We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and proactive Projects and Communications Co-ordinator, for the Royal College of Psychiatrists Strategic Communications department.

Working directly with the Director and department senior leadership team, you will be the vital bridge facilitating our cross-department planning, project co-ordination of our flagship campaigns including Choose Psychiatry and Thrive in Psychiatry, and support essential day-to-day administration assistance to the Strategic Communications leadership team. Beyond project management you will provide on-the-ground support for high-profile events like the President’s lectures and Congress, and occasionally provide assistance with out-of-hours crisis communications.

Kentish Town Community Centre (KTCC) is looking for a Projects and Admin Coordinator for exciting new community project The Connection Centre here at KTCC. This is a very rewarding position working a wide variety of members of the community centre. This role will enable the We are looking for someone who is committed to providing an amazing standard of service for our the community. This includes spending time getting to know our members, committing to outreach and community engagement, recording feedback, facilitating sessions and importantly including that all sessions are engaging, interesting and meet the needs of local people. This is a one year fixed-term contract, subject to a three month probationary period. The post holder will be required to work 12 hours a week, Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the year with the possibility of adding in a Saturday morning. The post holder will be based at Kentish Town Community Centre, 17 Busby Place, NW5 2SP Rate of Pay- London Living Wage (currently £14.80 per hour).

The Bridge Renewal Trust was established in 2009 to develop and deliver practical, community-led solutions that enable local people to live healthier, more connected lives and reduce health inequalities.

Do you have a proven track record of engaging people from diverse communities in inclusive, community-based programmes? Do you have the skills and confidence to lead a weekly community café (including cooking), recruit and support volunteers, and build trust so residents feel welcomed, valued and empowered?

We are recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of integrated community programmes at the Bridge Community Hut. This includes including coordinating and delivering the Community Café and weekly cooking sessions, the community belonging programme, and an inclusive physical activity programme for children, young people, adults and older residents.

A core requirement of the role is to coordinate and deliver weekly healthy cooking sessions for local residents, including personally planning menus and preparing and cooking culturally diverse meals. The postholder will ensure that cooking sessions and café activities operate as safe, inclusive and well-managed spaces that promote participation, skills development and social connection.

We are looking to recruit either one full-time Project Coordinator or two part-time Coordinators who are organised, proactive and confident in both frontline delivery and programme coordination. You will have experience working with diverse communities, delivering community-based activities, coordinating weekly healthy cooking sessions and running a community café, as well as recruiting, training and supporting volunteers. You must be able to undertake effective outreach, engage local residents, and support volunteers to develop their skills and confidence. You will also coordinate and deliver a weekly programme of wellbeing activities, ensuring sessions are inclusive, welcoming and responsive to community needs.

This is an in-person role based at the Bridge Community Hut, with delivery taking place across weekdays and Saturdays.

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a painful, lifelong inflammatory condition affecting around 1 in  people. Despite this, awareness remains low and diagnosis is often delayed.

ASIF brings together 60 patient organisations across 48 countries to raise awareness, strengthen patient voices and improve understanding of axSpA globally. We are a small, fully remote team who care deeply about the work we do and about working supportively and collaboratively with one another.

We are now looking for an organised, proactive and thoughtful Project Co-ordinator/ Operations Assistant to help us deliver a major international online research study, while also supporting our wider activities.

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful - research that will help shape advocacy, awareness and understanding for people living with inflammatory arthritis around the world.

The Role

Your time will be split approximately:

• 70–80% supporting an ambitious international research project·
• 20–30% supporting ASIF’s wider operations

You will work closely with our Project Manager, international member organisations and scientific partners to support all stages of the study, from set-up and ethics submissions through to recruitment, reporting and sharing findings globally.

Alongside this, you’ll help with events, communications and general organisational support, because in a small team, we all contribute where needed.

Data Services is part of the Central Services of the Church of England, providing statistical information, data, analysis, research and consultancy.

The team works collaboratively with the National Church Institutions (NCIs), dioceses and parishes collecting and assembling data to support the Church's missional, pastoral and operational activities through high-quality information and analysis.
