The Evidence and Impact Specialist drives impact modelling and analytics to showcase the clear health, economic, and social value of SRHR investments—demonstrating MSI’s transformative impact through compelling, data-driven evidence for donors and stakeholders.

Measures of Success:

• Deliver robust impact estimates and cost-effectiveness analyses that unlock funding and drive investment.
• Communicate MSI’s value with clarity and impact to diverse audiences—donors, policymakers, and partners—through persuasive data stories and presentations.
• Support high-performing analytics teams to consistently deliver timely, high-quality technical outputs that enhance MSI programme effectiveness and efficiency.

To perform this role, you’ll need the following skills:

• Advanced modelling and analytical expertise, including interpreting complex data and conducting impact, equity, and cost-effectiveness analyses. Proficient in DHS and PMA datasets, statistical software (STATA or R), and advanced Excel. Experienced with quantitative methods such as Interrupted Time Series Analysis and multilevel regression.
• Deep knowledge of SRHR impact evaluation methodologies, particularly in low-resource settings.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, evidence-based narratives tailored to donors, policymakers, and partners—translating complex data into accessible and compelling stories. Confident public speaker.
• Proven effectiveness in stakeholder engagement, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, demonstrating agility and responsiveness in dynamic, changing environments.

To perform this role, you’ll need the following experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in evidence generation and impact modelling within global health. Experience in the SRHR sector is strongly preferred, but not essential.
• Proven expertise in managing complex modelling projects and methodologies such as multi-sectoral impact evaluations in development contexts
• Experience presenting to diverse and senior audiences and have led meetings to facilitate insight generation and model development
• Experience with donor engagement and high-value project management, including reporting, and delivering strategic deliverables.
• Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, providing technical support and capacity building

Formal education/qualification

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Demography, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Additional qualification or formal training in impact evaluation is desirable.
• Proficiency in French is highly desirable (please specify level in your application).
• Additional training or qualifications in, impact evaluation and communication, data visualization (e.g., Power BI), and advanced Excel skills are an advantage.

Overall purpose

Reporting to the Director of People, the HR Manager will take responsibility for the operational delivery of Breaking Barriers’ key People and HR activities and initiatives. You will have a strong knowledge of all aspects HR and provide proactive, practical support on day-to-day operations as well as leading strategic HR projects. A keen understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and employee wellbeing is an advantage.

This role is essential to ensure we continue to be an effective, inclusive and people-led organisation. Your role will be vital in making sure Breaking Barriers is and continues to be a great place to work for its staff.

You will deliver day to day HR support to team members and managers, work across the organisation to advise on HR policies and good practice, deliver recruitment processes, and deliver and track Learning & Development. You will support on wider strategic initiatives, working with the Director of People to embed new strategies and projects informed by employee feedback.

The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Newham, working 35 hours per week. Working Well Trust's services have previously been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. The postholder will plan for and deliver income for the charity within the region, in line with wider fundraising strategy. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Income generation

- To plan for and deliver income to target through key performance indicators as agreed with community fundraising manager.

- To develop new supporter relationships within the community, in a planned way, to achieve income and provide excellent supporter care to ensure the relationship is ongoing, beyond one-off support for the charity.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in the future growth of our charity and the impact that we achieve through partnership for people with sight loss. We are looking for an experienced new business fundraiser with a solid track record of growing income generating partnerships, donations and sponsorship from companies.

Role Responsibilities

Priorities include:

Income growth:

· Grow the corporate new business pipeline with a balanced focus on long term income generating partnerships.

· Maximise income from existing corporate partners (and links through trustees, vice presidents, community, and major donors) through a clearly defined programme of research, networking, applications and excellent stewardship.

· Along with senior colleagues, represent the new organisation at virtual/ face-to-face meetings with existing partners and prospects, successfully engaging them with our emerging aims and objectives.

Research:

· To direct the work of the shared Partnerships Assistant in researching, identifying, and maximising the potential of new corporate prospects using information held within the supporter databases as well as external sources such as LinkedIn, and business press.

Relationship building:

· Ensure all corporate relationships receive exceptional stewardship and that appropriate cultivation plans are developed, maintained and implemented – in particular, quality and timely reporting of impact achieved against funding provided.

· Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within current and potential corporate partners to embed the organisation as a charity with a strong reputation for meeting the needs of corporate supporters.

· Plan and organise opportunities for funders to view the impact of their funding first-hand, ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed and met.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to contribute to the efficient and accurate handling of income and supporter data. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of income processing, reconciliation, and Gift Aid preparation within a busy fundraising environment.

Working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the charity's CRM (ideally Dynamics 365), ensuring data is correctly coded, imported, and reconciled, and supporting documentation and reporting for audit-readiness.

• Import and process income data from platforms such as CAF and direct bank transfers
• Apply correct fund, project, and donation method coding to CRM records
