A little bit about the role
Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week expected in our London Office. Those living outside the M25 can opt to not receive London Office Allowance and agree a more flexible office attendance pattern at offer stage.
The Academic Registry team, one of the sub-teams within programme management, is responsible for ensuring that participants’ academic programme journeys are well-administered. The team are responsible for areas such as academic policies and processes (including for assessment and student records), along with several other operational aspects of Frontline’s academic provision, from attending and preparing data for examination boards or exceptional circumstances panels, to liaising with external markers.
The Academic Programmes Officer will work primarily as part of the Academic Registry, within Programme Management, to contribute to a first-class participant experience on the Approach Social Work programme. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in response to diverse requirements in the wider team through the academic year. A responsive and supportive standard of customer service is expected throughout, including at peak periods.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate assessments and preparation for exam boards, including managing marker allocations, deadlines and payments, and recording and communicating assessment outcomes
- Analyse feedback and other data to support the continuous enhancement of the Approach Social Work programme.
- Maintain accurate participant records, ensuring that all data is maintained and shared appropriately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build strong working relationships within Frontline and with external partners, e.g. in our university partner, to support effective collaboration
A little bit about you
We are looking for someone who is committed to Frontline’s values and can balance support for participants with an understanding of the importance of agreed regulations and procedures in maintaining academic standards. You will be highly numerate and organised, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of working with student records in a higher education environment is highly desirable.

This permanent, full-time role, to which the Circuit has made an initial five-year commitment, is Circuit-wide, but locally based. The person appointed will help lead the development of a Circuit-led New Places for New People (NPNP) initiative for and with young people within the Circuit, which we anticipate will lead to the upscaling of this area of ministry in the medium term.
We are seeking a collaborative self-starter who is able to work in strategically missional ways in order to reach and disciple young people, in enabling them to flourish in every part of their lives. You are likely to hold a degree-level qualification in Theology, or a subject related to this area of ministry. Ideally, this might be a professionally-qualifying JNC award. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and deliver a clear fundraising strategy that diversifies income and builds long-term sustainability.
- Inspire a culture of fundraising across the organisation, empowering staff, volunteers, and trustees to become confident advocates and ambassadors.
- Use the compelling stories of our frontline team and clients to engage, motivate, and retain supporters.
Trusts, Foundations and Corporate Giving
- Lead the development of high-quality, strategic funding applications to trusts, foundations, and corporate partners (typically £20k+).
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely applications and stewardship.
- Line-manage and mentor the newly appointed Trust Fundraiser, supporting their development and success.
Individual Giving and Appeals
- Refresh and strengthen Dementia Concern’s case for support, ensuring a consistent, powerful message across all audiences.
- Design and deliver the charity’s first major appeals — including digital campaigns, local community drives, and postal appeals — to attract and retain individual donors.
- Develop engaging donor journeys and opportunities for people to give regularly, locally, and meaningfully.
Community and Partnership Development
- Reconnect Dementia Concern with its local community through relationship-building, events, and partnerships.
- Represent the charity externally with warmth and confidence, growing our network of local supporters, volunteers, and champions.
- Work closely with the CEO and Trustees to build mutually beneficial partnerships with local businesses, groups, and influencers.
- Oversee the charity’s website and digital presence, ensuring our communications are clear, inspiring, and supporter focussed.
- Lead on campaigns and public relations that raise awareness of dementia and the charity’s impact in West London.
About you:
You will have experience in:
- Trust Fundraising and at least one of the following: corporate partnerships, individual giving, or community fundraising.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver successful fundraising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling cases for support and inspire others.
- A collaborative, ‘hands-on’ approach comfortable working in a small, dedicated team.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Passion for dementia care and improving the lives of older people and their carers.
- Experience of working in a local or regional charity setting.

WiSE is a specialist Child Sexual Exploitation project which works closely in partnership with Police, Children’s Services, Education and health professionals, housing organisations and youth services to raise awareness and improve responses to sexual exploitation.
As a Male CSE Practitioner, you will work across Sussex & Surrey to provide case work support and group interventions to boys and young men at risk of or experiencing sexual exploitation, as well as those exhibiting harmful sexual behaviour. You will deliver outreach sessions in various settings, collaborate with professionals to support interventions leading to prosecutions, and provide training on boys/young men and sexual exploitation.
Due to the nature of the client group, there is an occupational requirement that the post holder is male. Full driving license and access to a car required due to the large geographic service area.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload of boys & young men identified as exhibiting harmful sexual behaviours and/or being sexually exploited
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide intensive and holistic support
- Maintain detailed case notes and contribute to reports
- Facilitate group work interventions in schools, accommodation projects and youth groups
- Deliver detached sessions in various settings to engage at-risk boys & young men
- Provide expertise and increase awareness of harmful sexual behaviour and sexual exploitation
- Contribute to WiSE Child Exploitation training and awareness campaigns
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in safeguarding young children
- Experience providing casework support to boys & young men

The Role
The Business Manager is a senior, cross-cutting role, working in close partnership with FILE’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to enable and enhance strategic alignment, organisational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration. This role balances strategic insight with operational excellence, ensuring the SLT works as effectively as possible while driving delivery on organisational priorities.
This is a highly facilitative, cross functional role requiring exceptional judgement, communication, and organisational skills. It operates with a birds-eye, systems level view of the organisation, acting as the connective tissue that keeps the SLT aligned. The role balances a forward-looking strategic perspective with hands on operational execution. The postholder will work across teams to identify challenges and opportunities, manage critical projects, facilitate decision-making, and champion a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership Team: Work with the SLT as a thought partner to drive clarity, alignment, and execution on organisational priorities, including planning cycles, workflow management, and organisational performance reviews.
2. Operational Leadership and Execution (SLT): Lead operational cadences (SLT meetings, offsites, quarterly reviews, and strategic planning sessions) and manage cross-functional initiatives and projects. In 2026 this will include supporting the development of FILE’s 2027-2030 organisational strategy.

Rowans Hospice Charity provides free care and support to adults and their families living in the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire region who have a life-limiting illness. Established in 1994, our income is generated by ongoing support of the local community, donations, legacies, fundraising and through our retail shops.

The Role
To provide high-level, proactive, and confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees. This role ensures the efficient coordination of meetings, communications and strategic initiatives by managing schedules, preparing documentation and facilitating effective information flow. The EA acts as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, supporting the governance and operational effectiveness of the Charity at the highest levels.
You will be the lead administrator for governance, ensuring all statutory and regulatory obligations are met, whilst also supporting the effective running of executive meetings, day-to-day leadership functions and education placements.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to – see Job Description for further information)
- Provide PA support to the Chair, Deputy CEO, Company Secretary and SLT, including diary management, correspondence, travel, and meeting coordination
- Provide efficient and professional support to the Board of Trustees and delegated committees, including scheduling, producing annual meeting calendars, preparing agendas, circulating papers, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Doctors and Nursing Student placements
- Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for executive administration
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a charity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional and confident interpersonal manner
- Ability to draft high-quality correspondence and reports
- Experience in formal minute-taking and senior board level

The Role
IIED is seeking a dynamic and experienced Philanthropy Manager to work closely with IIED’s Head of Business Development and Directors to meet unrestricted income targets. The role also involves supporting IIED’s research and MEL colleagues across the organisation to raise restricted income. The focus of the role will be networking, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a mixed portfolio of funders and prospects with the capacity to give at the £2m+ level.
You will be responsible for developing meaningful funder relations, including philanthropists, institutions and multilaterals. You will work closely with IIED’s Head of Business Development and IIED’s Directors to win high-value, multi-annual, strategic and unrestricted funding, from philanthropists, trusts and foundations, companies and high net worth individuals. You will engage institutional funders and philanthropists on a long-term journey with IIED to support our organisational strategic vision.
About You
To be successful, you therefore need to bring significant experience in generating unrestricted and large, multi-annual restricted fundraising, and a demonstrable track record of directly soliciting or orchestrating the successful cultivation of seven-figure philanthropic gifts. The role will include directly building donor relations, generating leads, developing and submitting cross-organisational pitches and propositions, building donor intelligence, developing collaboration through internal and external partnerships, and directly undertaking fundraising to support IIED’s transformational climate change and sustainable development agenda.
The Philanthropy Manager sits within the Business Development Team and is accountable to the Head of Business Development. The role will entail direct unrestricted and flexible fundraising, donor research, provision of cross-organisational funding strategies, pitches and propositions.
The role will also support IIED’s teams with their restricted fundraising activity, including helping them to produce pitches, propositions, supporting application documentation and application budgets.
To be successful in the role, you will enjoy playing the different roles in fundraising, and know how to gauge what is most appropriate – the driver or the navigator, the broker or the facilitator – as you are motivated by achieving transformative outcomes that matter.
The Business Development Team sits within the Strategy and Learning Group, which includes IIED’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team, and is responsible for relations with IIED’s core funders.

Contract, location and salary
This is a full-time (34.5 hours per week), permanent role. This role is UK based, hybrid working with regular attendance (approximately 1-2 days per month, or more if preferred) in our London office. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract.
The salary for this position is c.£42,000 per annum, subject to skills and experience. SPANA is pleased to offer a range of benefits including a generous company pension scheme with 10% employer contribution if the employee contributes a minimum 5%, and health care cash plan.

Summary and key purpose
This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. You will ensure that our donors receive excellent care.
Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.
A critical element of the role will be how we market ourselves to potential new donors, taking them on an emotional engagement journey in order to solicit regular gifts.
Your expertise and skills:
To excel in this role, you will need prior experience of working in a fundraising setting, with an understanding of good stewardship practices. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, working across teams and meeting multiple deadlines. Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and gather information on new projects. You must have a thorough understanding of individual giving, developing donor journeys and experience of work with agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the regular giving programme, project managing appeals and overseeing the thanking process for individual donors.
- Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns to engage and drive action from new and existing supporters.
- Manage our newly appointed fundraising agency, and in doing so, help deliver an ambitious appeal programme and income target.
- Review and develop operational plans for individual giving (including regular giving, in memory, digital fundraising and appeals) working to achieve agreed targets.
- Communicate and document key performance indicators across individual giving appeals. Ensuring you provide commentary to accompany results reporting, drawing on insights and the wider picture to add context and make recommendations from your learnings.
- Work with the fundraising agency and RABI communications team to produce and edit appropriate collateral.
- Devise and deliver supporter communications, including stewardship activity, welcome journey content and appeal communications.
- Help ensure that we comply with legal and compliance requirements including industry best practice, GDPR/PECR regulations and the CIOF code of Fundraising Practice.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships and liaison with other members of RABI staff.
- Take part and contribute to team meetings.

Person Specification:
Essential
- Marketing or direct marketing or marketing qualification.
- Experience of using direct marketing methods to recruit, retain and develop supporters (e.g. telemarketing).
- Previous direct marketing or transferrable experience. This should include project managing or assisting a project manager to plan and deliver activity and evaluate results
- Planning, delivering and managing individual giving programmes.
- Delivering donor recruitment and retention projects from initiation to completion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets from unrestricted donations.
- Presenting confidently to a variety of audiences.

In 2024, we launched a brand new Alpha Youth Film Series, a pioneering product that is having a global impact on the number of young people meeting Jesus through Alpha around the world.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, creative Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running to help us take the Alpha Youth brand to the next level, with a particular focus on marketing the new series.
In this role, your core focus will be managing the development, planning and delivery of an exceptional marketing strategy for Alpha Youth.
Working collaboratively with teams across Alpha and our global offices, you will use your marketing knowledge and outstanding planning skills to take a view of our audience, messaging and channels, ensuring the timely delivery of strategic marketing campaigns which will have the biggest impact in achieving our organisational goals.
The Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Formulate and execute a marketing, communications and content strategy aimed at raising the awareness, understanding, interest, engagement, and growth of Alpha Youth. This role needs to be able to both write the marketing strategy and hold responsibility for its roll out, with the support of the wider Alpha Youth team and the Global Head of Marketing.
• Develop and manage a detailed, costed and timed annual marketing and communications plan that identifies all key activities that Alpha Youth needs to engage in to achieve its objectives (including all appropriate channels to market) and report monthly on this.
