The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of IT Operations & Governance to oversee and advance the organisation’s technology infrastructure, governance, and information security.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position, ensuring the foundation’s systems are secure, efficient, and scalable to support its expanding global mission. You’ll manage outsourced providers, optimise cloud and Microsoft 365 systems, and ensure the organisation maintains exemplary standards in cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection.

Essential skills and experience:

Working Arrangements

• This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 2 days per week onsite at either the Central London or Amsterdam office.

About the role ofHead of Principal Donors

As Head of Principal Donors, you will lead and manage the Foundation’s philanthropy programme, working closely with our senior leadership team and our founder to personally cultivate and steward the Foundation’s principal donors. This includes overseeing our recently formed Accelerate Circle – a select group of visionary philanthropists who help drive the Foundation’s fundraising through their networks.

In this role you will:

• Develop and deliver the Foundation’s philanthropy strategy, playing an active
  leadership role in the successful delivery of income growth from UHNWI and
  HNWIs
• Develop the Accelerate Circle of patrons and deliver a solicitation strategy to
  expand membership and grow our community of donors and supporters

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Accountant to support the financial accounting and compliance functions of the College.

This is an important role within the Finance team, supporting the College’s mission to improve child health by ensuring the integrity of financial information, robust financial controls, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with the Financial Accountant and wider finance team, you will take responsibility for key accounting processes including payroll, tax, treasury management, and monthly financial reconciliations. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records, supporting audit preparation, and ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the integrity of financial systems and ensuring accurate, timely accounting entries and reconciliations
• Supporting the Financial Accountant in preparing key balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets, investments, accruals, prepayments and deferred income
• Assisting with internal and external audit processes and the preparation of group statutory accounts
• Processing monthly payroll and pension submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting VAT, corporation tax and Gift Aid returns, and ensuring all submissions are completed on time

About This Role

This is an exciting new opportunity to be part of a new project within our Wraparound Service in the UK. As Psychological Therapist, key aspects of your role will be:

• Facilitation of Reflective Practice for residential staff to help support therapeutically informed practice, staff resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports around 3,600 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 170 local and national businesses. Role Overview

DPI is seeking a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to the CEO to support the implementation of DPI’s programmes, coordinate events and publications, and provide professional administrative and strategic support to the CEO. This is a hands-on dynamic role involving a combination of project coordination, research, communications, and executive support.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional written English, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support

• Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments and correspondence.
• Prepare meeting briefings, talking points, speeches and background notes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, budgets and expense claims.
• Support CEO-led meetings, take minutes and follow up on action points.
• Maintain filing systems, contact databases and programme records.
• Assist with coordination and oversight of interns and small research assignments.
• Provide basic IT and device support to the CEO.
• Assist with basic budgeting and expense sheets.

Research & Publications

· Conduct small scale research and synthesize findings for internal and external use.

· Work with programmes officers to support DPI project and initiatives

Person Specification

Essential

• At least 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, Political Science, Law, or related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in written English, including grammar and editing.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using publication layout or design software (e.g. InDesign, Canva or similar).
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with communication technologies.
• Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Calm, confident and adaptable under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing a robust process for researching and identifying suitable funders.
• Submitting high-quality funding applications.
• Providing excellent stewardship to existing grant funders.
• Building a strong pipeline to secure long-term income from trusts and foundations.

In addition, the role will support the organisation in cultivating key philanthropic relationships - particularly with high-net-worth individuals who may give via their trusts or foundations—leveraging the skills, experience, and resources of the Trusts & Foundations team.

Ultimately, this work will enable Home-Start UK to support more families with young children through challenging times.

This exciting role will support our work in preventing poor mental health and protecting mental health primarily through administrating the contracts of our existing programmes funded by external grants and maintain and grow our trust and foundations supporters. This post is key in ensuring we fulfil our requirements to our grant funders and keep our trust donors up to date with our work.
