Within the Salvation Army the role of Digital Learning Systems Partner is known as our LMS and LXP Technical Partner. Using the Totara Learning Management System, you’ll help embed these tools across the organisation, train users, and ensure the system runs smoothly and efficiently and support executive leadership in continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be central to ensuring the LMS and LXP deliver a first-class learning experience. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Manage and develop the Totara platform, particularly the Develop and Collaborate areas
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, resolving user and system issues quickly and effectively
- Work with leaders, HR, and IT to design solutions that support leader development and succession planning
- Create and maintain clear user guides, workflows, and training materials
- Deliver training sessions (both online and face-to-face) to help users get the most from the system
- Analyse system use and user feedback to drive ongoing improvements
- Collaborate flexibly with colleagues in the eLearning and Personnel teams on shared projects and innovation
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring a mix of technical expertise, curiosity, and people skills. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience managing and maintaining a Learning Management System (Totara or Moodle ideal)
- Holds a Level 5 qualification in Learning Management Systems or equivalent certification
- Is confident diagnosing system issues and implementing improvements
- Has experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Enjoys working collaboratively and creatively in a team

Reporting to the ER Lead and working alongside the ER Business Partners, the ER Case Investigator will take ownership of the investigation of complex workplace issues and gather evidence via interviews and data analysis to establish facts, and ensure fair, thorough and impartial outcomes. The ER Case Investigator is a key role, and a trusted point of contact when situations - such as misconduct, grievances, and appeals escalate. Main Duties:
- Lead impartial investigations into ER matters including misconduct, grievances, harassment, discrimination, and disciplinaries

About this role

Contract, location and salary

The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.

About the role
We have received a Homewards Fund grant to provide a Housing Rights Worker to deliver community outreach work targeting families and young people in Bournemouth. We will be working in partnership with The Bourne Academy, a secondary school and sixth form, to engage families who might not otherwise get the help they need, targeting support before crisis point to help prevent homelessness. Where families are already homeless, processes will be in place to reduce the impact on pupils’ learning.
Your role will be to deliver casework support, advice drop-ins and awareness raising sessions for parents, housing rights awareness workshops for Academy staff and tenancy rights and responsibilities advice for sixth form students to equip them to manage their own accommodation once living independently. You will provide practical assistance, advice and advocacy and links with other Shelter services, such as our Legal team and DIY Skills Adviser, to enable households to resettle, prevent homelessness and improve their circumstances. You will also work alongside colleagues at the University of Bournemouth to evaluate the project’s impact.
Our grant from Homewards will allow us to test a new model of working, in partnership with The Bourne Academy. We are grateful for Homewards support and aim for it to make a long term difference to families and young people in West and East Howe.
About you
You will have the ability to engage and work collaboratively with individuals, communities and with all stakeholders, including running group workshops and presentations. You have experience, knowledge of and/or proven ability in housing and homelessness advice and advocacy, with the ability to progress to specialist level knowledge. Essential to the role will be good time management, carrying out casework related interviews, maintaining detailed case records and offering advice and support to clients to inform their decisions. You will be prepared to think creatively about solutions to multi-agency working and be able to take a test and learn approach.

Dorset Hub has been providing housing advice and support services within Dorset since 2000. We have bases in Poole and Weymouth and contracts to deliver Housing First support across the Dorset Council area, along with Legal Aid Advice, including a court desk service at Bournemouth and Weymouth County Courts.
Active in our communities, our Housing Rights Workers will deliver advice sessions within local organisations and offer advocacy to individuals and groups to empower them to resolve their situation. About the Role

Role Overview
Support Through Sport CIO is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to deliver our innovative School and Community Navigator programme throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The Senior School and Community Navigator will lead a team of three Navigators across four schools in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The role combines direct support to children and young people aged 10–17 with leadership and coordination responsibilities, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard and in line with Support Through Sport policies and project specifications.
Working closely with schools, families, and local agencies, the Senior Navigator will provide supervision and guidance to staff, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting systems are in place. You will work with young people aged 10–17 in community settings, building trust-based relationships and providing early intervention to reduce risk factors linked to crime, violence, and exploitation.
