About the Role
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for student engagement, timetabling, logistics, and tutor performance, helping learners secure vital qualifications for their future.
Programme Coordination
- Manage a portfolio of up to 300 students throughout the year, ensuring sustained engagement with tutoring sessions.
- Prepare for programme launches, including timetabling of sessions and logistical planning.
- Maximise student reach by filling available tutoring spaces and maintaining an active pipeline of students.
- Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and track attendance KPIs using our CRM system (Salesforce).

Tutor Performance and Delivery
- Oversee tutor task and session management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tutors, providing guidance and feedback.

College Relationships and Programme Logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college staff to ensure seamless programme delivery.

- Support contract renewal discussions to sustain and expand partnerships.
Creative Problem-Solving and Innovation

About Leeds Baby Bank
At Leeds Baby Bank our mission is to ensure no child goes without. We support families in Leeds, with children aged 0-5 years, who are experiencing poverty. We provide families with all the essentials and equipment they need for their babies and young children. About the role
The Head of Charity will work with the board of trustees to lead the day to day running and management of Leeds Baby Bank. Main duties and responsibilities

Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.
You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. As an excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.

The role
In an exciting note role within TEP, we are recruiting our first Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of designing and managing marketing and communications campaigns with impact.

- Experience of using digital platforms to build and send mass emails, and comfortable managing email lists

Salary and benefits package
Starting salary: £37,620 (outside of London, with a £3k annual travel bursary)/£42,135 (inside London)
Holiday: 25 days/year (pro rata to 20 days per year due to the 4 day week), plus bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.

About the Role
A crucial role in the Network, you will need excellent communication skills to hold honest and respectful relationships with Youth Zone CEOs, senior leaders, Chairs and Trustees across the country. You will be as comfortable challenging Youth Zones as a ‘critical friend’ as you are being creative, bringing fresh ideas and encouraging innovation to support changing priorities across the Network.
An experienced line manager, you will motivate and lead a multi-disciplinary team to be high performing in their support of Youth Zones, ensuring the focus is always to build capability in the Network. And, you will be supporting Youth Zones in achieving their own ambitions and targets for young people’s engagement, aligned with the collective aspirations in our Network DNA. This will include more effective ways to increase engagement with under-represented groups of young people, such as girls and young women.
About You
You will have experience of holding highly effective relationships with Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams, with the ability to influence to achieve shared commitment and direction.
You will also have experience of:
• Managing multiple work streams/projects at one time and meet various, demanding deadlines
• Effective, multi-disciplinary team management
• Working strategically to maximise engagement and drive high performance
• Safeguarding, volunteering, systems and/or impact measurement
• Working at Board level and an understanding of excellent charity governance

Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of delivering fundraising activities or alternatively previous experience of events management and marketing. With excellent project management skills, you will be able to deliver on marketing projects ensuring quality of output and under budgets and agreed timescales. You will be comfortable in using data sets and CRM systems as well as developing strong relationships with donors and prospects. Excellent interpersonal awareness and communication skills with the ability to listen and understand the needs of others is essential for this role.

About the Role
As Young People Support Worker you will be working alongside support team to provide accommodation and support services for young people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping. You will be responsible for all aspects of the support planning, risk assessment and move-on for a small caseload of 4-5 residents, addressing their physical, emotional, social and behavioural needs and helping them progress towards independence.
Working under the direction, guidance and support of your line manager, you will be responsible for a small caseload of complex needs clients, as well as share responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.
You will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and support the client to sustain their tenancy and participate in positive and successful move on.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all clients, following safeguarding and emergency procedures as needed.
- Act as key worker for a caseload of clients, leading on risk and needs assessments and SMART, outcomes-based support plans.
- Provide personalised, flexible, and creative support, involving clients in decision-making and encouraging participation in activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies to support clients, adhering to data protection and information sharing protocols.
