About the team 

The CRM Product Team at WaterAid UK drives data-led fundraising and campaigning by collaborating across departments to ensure our Dynamics365 CRM system meets business needs. 

About the role 

As our CRM Product Manager, you will define and deliver a visionary CRM strategy that empowers WaterAid’s fundraising success, working closely with technical teams, fundraising stakeholders, and global partners to drive sustainable change. 

In this role, you will: 

• Set and lead the CRM vision for WaterAid UK and work with international colleagues on a global CRM strategy. 
• Define and own the CRM roadmap, aligning it with strategic priorities and ensuring a well-managed product backlog and measurable outcomes. 
• Lead and develop the CRM Product team, fostering a high-performing culture and delivering a best-in-class platform for fundraising operations. 
• Act as a trusted advisor, championing CRM benefits and ensuring the platform supports income growth across key fundraising channels.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need: 

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise CRM platforms, and a clear understanding of how CRM drives fundraising strategy. 
• Strong business and systems analysis skills, including the ability to write effective user stories and translate requirements into actionable solutions. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams through technology transformation, with experience in stakeholder management and navigating change. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures and manage supplier relationships and budgets effectively. 

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have: 

• Knowledge of fundraising-specific CRM services such as GiftAid, Direct Debits, BACs, event and supporter management. 
• Experience with extract, transform and load (ETL) processes, particularly handling large batch data operations. 
• Hands-on experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Our energetic IT team works at the forefront of automation, delivering solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle projects You’ll work alongside our small internal IT team, reporting directly to the Solutions Manager and supported by a SQL Developer and Business Analyst, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of IT systems. This is a new senior leadership role at IRMO, created to strengthen the coordination and development of our growing programmes and services. As our work has expanded, so has its complexity. About the Role

Our Ayrshire and Arran Infant Feeding Peer Support Project is commissioned by NHS Ayrshire and Arran to offer infant feeding support as part of the integrated Infant Feeding service. The support is delivered, on a one to one basis to the families from an antenatal through to when your baby is 6-8 weeks old, in families homes, via phone, text and video calls.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

· Providing one to one breastfeeding support to families within Ayrshire and Arran, at peoples homes, via phone, text and video calls.

· Inputting information onto patients records within platforms used by the health professionals in the region.

· To report any concerns or additional support needs of women to the NCT management team and/or Infant Feeding Lead for referral onto partner agencies as appropriate.  

· To attend regular supervision/support sessions. 

· Having a good working knowledge and understanding of the local demographics in the Ayrshire and Arran area and ensuring all support is accessible and inclusive.

· Ensure that data collection and feedback is collected in a timely manner in an inclusive way.

You must have good communication skills and be able to build relationships and create a rapport with a wide range of people easily. This is a large project and covers multiple locations so you must be able to confidently prioritise your own work, be highly organised and able to work independently.

Being able to make decisions and respond appropriately to our staff, peer supporters and parents and other external stakeholders is essential, alongside good IT skills– including Outlook, Word and Excel – and you must have good attention to detail.
 
It is essential for this post that you undertake the training to become an NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. This requires experience of giving breast milk. The training can be undertaken within your working hours.

The role is 16 hours per week which to be worked in 4 hours shifts over 4 days. This role is based within the community across Ayrshire and Arran.
