The Partnership and Delivery Manager plays a key role in translating the programme’s mission and values into meaningful change for communities, working with partners to enable inclusive, adaptive and community‑led delivery. Supporting the Head of Programmes, the role focuses on strengthening collaboration, nurturing trusted relationships, and maintaining a clear, connected view across workstreams and places.
You will convene partnership and learning spaces, surface opportunities and challenges early, and support partners to work in ways that build long‑term community power. Working closely with the Head of Programme, you will support coordinated problem‑solving, shared learning and innovation, creating an environment where partners feel supported to test, adapt and grow.
You will also help capture and share what is working- developing accessible learning and impact products that highlight community insight, stories of change and emerging systems shifts, to inspire partners and influence wider practice.
The ideal candidate

Our UK education programme sits at the heart of BPNA’s charitable mission and is a significant source of income - delivering to over 1000 short-course attendees and over 700 conference delegates annually across virtual and face-to-face formats. We also run a distance learning programme and a support new course development, with faculty across the UK.

We are seeking to appoint a UK Education Manager to join our small team which is based across our Bolton and London offices. This is a full-time, permanent post based in Bolton, working 37.5 hours a week (7.5 hours per day x 5 days per week).
JOB PURPOSE
The UK Education Manager provides operational leadership and supports strategic direction for BPNA’s UK education portfolio. The role is accountable for the short-course programme (about 36 courses per year), the annual conference, distance learning support, Instructor Training Day, new course development and faculty development. The post oversees budget responsibility for UK Education and Conference income, which together represent a substantial proportion of BPNA’s annual turnover.
This role is based at the Bolton office, where you will lead two of the BPNA Education team while working and liaising with the Education Content Co-Ordinator, based in the London office
The post-holder is an active member of the BPNA Secretariat Management Team, and serves as Secretary to the Education, Quality & Standards Committee and related steering groups. The role requires leadership, sound judgement and a hands-on, highly organised approach to complex programme delivery.
ABOUT YOU
This role would suit an organised, efficient and practical person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good deal of common sense. You will also have diplomatic skills and the ability to build good relationships. You will need to be flexible, have an ability to problem-solve on-site and online, organise highly educated people whilst remaining calm and maintaining a sense of humour.
We are looking for someone to join our team who will contribute to maintaining and developing our customer focused ethos.
While this role is primarily based in Bolton, there will be some UK travel with overnight stays to support in-person courses. We offer time off in lieu or overtime paid for additional hours worked.

Key details
Hours: Full-time: usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible.

This is not a purely technical or policy focused role. They will be the trusted authority in this area, supporting teams across the organisation and providing credible assurance to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities of the Information Security Manager will include:
- Leading our approach to cyber security, risk management, and incident response
- Developing and improving our information security management system, aligned to standards such as Cyber Essentials Plus and NHS DSPT
- Identifying and managing risks across systems, processes, and suppliers
- Supporting teams to understand and apply good security practice in real-world situations

About the candidate
Candidates should possess a balanced skillset across technical cyber security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) combined with the ability to translate this into clear, organisation-wide governance and assurance. They will be comfortable with detail, whilst also providing proportionate, practical oversight at an organisational level. They should demonstrate:
- Strong technical grounding in cyber security including networks, endpoints, identity, vulnerabilities, and incident response
- Experience in applying that knowledge to real world risk management, not just theoretical controls
- Good understanding of governance, assurance, and security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and NHS DSPT
- Ability to move comfortably between technical detail and clear, plain-English communication for non-technical audiences
- Experience in providing assurance to senior stakeholders such as risk reporting, audit, or governance forums
- An enabling, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance risk, with the need to get things done
- Strong focus on behaviour and culture, not just controls and policy

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to join the Living Wage Foundation team as an Events Manager. You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting the team with innovative events to promote the Living Wage movement, support the existing employer network, increase public support for fair pay and encourage Living Wage accreditation.
You will be responsible for our annual Champion Awards ceremony and organising parliamentary events, roundtables and webinars for our network of employers and beyond, as well as providing strategic oversight of events at our annual Living Wage Week in November where we celebrate Living Wage Employers nationwide with multiple events.
The ideal candidate would be an organised events manager, with strong project management skills, the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders internally and externally and the skills to establish strong relationships. They would have experience running online and in-person events with clear objectives and connecting them to organisational strategy.
This post will be joining a Communications team that spans events, media, digital communications and research, with colleagues based across the UK with monthly in-person team meetings. The Role
We are currently looking for a Café Assistant to join our Café team at our Yorkshire Cancer Research Centre in Harrogate.
Reporting to the Café Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll also assist with stock control, financial procedures, and café administration.

What the job involves
Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.
You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team, you’ll identify emerging opportunities, spot potential high-value fundraisers and help shape the growth of our community fundraising programme. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Community Action Worker will frequently travel across Batley, Dewsbury and Heckmondwike to support local people and groups to develop community-led social action initiatives that bring people together across lines of difference. Working in line with asset-based community development and community organising approaches, you will support local groups to start, build, grow and sustain projects that strengthen neighbourliness and bring people together around shared interests.
You will also work as part of a local interdisciplinary team to develop arts-based activity through a More in Common Creative Collective. This would celebrate difference and challenge narratives of division through creative community work. You will also support the delivery of facilitated dialogue through the Let’s Talk programme, helping communities address division through conversation.

ABOUT BRIDGING & BELONGING
We have completed Stage 1 of Bridging & Belonging, which involved a series of local listening events. What we heard was clear: people in North Kirklees want more chances to connect with one another and to shape what happens in their neighbourhoods, using their own ideas, skills and experience to make a positive difference.
We are now moving into Stage 2, a four-year project funded through the National Lottery Community Fund’s Reaching Communities programme. This phase will strengthen neighbourliness, reduce division, and support community-led action that builds stronger, more connected communities. It is rooted in asset-based community development and creative, participatory community organising, with a focus on helping local people start, grow and sustain social action that brings people together across lines of difference.
Bridging & Belonging is already established, you will join a project with strong foundations, trusted relationships and a clear direction. Working alongside colleagues, residents and local partners, you will help shape the next phase of the project while keeping local people at the heart of its priorities and activities.
Over the coming years, the work will support community-led action that strengthens neighbourliness and hyper-local connection, creates new ways for people to connect across communities, and develops projects built around shared interests, shared places and shared concerns. It will also back activity that celebrates local strengths, makes space for difference, and builds a stronger sense of belonging.

The Role
As a Stop Smoking Specialist, you will help to deliver our stop smoking service and underpin our commitment to support people to stop smoking and reduce the risk of cancer. You will provide specialist advice and support to our service users around tobacco addiction and provide evidence-based approaches in line with national guidance and good practice to help them to quit smoking.
Supporting the Services Manager and Head of Services, you will be vital in the implementation of our strategy to ensure people in Yorkshire receive the best prevention, diagnosis and treatment. You will deliver evidence-based stop smoking interventions to patients referred into the service, providing support, advice and guidance either face to face, virtually or by telephone to maximise quitting outcomes. You will work as part of a team to respond to referrals and work with our Active Together Services, which are being rolled out across Yorkshire, and NHS Trusts where we fund in patient smoking cessation programmes.
Specifically, you will:
· Autonomously deliver smoking cessation assessments, advice and support, minimising harm from tobacco and health-related issues in line with best guidance and protocols.
· Undertake client assessments, making appropriate pharmacotherapy decisions, provide ongoing client support and undertake 4 and 12 week follow-ups.
· Advise on stop smoking medications to patients, including all forms of NRT, vapes (e.cigarettes) as well as non-nicotine treatments.
· Manage a stock of NRT and Vaping Starter kits.
· Help patients who smoke to quit, communicating in a sensitive, client centred manner.
· Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the service, including the completion of the minimum data set aligned to NHS England mandatory requirements. This will include following up with patients following discharge to monitor stop smoking outcomes.
· Manage caseload of patients and be responsible for all associated tasks, including follow-up appointments, and managing diary commitments.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues, providing clear verbal, digital or written information and instructions when sharing information, delegating, or handing over responsibility for care to ensure that smoking cessation records are kept up to date and accurate.
· Work collaboratively and co-operatively with other members of the team and observe operational policy and procedures requirements.
· Work with the Services Manager and Head of Services to ensure that public and patient insight and involvement is captured, which will shape the development, delivery and evaluation of our service to make sure they are patient centred.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· To be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths.
· To be National Centre for Smoking Cessation Training (NCSCT) Level 2 trained.
· To have demonstrable evidence of continuing professional development.
· To have intermediate theoretical knowledge of stop smoking support, gained through Level 2 NCSCT.
· To have substantial experience of providing smoking cessation support in a stop smoking service with good levels of quit rates.
· To have experience of working in Health and Social Care setting or community.
· To have experience of providing healthcare, healthcare advice or health improvement/promotion advice to patients or members of the public.
· To have experience of using Microsoft Office software and patient management systems such as Quit Manager.
· To have proven IT skills, including data entry, accurate reporting of agreed care plans, and experience using IT infrastructure to support effective handover of care.
· To have good knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice in stopping smoking, the consequences of smoking and the benefits of quitting.
· To be able to build and maintain good working relationships with professionals/individuals from different professional/cultural backgrounds.
