1. People Management

Clinical Services Coordinator (Mental Health Talking Therapies) - Maternity Cover Contract

Evolve Counselling is looking for an efficient, qualified and experienced mental health counselling manager, to take charge of our service while the postholder takes maternity leave in January 2026. The Role

What will I be doing?

As Accreditation Coordinator you will part of the Membership and Inclusion team. The role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to upholding quality and standards. We are looking for an organised, resilient individual who can work without close supervision.

Duties include:

• Organising degree accreditation visits, accreditation events, and committee meetings
• Responding to a wide range of enquiries from internation and external contacts
• Conducting initial reviews of degree accreditation applications

Projects you work on may include:

• Development and delivery of assessor training
• Supporting the development of a course endorsement scheme
• Assisting with the enhancement of doctoral training accreditation

Who will I work with?

• Colleagues in Professional Registration, Policy, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Senior academics in physics departments and university quality offices
• IOP members who volunteer their time to support degree accreditation and professional registration

Our Development Team

The Donmar has an exceptional ability to raise private funds, and the vital importance of fundraising is recognised across the organisation and embedded in the overall strategy. Each year we raise around half our income through fundraising from a varied number of sources, with corporate income representing around a third of the fundraised income. The Development team is led by the Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising, and comprises 11 people.

Purpose of the role

The Development Events Manager will be responsible for the planning, administration and delivery of all development events at the Donmar Warehouse, working alongside the Head of Trusts and Events and with support from the Events Administrator.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of leading, managing and delivering events and strong project management skills. They will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to proactively work on their own initiative as well as in a team, with very strong attention to detail. They will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and to leading multiple events simultaneously.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager in our Estates team, working with a range of stakeholders and people who use our services. We are looking for an outstanding individual who has experience in the day-to-day management of our buildings and infrastructure and an ability to manage a dynamic and proactive, forward-looking maintenance environment, including reactive maintenance, water safety, fire safety, and statutory testing. and practical knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft systems.

You will also lead on health and safety, ensuring robust compliance, risk management, and safe systems of work across all estate and contractor activities.

This approach, rooted in the specific needs of local communities, is becoming increasingly impactful across King’s and is gaining recognition across the sector. Through our Access & Participation Plan 2025–2029, we have made ambitious commitments to expand our place-based work to improve young people’s educational outcomes and tackle barriers to university access and broader social inequalities.

Our place-based approach focuses on addressing localised challenges such as mental health, pathways to citizenship, access to English language provision, and employment and fair wages. We work in close partnership with South London Citizens to achieve this shared mission. This role leads the development and delivery of collaborative, community-led initiatives and supports the wider integration of this approach across King’s. Through these initiatives, the postholder empowers community members to design, launch, and sustain impactful campaigns that respond directly to local needs. They will work closely with Citizens UK organisers and colleagues across King’s to build strong partnerships and drive meaningful, place-based change, including engagement in broader local, regional, and national initiatives.

Using community organising methodology, the postholder will lead and expand our core place-based programmes: Parent Power South London and Empoderando Familias, delivered with South London Citizens, and EmpowerESOL, facilitated in collaboration with internal King’s teams. A key focus will also be the strategic growth of our flagship Parent Power programme into new regions, in partnership with The Brilliant Club. This initiative empowers parents and carers to engage actively in their children’s education while building networks of community organisers who drive change locally and nationally.

At the heart of this role is a commitment to collaboration and community, both external and internal, as powerful drivers of social impact. The postholder will also support and develop the WP Champions Network, a university-wide staff community passionate about social mobility. By curating resources, delivering training, and shaping its strategic vision, they will help embed widening participation across King’s, amplifying its impact within and beyond the university.

We’re looking for a Property Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to our Property team, who support our busy Rehoming centres with all things property, from reactive repairs to major refurbishments.

What does this role do?
As Property Assistant, you’ll:

• be the first point of contact for the team, supporting our Rehoming centre teams with queries related to their sites and repairs, escalating where appropriate to other colleagues in the team,
• deliver high quality administrative support to the team, from raising purchase orders and arranging travel, to administering our repairs ordering system, Infraspeak,
• support with administration around contractors, such as issuing contracts and drafting meeting minutes,
• support with the planning of regular meetings and site visits.

This is a part time role for 17.5 hours per week, across 2.5 days. The current working pattern for the role includes Mondays, with flexibility across the other days.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience in an administrative role, with excellent IT skills.
