Key responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted, data-driven email marketing campaigns aligned with the eoa’s business calendar and goals, using segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.
- Optimise email performance and reach through continuous testing, tracking, and refinement, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Report campaign outcomes and performance insights regularly to stakeholders to inform future strategies
Website Management
- Manage and maintain the eoa website, ensuring timely, relevant, and SEO-optimised content through collaboration with content creators.
- Monitor analytics and user behaviour to enhance navigation, performance, and overall user experience.
- Ensure website compliance with accessibility, GDPR, and brand guidelines, coordinating with all stakeholders as needed.
Digital Strategy and Analytics
- Align and optimise digital activity across all our digital channels (website, membership community platform, and social channels) with eoa goals, collaborating across teams and supporting cross-channel campaigns.
- Monitor performance and trends, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for improvement, while staying current with best practices.

About you

- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as iMIS.
- Experienced in using a mailing platform such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Competence in Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and digital content creation skills including Canva and Adobe.

About the Role

About the role
We’re looking to recruit a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager to join our People & Culture team and help deliver our Vision to create an inclusive, safe, and empowering environment, so that our people and our culture thrives, individually and collectively, to bring our world back to life.
As Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Manager, you will work closely with our Head of DE&I, as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our DE&I Strategy. You will engage with senior leaders, managers, and colleagues across the organisation to provide practical support for successfully implementing and delivering the DE&I strategy that will drive the cultural change we need to be recognised as a diverse and inclusive organisation. We’re looking for someone with:
· Substantial experience of DE&I work, degree (or similar level of qualification/accreditation), ideally in equality and diversity, human rights, or human resources.
· Sound understanding of UK equality legislation, including specific aspects relating to Scotland and Wales.
· In depth knowledge of DE&I issues across the UK
· Experience delivering on DE&I projects, initiatives, and programmes in a complex organisation.
· High level expertise in Equality Impact Assessment training, completion, evaluation and action.
· A background of supporting and empowering DE&I Champions and working with staff groups/networks.
· Knowledge in developing DE&I objectives or plans for departments and/or organisations.
· Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· Effective project manager.

The salary banding for this role is £43,851 - £48,851, depending on experience. We also offer a full benefits and rewards package including:

Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager
Contract type: 7 Month, Fixed term contract, Full Time, 35 hours per week

About the Role
As our creative, innovative and data led Legacy & In Memory Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering WaterAid’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme with the support of the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer. You will deliver multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, direct mail, email and events to raise awareness of gifts in wills, generate legacy enquirers and create inspiring journeys to nurture and engage legacy and in memory supporters.
In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing funnel, as well as work with the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communications and events, to our committed supporters.
You’ll also:
- Be responsible for using data, analysis and insight to innovate and maximise both existing campaigns and seek to test new audiences and channels that meet specific objectives within the LIM Team plans
- Undertake Project Management responsibilities required for the successful and timely delivery of multiple channel campaigns – including delivery of the award-winning legacy consideration campaign What Jack Gave across TV and digital
- Manage, coach and motivate the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver their campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the effective and timely delivery of campaigns

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in direct marketing – print and digital
- Experience of leading and motivating internal and external stakeholders

- Experience in monitoring, evaluating and analysing complex campaigns to improve performance and manage expenditure budgets

Based in our Philanthropy Team in Fundraising, the postholder works with our clinical, estates and governance teams creating compelling proposals to secure mostly restricted income. If you have great digital competence, including the use of AI to summarise information, are an excellent storymaker able to understand an audience, quickly synthesize information and pitch in writing for success, or an early-career fundraiser ready to develop, in this role you will make a difference and work as part of a creative successful team. You will inherit a portfolio of trust and grant funders who have committed support over the long term and a portfolio that delivers at least £180k in income each year. Communication
· Prepare and submit high-quality, tailored grant applications to secure funding for specific projects and core activities

· Be the first point of contact for trust and grant funders and supporters and, for colleagues internally who have questions/queries or have an interest in this area of funding

Head of Funding and Green Finance - Western Forest
This is a rare, unique and exciting opportunity to take a lead role in developing the programme and setting the strategic path for the Western Forest – the first new national forest in over 30 years.
The Western Forest is a brand-new programme launched, with national and Ministerial profile, in March 2025. The Forest will support over 2.5 million people, cultivating a greener, more connected future by creating a landscape with trees and woodlands at its heart. The Western Forest will deliver landscape scale change and real green investment, connecting people and nature across three regions – Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and the West of England (including North Somerset).
The Western Forest’s Head of Funding and Green Finance will drive, direct and manage the delivery of a diverse range of funding sources to deliver the new national forest. They will ensure the development of sustainable income streams and models of delivery by 2030. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Western Forest’s fundraising strategy to generate £13mn or more in additional income over the next five years to ensure effective long-term delivery of our strategic plan.
Reporting directly to the Western Forest Director, the Head of Funding and Green Finance plays a key role, helping to set the direction for the Western Forest.

1. Act as designated key worker with responsibility for goal planning to a group of members

5. To work occasional out of hours work, on a rota basis if needed, in accordance with the needs of the programme.

About the role
As the Individual Giving Manager you will:
- Plan and deliver exciting and engaging multi-channel fundraising campaigns
- Use data and insight to drive performance, monitor results, and build cases for growth
- Lead on supporter journeys, working closely with our Comms and Animal Operations teams
- Line manage our Individual Giving Assistant, helping them develop and thrive
- Manage income streams forecast to raise £300,000+ this year, with clear ambitions for growth

- CRM confidence (Raiser’s Edge is a bonus)
- A passion for animal welfare and excellent supporter experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Administrator to join the Marketing team and the wider Fundraising, Retail and Communications Department. Your role is to provide high quality administrative support.

Role Requirements
- Work to a regular schedule of imports
- Locate the required data from multiple sources both within and outside The Children’s Trust systems
- Follow detailed process guides
- Use various tools to manipulate data and change formats where required
- Import the data on to Charity CRM and other systems using built in and in-house tools
- Ensure financial and personal information is managed appropriately and securely
- Follow detailed briefs and process guides
- Extract supporter data for fundraising activity
- Extract information for use in analysis or other projects
- Update existing reports daily, weekly and monthly
- Report on fundraising activity, income and trends
- Produce detailed financial reports for internal use
- Support the Director of Fundraising & Communications
- Support the Data Manager in developing analysis projects
- Work with the team to identify measures to monitor and model performance
- Learn the use of built in and third-party analysis tools

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
