About the role
We’re recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to steer us in the next stage of our journey. This is an exciting development of an existing role at Overcoming MS and will allow the successful candidate to make the position their own.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering an innovative new digital marketing approach, through the innovation, creation and delivery of projects and activities which increase leads, donations and engagement for Overcoming MS charity.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will work across several areas, including:
1. Conversion optimisation
· Increasing our donations and data capture - to enable us to continue the dialogue and create donations from a greater percentage of those who visit our website, or interact with other digital channels.
· Working with our agency partner to optimise key landing pages and signposting for conversion.
2. User journey optimisation
· Helping people find the right content based on data optimisations so that more people find what they need and understand what else the charity could offer them. Using HotJar for insights.
· Automated email journeys - Building customer journeys to support the Program pillars to build deeper relationships with people in our community.
3. Increasing reach and traffic generation
· Testing different low-cost digital reach opportunities.
· Including paid social, referral activities, calls to action across our channels, YouTube SEO and SEM. Working with an agency to optimise journeys from Google Grant, leading to clearly articulated actions (eg donations, sign-ups, click-throughs).
4. Testing to improve results continually
· Email AB testing - Deliver AB testing to inform future email AB tests.
· Plan AB testing for email marketing projects, for the website, and other projects as needed to improve conversion rates.
5. Digital project management
· Testing new digital versions of courses and tools. Project management of website updates.
6. Campaign support
· Leading, innovating and supporting advocacy, communications and fundraising campaigns as needed to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
7. Gathering community feedback
· Continue the plan to access regular community feedback to influence Hub improvements and other digital channel improvements.
8. Supplier collaboration
· Working with our suppliers to optimise collaboration, reduce cost and increase impact.
About you
Strong digital skills
• A proven track record of managing digital products/projects/programmes which create value for end-users.
• Strong working knowledge and experience in digital solutions.
• Experience in evaluating and improving existing digital programs.
• Significant experience working with 3rd party digital providers to create solutions that work for the target audience.
• Confident in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent understanding of AB testing to maximise conversion rates.
• Experience in using tools like HotJar (preferred).

The role is a temporary role (6-12 months) to help direct and support changes of financial systems, data control processes and to help ensure the current team, including our current Finance Manager, are supported with the implementation of a more up to date and effective way of working.

Main Responsibilities :
· Provide full review of current financial controls, identify and implement a new financial I.T./software system suited to service needs.
· Oversee the procurement, implementation and transition to the new financial I.T./software system once it is identified.
· The post holder will assist with the strategic planning and budget preparation for the organisation as well as maintaining the charity's financial accounting systems.
· To provide support to the Finance Manager by overseeing the preparation of the organisation’s accounts for audit in accordance with current accounting good practice and Charity Commission’s Standards of Recommended Practice (SORP)
· Lead, develop and support a small dedicated finance and administration team
· Long term financial planning and assisting the CEO with succession planning in the finance area of the service, including creation of a financial risk register.
· Assist in setting the annual budget and report on performance.
· Oversee timely production by the Finance manager of monthly management accounts and the annual statutory accounts.
· Ensure a robust financial control environment and ensure all treasury and Financial Governance management are in place, suitable and effective.
· The post holder will have responsibility to ensure the organisation is compliant with legal and financial duties associated with those of a Charitable Company reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Trustees.

About the Role
As Senior Stewardship and Events Manager, you will be leading on the creation of ambitious funding propositions which will be attractive to high value donors and funders, working with key stakeholders from across the organisation to fully understand our existing services and transformational projects; translating complex information into compelling cases for support to be used by our High Value Partnerships team in funding applications, pitches and proposals. You will work closely with Recovery Services, Data and Insights and Finance teams to ensure all relevant information is gathered and reporting and evaluation processes are in place.

Our Green Space for Health programme helps to realise the value of green space for physical and mental health, both at healthcare sites and in the wider community. Our flagship project, the NHS Forest, promotes tree planting and woodland creation at NHS sites, supporting and encouraging sites to plant and maintain trees through offering free trees and advice. The Green Space for Health Director will oversee the development of the NHS Forest and other Green Space for Health projects, delivering the programme strategy. Team Support and Line Management
- Line manage members of the Programmes Team (1-2 Programmes Coordinators).
- Oversee the contracting, payments and deliverables of in-country consultants and other suppliers.
- Lead the induction process for new Programmes Team members and other THET staff when required.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will provide excellent administrative and operational support to the Philanthropy team, including specific well-written copy for fundraising collateral, engaging thank you letters, impactful cases for support.
Identify, generate, develop and grow a portfolio of major donors, contributing to an agreed income target.
Your role will be varied, responsible for supporting the Philanthropy team to generate, develop and grow income from a portfolio of major donors through positive and impactful relationships and excellent stewardship. You will be a team player, able to efficiently manage and prioritise your time.

They are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support the management team to use financial information to plan and run services and the organisation on a part-time basis (15 hours a week) for up to 6 months.

You will liaise with the Senior Management Team, Budget holders and the external Finance operations provider. You will manage the contract for the day-to-day financial operations and work with the outsourced finance team to clear backlogs of sales invoices (working with SMT project leads), finalise raising invoices process/ sales invoice timetable, establish petty cash reconciliation process, establish new system for expenses and coordinate payment runs. You will also complete monthly pension contribution submissions and contribute to the production of financial statements and the delivery of a successful audit . You will collaborate with the wider organisation to ensure accurate financial management information, identify operational and financial risks, and determine methods of mitigating the risks. You will perform any other reasonable tasks required by the CEO.
This role requires proven experience of using insight and analysis to provide trends, inform and drive business decisions and experience of formulating, overseeing and reporting on operational plans, including KPIs.
The successful candidate will have a strategic, collaborative and solution focused approach to support excellent service provision and fiscal responsibility. They will also show demonstrable innovative ability; using data and insight to inform recommendations for improvements to products, processes or activities. They will be a proficient user of Microsoft technologies at an advanced level (particularly MS Excel).

Who you are:

An experienced professional with an in-depth understanding of and subject matter expertise on working with businesses on responsible recruitment, ethical labour practices and modern slavery, and significant experience in business engagement/developing and managing senior management corporate sponsor relations (min. 5 years’ experience).

Position summary
SAT-7 is currently looking to recruit a Development Officer to join SAT-7s Development Department.
The purpose of SAT-7 is to provide Christian television and digital media services to support the work and witness of the church in the Middle East and North Africa.
SAT-7’s Development department works with projects to address often controversial issues in the MENA region such as disability, discrimination, limited educational opportunities, women’s and children’s rights through the TV-programs and through on the ground partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the activities of SAT-7 PARS, SAT-7’s Farsi speaking channel, including the drafting of fundraising proposals.
Summary of key responsibilities
- Development of fundraising proposals for SAT-7 PARS’ channel projects in cooperation with all relevant SAT-7 stakeholders
- Conduct frequent MENA context analysis with special focus on the situation for Christians, FoRB, women, children, disabilities, education etc.
- Monitoring and managing the correct implementation of the projects (scope, budget, schedule, quality etc.)
- Manage and ensure the necessary reporting of SAT-7 PARS projects carried out with restricted funds.
- Management and development of the portfolio of SAT-7 social-impact projects in line with Communications for Development approach
- Oversee research related to measurement of the success of different projects.
- Work closely with the International Office Communications Department for the portfolio projects.
- Travelling to different SAT-7 offices in MENA when required
Qualifications and requirements
- Be sympathetic with and enthusiastic about the purpose and goals of SAT‑7.
- Relevant university degree is required e.g. Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Theology
- Knowledge of Middle East political, socioeconomics and religious issues is essential.
- Experience in project management, Communications for Development or/and Christian ministry, and the coordination of projects supported by restricted funds would be an advantage.
- Be a proficient communication writer able to express SAT-7’s Christian identity to corporate and statutory funders.
- Outstanding English writing/speaking skills.
- Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Farsi would be an advantage.
- Previous experience of working in the Middle East or North Africa is a strong advantage
- Be very organised with good attention to detail, able to juggle different tasks, meet deadlines, prioritise and delegate when appropriate.
- Experience from working with staff from different cultures.
- Be flexible, demonstrating a “can do” attitude when taking on new challenges, leading by example.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and highly organized with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
