Overall Purpose of the Role
Youth Action Alliance (YAA) exists to support the personal and social development of young people in Kensington and Chelsea and neighbouring boroughs, helping them build resilience, confidence, and skills for the present while shaping positive futures.
We are seeking an experienced, values-driven male youth worker to lead the Staying Connected & Boys Project. This is a key role combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, focused on engaging boys and young men aged 11–19 (up to 21, subject to funding) who may be facing multiple challenges.
The post holder will design, deliver, and grow a high-quality, trauma-informed programme that provides safe, trusted spaces through weekly group sessions, one-to-one mentoring, targeted interventions, education attainment, Advice, guidance, and signposting, Off‑site trips, enrichment activities, and holiday provision. The role supports young people to remain connected to education, training, positive relationships, and their wider community, while playing a central role in shaping YAA’s youth offer and driving meaningful, lasting change.

We are recruiting for a Internal Compliance & Project Lead for an innovative health charity. You will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, delivery, and assurance of the organisations Fundraising Compliance Update Programme. The focus is on identifying and closing existing compliance gaps within current fundraising processes, ensuring these are addressed, approved, and fully embedded by 30 April 2026.
Hybrid working and this role is a FTC for 3 to 4 months
The Role
Programme & Project Management
Own and maintain the master project plan, milestones, and dependencies.
Track progress across all compliance areas.
Maintain a programme risk and issues register.
Coordinate sequencing to reflect capacity and approval timelines both internally and with external partners (Smartdesc).
Compliance Delivery (Workstreams A and B)
Lead internally managed compliance areas.
Coordinate gap analysis, procedure, and policy drafting.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and the Fundraising Regulators Code.
External Partner Coordination (Smartdesc)
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and documentation with Smartdesc.
Monitor delivery against agreed timelines.
Governance & Reporting
Prepare and update Working Group and EDT .
Track approvals and follow-up actions.
Documentation & Handover
Work with others on the development and maintenance of a compliance policy repository.
Define BAU ownership and review cycles.
Produce handover packs for Heads of Departments and Directors.
The Candidate
Project Compliance Management /Lead
Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection.
Fundraising regulations
Experience delivering complex, time-bound projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.

Senior Project Lead
We are looking for a Senior Project Lead to help shape the future of responsible sourcing in the global tea sector.
Position: Senior Project Lead - Data and Industry Alignment
Location: London/Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: 2-year FTC with potential for a permanent role thereafter
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 (depending on experience)

About the Project
The Global Tea Coalition (GTC) is an industry forum that brings together CEOs and senior leaders from tea-buying/ producing companies to collaborate on the most pressing social and environmental challenges facing the global tea sector. The GTC seeks to improve sustainability, resilience, and responsible practices across the value chain.
The project will lead a sector-wide initiative addressing one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: the complexity, duplication, and inconsistency of social and environmental standards and data collection. The project aims to reduce duplication, improve alignment, and enable more practical and reliable data across the tea sector.
About the Role
To deliver this project, we are recruiting for a Senior Project Lead. You will have the opportunity to influence industry-wide change through an ambitious project to harmonise standards and data in the global tea supply chain.
You will deliver the project which will involve leading a technical working group of representatives from tea companies to co-design the project output and developing a harmonised approach that reduces producer burden and strengthens buyers’ access to standardised, comparable data for HREDD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project design and delivery
- Stakeholder engagement and project governance
- Shared learning and communications
About You
You will have an undergraduate degree; postgraduate degree in sustainability, human rights, international development or related fields preferred. You will have proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects to agreed brief, budget, and timeline.
You will also have:
- Deep understanding of Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD).
- Familiarity with producer challenges related to certification, audits, and buyer reporting requirements.
- Proven track record leading industry coalitions, multi-stakeholder platforms, or pre-competitive collaboration initiatives.
- Expertise in private-sector engagement and understanding of commercial drivers and constraints within supply chains
- Strong existing networks across the global tea industry with a deep understanding of human rights and environmental risks in agricultural supply chains.
- Understanding of sustainability standards and certifications.
Experience in social and/or environmental sustainability within agricultural supply chains; experience in the tea sector is highly desirable but not essential.
