expected that the consultant will combine surveys/questionnaires with structured interviews, FGDs and KIIs. Note that to enable the open and unrestricted sharing of opinions and information, the data can be anonymised where relevant and appropriate.
• Evaluation team members are encouraged to use innovative methods to collect and analyse data. The qualitative component will allow for more in-depth data gathering to gain more insightful findings from relevant target groups regarding their experience of the project and its impact.
• Data is expected to be gathered from key project stakeholders, including:
  • Targeted participants (in vocational training, first aid training, and Local Leaders Committees).
• The midterm evaluation will be supported by two workshops: an initial developmental workshop in which the data collection methods will be discussed with CAFOD staff and representatives from partners to obtain feedback and input; and a feedback and validation workshop after submission of the draft report, to obtain input on findings and recommendations.
• The consultant(s) are expected to propose the most suitable method of sampling/randomisation and the sample size will be determined in collaboration with CAFOD and partners. Information shall be collected from across specified beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders.
• All data collected during the baseline study will be disaggregated by age, gender, disability, and location.

Ethical Considerations

The below ethical considerations will be adhered to during the midterm evaluation:

• The evaluation will be conducted by an independent and impartial external consultant.
• Quantitative data will be obtained from a randomly selected representative sample. 
• Participation in the study will be voluntary, and individuals must be able to curtail their participation in the study at any time. 
• The safety of participants and implementing partner staff will be paramount.
• Anonymity, confidentiality and safeguarding of study data (both during data collection and for data storage) will be guaranteed. 
• There will be no risks and benefits for individual participants.
• The culture, norms and traditions of study populations will be respected and laws of the country upheld.
• Participation in the evaluation will involve no additional security or safety risks for participants, in light of the current context in Afghanistan.
• The content of the evaluation will be treated confidentially and only shared with CAFOD, partners and Misereor.

• Other training/certifications in thematic areas relevant to the project will be an asset (livelihoods, gender, behavioural change communication etc.);
• Other professional training on Research Methodology, Development Evaluation, and Impact Evaluation from recognised institutes/universities would be an asset;

Management and Reporting Arrangements:

The recruitment and initial briefing to the consultant will be managed by CAFOD, in consultation with the project partners.

Both in-country implementing partners will provide logistical and administrative support and guidance, including supply of relevant documentation, and help with the organisation of meetings and interviews (the financial costs of this will be covered by the consultant). Additionally required costs such as refreshments for FGDs will be paid for by partners. The consultant will be responsible for working with partner staff to arrange interviews and field visits ensuring all relevant stakeholders are available at the place and time agreed; the consultant(s) will provide facilitation of workshops, FGDs, meetings and field visits.

Deliverables will be reviewed, appraised and accepted by members of CAFOD’s Afghanistan staff, in consultation with the relevant partner staff members.

The Urban Partnership Group (UPG) is a community and regeneration organization situated in West London offering a wide range of activities at its bases at the Masbro Centre, Edward Woods Community Centre, Masbro Brook Green, and Flora Gardens Family Centre,  projects managed include those for older people, youth, children centre services, volunteering and community champions.  Through these projects UPG hopes to enhance the health, wealth and well-being of the centre users and residents.

The Role

The Community Centre Manager will play a key role in the leadership and smooth running of The Edward Woods centre, managing change, growth and performance as agreed with the CEO. Working closely with the UPG Management team, employees, partners, contractors, volunteers and other local organisations, the Manager will work to ensure the

Community Centre is a vibrant, well-managed facility that operates within a sustainable framework for the benefit of residents and organisations. They will also promote the profile, role and impact of the Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities

Management of the Community Centre

• Manage the operations of the Community Centre, its staff and the development and delivery of activities and facilities in line with the business and strategic plan.

• Ensure compliance with employment law and that we follow good practice regarding HR.

• Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and delivery of the business and strategic plan and present regular progress updates to the UPG Management team.

• Oversee the maintenance of the building - including building maintenance and improvement

programmes.

Management of staff and Volunteers

• Prepare reports for funders, PRM and annual general meetings.

PR/Marketing and Fundraising

• Oversee the development and implementation of an income generation & marketing strategy.

• Develop strategies to promote the use and profile of the Community Centre, maximising use of social media, publicity opportunities and liaison with the local media.

Financial management

• Liaise with the CEO and Finance officer in setting and managing budgets and maintain an overview of the financial position of the Community Centre.

• Code invoices to ensure that income and expenditure is allocated to correct projects.

• Ensure best practice in all financial matters.

Project Management

• Support and oversee the continued delivery of high-quality services and activities.

• Devise and implement robust impact monitoring and evaluation strategies for all projects.

Edward Woods Community Centre has a small team of employees, tenants, volunteers and a

wide range of activities. it is expected that the post holder will be flexible in assisting in areas of work which go beyond their main duties. In particular, the holder of this post will be expected to assist with covering frontline reception and administrative duties and attendance at and/or supervision of events outside of normal working hours.

WHA is an international NGO, representing over 400 civil society and patient organisation members in over 120 countries. We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead WHA’s delivery of the SAFEStart+ project. Focused on accelerating the elimination of mother-to-child transmission (EVT) of HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, and Chagas disease in endemic areas. The project will focus on demand generation, adoption and scale-up of innovative EVT programmes through strong community and stakeholder leadership. It will do this in part, through understanding the values and preferences of stakeholders, addressing barriers around awareness and stigma and discrimination, providing training to both community groups and health care workers and undertaking community led monitoring. These community led-activities will run alongside work in countries to strengthen health systems and supply chains and address gaps in product access.

The duties and key responsibilities of the Community Implementation Manager include:

• Plan and coordinate WHA activities related to the project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and funding parameters.
• Manage community implementation partners within project countries, working closely with them to develop advocacy and awareness strategies, implement community-based research , monitor budgets in line with approved policies and measure impact.

The Individual Giving team is responsible for raising over £21m. Legacies are vital to Diabetes UK, with gifts in Wills funding around 40% of our work every year. 

The role of the Legacy Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our legacy marketing team, working together to lead the strategic planning, support and delivery of integrated, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, consortium activity and events to promote legacy giving and grow our pipeline of supporters.

We need a strategic thinker who is innovative, highly proactive and organised, and takes ownership in managing a portfolio of inspiring acquisition, conversion and stewardship campaigns, appeals and experiences across a range of channels including Digital, Email, Telephone, Direct Mail, Press, Events.   We need someone who will drive the programme forwards, maximising value, continuously improving ways of working, and innovating in response to need.

You will be highly numerate, basing decisions on data & insight, and engaging a diverse range of potential legacy supporters, by connecting them to opportunities to support Diabetes UKs work. You will ensure you provide an excellent supporter experience – inspiring donors to maximise the value of their gift, engage with other fundraising products and continue to support Diabetes UKs work.

The role will also be critical in championing legacy marketing across the organisation, ensuring all areas are aware of the importance of legacies and can support our activities.

It is essential that the Legacy Marketing Manager proactively cultivates strong relationships with teams across Diabetes UK to ensure legacies are widely promoted.

We are currently hiring a Partnerships Advisor here at ClientEarth on a 12 month Fixed-Term contract. This role requires a hands-on, strategic individual who is able to work with brilliant teams across the world. You will also play a key role in driving programme quality, help operationalise key recommendations from ClientEarth’s Impactful Partnerships Strategy and the Partnerships Roadmap, whilst working with colleagues globally.

Meet your Manager

In this role, you will be managed by Ailsa Griffith, Programme Management Group Lead within ClientEarth's Programmes & Impact team. Ailsa brings over nine years of experience in the NGO sector, working alongside diverse partners to design and deliver global programmes that advance human rights and protect the environment. She joined ClientEarth in 2020 and is based in London. 

Main Duties

• Map the historical portfolio of partners across multiple systems based on a clear typology.
• Facilitate data analysis to provide ClientEarth with a clear snapshot of the current and prospective partners (at global, regional and jurisdictional levels) relevant to ClientEarth’s strategy and the level of alignment / contribution to ClientEarth’s theory of change.
• Steward, manage and oversee best practice in partner engagement and provide insights and input to support the organisation’s partnership approach.
• Support the operationalisation of the Impactful Partnerships Strategy and the recommendations of the Partnerships Roadmap (which might include a staff engagement plan).
• Work with the Impact and Learning team to ensure that Impact & Learning tools and processes capture data on partnerships, reflect changes based on the stakeholder segmentation, stakeholder analysis and partnerships mapping tools.
• Review ClientEarth’s current partnership approach from a decolonial point of view, to identify and plan changes needed across the organisation.

Role requirements

• Experience of partnerships development and management in the NGO/not-for-profit sector, with proven ability to align partnerships with organisational goals (essential)
• Experience of defining and applying partner typologies -i.e. defining and categorising partners (essential)
• Experience of data management and analysis tools to manage and visualise data effectively (essential)
• Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with external partners, such as NGOs, law firms, scientific, technical and industry stakeholders (essential)
• Experience of leading or facilitating monitoring, evaluation and learning for large and complex projects in the NGO/not-for-profit sector (essential) – ideally for environmental and/or policy projects (desirable)
• Fluent (CEFR level C2) in English (essential)
• Fluent (CEFR level C2) in another European language (desirable)

Job Title: Deputy Service Manager 

Location: In Service based in Croydon, CR0 1EB. You will be required to work across multiple services within the area. 

Salary: £30,200

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday, working across a rota which will include day and night shifts as we provide a 24 hour service.  

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team based in Croydon, providing leadership and line management to a team of night staff which is around 10 people in total. You will provide support and supervision sessions at night, and general leadership to the team so they feel empowered to be productive and perform well within their roles. You will further ensure a quality service is delivered in line with our contractual requirements to the residents. You will be responsible for creating a psychologically informed environment (PIE) with person centred support during all hours. You will work closely with the day teams to ensure a smooth handover from the day to night. 

This service is a Forensic Mental Health provision for 27 people across 4 sites in Croydon. For your own personal safety, you will require to have access to your own transport as you will need to travel between our 4 sites during the night shift to provide managerial support to the teams. The teams support our residents with person centred support, to empower them to overcome their personal barriers with their mental health, to have greater independence and fulfilled living. The service is responsible for holding various activities, group sessions, and one to one support to enable residents to build their personal skills and experiences to achieve their goals. 

The role includes:

• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
• Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
• Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed
• Financial Management, including petty cash and budget management
• Contract management and Internal auditing, admin, and general other duties as required.

Position: Centre Operations Manager

Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Jamyang Buddhist Centre, London, with the option for some remote working.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week; occasional evenings and weekends required with TOIL.

Purpose

As Centre Operations Manager, you work closely with the Executive Director to support Jamyang’s mission of fostering a caring, warmhearted community. You are the backbone of day-to-day operations, supervising local and resident volunteers in essential tasks such as facilities upkeep, team meal preparation, and general site care. You manage procurement and ensure that operational systems and processes are both effective and aligned with Jamyang’s values.

 You’ll also play a key role in helping the Centre live its environmental commitments—making mindful choices in purchasing, resource use, and daily operations that reflect our shared care for the planet.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team & Volunteer Supervision

· Supervise local and resident volunteers in daily centre tasks (facilities upkeep; team meal preparation; general site care), ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and with care.

· Create and manage volunteer rotas, provide on-the-job guidance, and foster a supportive environment that aligns with Jamyang’s values of care and interconnectedness.

2. Procurement & Resource Management

· Oversee the procurement of goods and services essential for the centre’s operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability.

· Maintain supplier relationships and monitor inventories to support seamless centre operations.

3. Operational Systems & Process Improvement

· Design and implement operational processes that support Jamyang’s mission and values, including record-keeping, contractor management, and facilities oversight: from scheduling minor repairs to coordinating decorative maintenance and small improvement projects.

· Administer digital tools (Asana, BreatheHR, QuickBooks Online) to support collaboration and productivity across the team.

· Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements (liaising with external H&S consultants).

4. Finance & Administration

· Oversee invoice tracking, vendor payments, and financial hygiene (liaising with the external bookkeeping service).

· Support budget monitoring, insurance, utilities, contracts, and other administrative tasks as required.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

· Collaborate closely with the People & Community Coordinator to align systems, onboarding, volunteer support, and community engagement initiatives.

· Foster a culture of calm, warmheartedness, and integrity across all operational functions.

Financially Literate: You’re comfortable processing invoices, working with budgets, and collaborating on financial systems with attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy Organiser: You’re comfortable using tools like BreatheHR, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office, and you use digital tools to streamline operations.

Organised Operator: You’re skilled at managing multiple moving parts—balancing tasks, timelines, and priorities with calm focus and follow-through.

Compensation and Benefits

· £28,000–£32,000 per year, depending on experience
