Fundraising Co-Ordinator – Maternity Cover (up to 12 months)

Baby Basics Northampton, Wollaston – Potential Hybrid Role

Salary - £12.90 per hour

Hours – 16 per week

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, passionate and experienced Fundraising Co-Ordinator to help grow our income and expand our supporter base.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and making a measurable impact. Working closely with the CEO, you will identify, pursue and develop funding opportunities—particularly through trusts, foundations, and corporate partnerships—and lead community engagement initiatives that raise both vital funds and the public profile of Baby Basics Northampton.

If you’re motivated by purpose, skilled in communication, and eager to drive change, we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring experience from a fundraising environment, along with excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.

You’ll be confident in crafting clear, compelling written content and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

We’re seeking someone who can demonstrate sound judgement under pressure and who uses data insightfully to inform decisions that support the charity’s goals. Strong IT skills are essential, including proficiency across the full suite of Microsoft Office programmes.

What we offer

• Private Pension Scheme: We invest in your future with a secure and supportive pension plan.

• Supportive Team Culture: Join an established, passionate, and tight-knit team that values collaboration, enthusiasm, and shared purpose.

• Meaningful Work: Be part of a charity that makes a real difference in the lives of families, with every role contributing to lasting impact.

• Growth & Development: Opportunities to learn, lead, and grow within a dynamic and community-focused environment.
