About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.

As Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Nottingham Contemporary's ambitious development strategy to increase income, in collaboration with the Senior Development Manager who holds the overall responsibility for targets and strategy. Ensuring excellent stewardship of all supporters and a strong pipeline of donors and funders will be essential.
You will work with the Senior Development Manager to lead on and maximise income from trusts and foundations in particular, in support of Nottingham Contemporary’s core programme.
Main Accountabilities
- Hold oversight of the trust and foundation pipelines and work collaboratively with the Senior Development Manager, Director and programmers to develop and align cultivation strategies and asks
- Develop and implement cultivation and solicitation strategies for trusts and foundations
- Research and lead on writing compelling applications with strong cases for support to trusts and foundations to secure grants in support of the organisation’s goals
- Prepare timely project report templates and reports on the outcomes of donor and funder support
- Support the Senior Development Manager with ongoing prospect research
- Lead on the identification and cultivation of appropriate corporate sponsors, devising carefully tailored and convincing proposals to secure additional funding
- Support with the delivery of a creative programme of cultivation and stewardship events for donors, funders and prospects
- Represent Nottingham Contemporary at internal and external private views, previews, meetings and events
The Person
We're looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to write compelling cases for support. The ideal candidate will be innovative, pro-active and able to adapt easily as a creative problem-solver. A team player, you'll relish working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
You’ll have a track record in fundraising or relationship management in the not for profit, cultural or other relevant sectors, in particular with trusts and foundations. You’ll have the ability to manage a busy workload to meet agreed deadlines, and your excellent organisational and project management skills will come in handy when organising a range of cultivation and stewardship events for donors, funders and prospects.

Specific responsibilities and duties
Business Development Strategy and Implementation
· Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure partnership opportunities.
· Identify and explore innovative areas for development and growth.
· Set clear goals and objectives to measure the success of business development efforts. Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
Partnership Development and Relationship Management
· Identify and engage potential partners while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders.
· Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Opportunity Identification and Market Research
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships that align with organisational goals, including new membership opportunities.
· Conduct market research to recognise trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sector, analysing competitor activities to inform strategies.
· Deliver on existing opportunities and identify new ones, including sponsorship activities for events, projects, programmes, work, events and conferences, and smaller strategic roundtables.
Negotiation and Contract Management
· Lead detailed negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both parties, and oversee contract management to ensure compliance and performance monitoring.
Collaboration and Project Management
· Work closely with internal colleagues to align partnership initiatives with business objectives, managing execution to ensure initiatives align with organisational priorities.
· Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns and promotional events effectively.
Performance Tracking and Financial Management
· Monitor and analyse partnership performance, using data to refine strategies and maximise impact. Prepare regular updates on business development activities and partnership outcomes.
· Prepare budgets and financial forecasts related to business development activities, monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of initiatives and partnerships.
Networking and Representation
· Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote business development initiatives and cultivate a strong professional network for future partnerships.

We aim to help young people across Ireland have easy access to a Christian faith forming community. Rolling out Project-Y takes significant time and financial investment, especially as we are providing seed funding for placing youth workers, alongside intensive support when they are palced in churches.

This summer we have a unique opportunity to platform the story of Project-Y in the USA. We need someone to take a leading role in the management and delivery of this incredibly exciting fundraising campaign. This will give us access to approximately 73,000 young people and leaders across 900+ individual churches. This is an unprecedented exposure to potential supporters, partners, and donors.

The Campaign Manager will drive and catalyse the support base required to propel Project-Y forward. We know this opportunity offers a concentrated pipeline to financial sustainability, both in regard to immediate one-off donations, but also longer-term multi-year support.
We have the front facing ask of the campaign in place. However, the missing piece is someone to manage and utilise the best systems and communication techniques to make sure the back-end processing of the campaign is smooth and seemless. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for donor stewardship, supporter segmentation, ongoing communication, optimising databases processes and increasing engagement to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.
The Campaign Manager will have excellent expereince in donor management, skilled in automated and relational communications, and ideally is passionate about youth ministry. Someone who understands church partnerships, and excels in campaign management and especially the execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage communications for this campaign Develop appropriate donor communication strategy and suitable platform engagement for each of the three calls of action: young people, leaders and churches.
- Organise segment-based communications to keep supporters and those interested with the campaign informed and engaged.
- Implement a systematic donor stewardship plan, ensuring timely acknowledgment of gifts, personalised appreciation, and impact reporting to reinforce the value of their contributions.
- Gather and share stories of young people, churches, and youth leaders impacted by Project-Y.
- Segment churches into Major, Mid-Level, and General categories based on their giving capacity and engagement level.
- Develop a tiered engagement structure that aligns with these segments, providing churches of all sizes with meaningful opportunities to contribute while offering deeper engagement and exclusive experiences to those with the highest giving capacity.

- Ensure accurate capturing of data
- Develop data analysis to ensure success of this campaign and enable effective foundations for ongoing fundraising

- Schedule and facilitate meetings between large churches and CIY’s European Director when appropriate.
- Plan and coordinate site visits for large supporting churches to witness first-hand the impact of Project-Y.
- Set up post campaign systems and priorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in donor stewardship and fundraising.
• Significant leadership experience in campaign management preferred.
• Expertise in donor segmentation, data-driven decision-making, and fundraising analytics.
• Significant experience of database management (CIY use HubSpot), data compliance (GDPR), and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute relationship-building strategies.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to use initiative.

Miscellaneous:
• Salary: depending on qualifications and experience, the starting salary will be between £40,000 to £45,000 pro rata, per annum.

About you and the role
This role is key to helping us grow and empower our school and chef partners through our Membership. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and Procurement Manager to improve the membership offering and build a strong community of schools, chefs, and suppliers.
Your work will be varied, from managing membership administration to building supplier relationships and helping with communication between schools and stakeholders. As the membership grows, you’ll work with the team to help improve the support, networks, and systems available to members. You’ll also help with ensuring suppliers meet safety standards, deliver great produce, and offer reliable service.
In addition, you’ll assist with organising our member events, from planning and logistics to coordinating attendees and making sure everything runs smoothly.
You will be a confident communicator who is happy gathering information from our team, suppliers and school chefs, with an ability to translate data for the continued improvement of the membership. The role will cover everything from basic administration tasks, to visiting schools, helping to create resources and supporting our procurement processes.
