The Central Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the central office facility, including day-to-day oversight of organisation-wide services provided by SCT’s external IT support provider. 

The postholder will champion health and safety processes across the organisation through the use of an online portal. They will also provide key support in the coordination and delivery of organisational training. 

In addition, the role includes assisting in the delivery of a generalist HR service, working alongside the HR Officer and external HR advisors.

As an unqualified, inexperienced independent multi-disciplinary advocate, you will be required to enrol on the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice qualification and complete the course within a set timescale, using protected study time to focus on this. You will shadow experienced team members and then be observed providing advocacy to those who are eligible for our services until you are able to pick up a caseload of your own. You will receive training in the different remits of advocacy, instructed and non-instructed advocacy and safeguarding and be supported to develop a thorough understanding of the role and boundaries of advocacy. The role involves acting on the instruction of the people you support, empowering them to have a say in their situation, to understand their rights and any options open to them and supporting them towards self-advocacy. · Develop and deliver HI UK’s strategy for high-net-worth individuals.

· Lead on the new Capital Campaign, 2026-2030, for HI UK.

Income Growth

Collaboration

About the opportunity

As Assurance Assistant, you'll be part of our Finance & Assurance directorate, working within a team committed to being the Society's single point of truth. You'll support the delivery of internal audit engagements, risk management activities, and business continuity arrangements that help the Society operate with confidence and integrity. The health content editor plays a pivotal role in the creation and reviewing of our information portfolio. We’re looking for an organised and collaborative individual to project manage and edit individual information products, working alongside our team of subject matter experts.
