Job description

Change and Insight Manager

The post-holder will lead the development and delivery of Royal Holloway Students’ Union’s approach to student engagement. Working with the team they will ensure we deliver work related to democracy, academic and student representation as well as leading our elections approach.

The role will need to lead on implementing the research & insight outputs of RHSU and ensure alignment with student voice and the wider needs of students at RHUL.

Be responsible for creating an engaging approach to student campaigns to achieve our aims with the strategic plan.

Responsible for: Academic Communities Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Research & Insight Coordinator.

Additional team roles include: Circa 3 x casual student staff including Representation & Engagement and Campaigns assistants

Contract type: Permanent, Full time

Office/Hybrid: Hybrid Working Policy in place with guiding principle of 60% office based (role dependent)

Hours of work: 35 hours per week. Some unsociable hours may be required to support projects and events across the year.

Grade and Salary: Grade 6, £37,057. Salary is subject to RHSU’s Pay & Reward Policy, which includes an opportunity for annual pay progression.
