The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Private Sector Engagement Manager to join the Strategic Partnerships & Communications team for a 13 month fixed term maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.
This is a fixed term position during an exciting and pivotal year for private sector engagement at CAF, when we will be embedding new partnerships and feeding into a new strategic period for the whole organisation. In this role you will manage strategic multi-lateral partnerships to achieve private sector emissions reduction, recruit and mobilise corporate champions to advocate for clean air, and build relationships with key stakeholders such as standard setters, sectoral business groups and regional teams to drive change.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of:
- managing mission-driven corporate partnerships,
- collaborating across and between organisations on complex, fast-paced projects,

Outline of the role
The IT Manager at IAPB will be responsible for overseeing our IT systems, infrastructure and digital services, ensure they are reliable, secure and aligned with IAPB needs. This role will provide leadership on IT strategy, manage day to day operations, be the key liaison with our outsourced IT provider and support staff to use technology effectively to deliver our mission. We have staff located both in the UK and globally, so working effectively with and understanding the needs of our diverse workforce is key.
Scope and accountability
Reporting to Head of Finance, the post holders role will include:
1. IT strategy and planning
- Conduct a full review of all IT systems and processes
- Develop and deliver the IT strategy in line with organisational goals
- Advise SMT on technology opportunities, risks and best practice
- Ensure systems are scalable, cost-effective and future-ready
2. Systems and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, cyber security and other relevant regulations
- Work with external IT providers to ensure cloud services, networks, servers and business applications are managed and maintained

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to own the transition to a new, user-centred Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Bynder, at a pivotal moment in our modernisation journey.
Working with the Senior Product Manager for Brand Systems, you'll ensure Bynder evolves to meet user and organisational needs, acting as our central hub for visual brand assets. You'll support data migration, contribute to metadata and tagging strategies, and help improve our current processes to strengthen the Brand & Marketing team's vision and responsibilities.
You'll work closely with our communications teams, as well as colleagues across the organisation in frontline science, membership and fundraising roles. You'll also manage and support relationships with creative and strategic partners to make sure our systems deliver imagery that reflects the breadth of our conservation work and the diversity of the communities we represent for nature.
This is a new role with the opportunity to shape how we look after one of our most important resources, our brand visual identity, and to help colleagues across the organisation make the most of it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day product owner for Bynder, configuring permissions and workflows.
- Maintain a simple backlog of user feedback and system developments, prioritising improvements in line with brand and organisational goals.
- Support the configuration and ongoing optimisation of Bynder to meet internal user needs across brand, marketing and communications teams, as well as the wider organisation and creative and commercial partners.
- Develop and implement, and continually improve, metadata schema, tagging conventions and folder structures that reflect brand priorities and user needs.
- Help apply and maintain a curation strategy aligned to our core brand themes and communication needs.
- Help deliver team training on Bynder across brand, marketing and communications, supporting teams to become both fluent users and champions of the new DAM.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience working with Bynder or other enterprise-level Digital Asset Management systems.
- Experience designing metadata and asset categorisation strategies.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, curation, rights management and taxonomy.
- Understanding of asset value in both strategic and commercial contexts, including how to compete or compare against commercial photo libraries.
- Experience managing transitions or migrations between digital platforms.

The role
As a senior member of the Evidence Directorate, the Head of Programmes operationalises the organisation’s strategic priorities through effective programme design, commissioning, grant management, and delivery oversight. About the Role
This is a crucial position within a small, dedicated property and estates team. The Compliance Specialist will oversee all areas of property compliance across a varied housing portfolio, ensuring residents live in safe and well-maintained homes.
You will lead on risk assessments, inspections, contractor performance, reporting and statutory compliance. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the confidence to work with internal stakeholders, residents and external contractors.

The Practice Officer will work directly with frontline practitioners, such as probation, police, court staff and specialist 3rd sector practitioners, to test new approaches and embed evidence-led interventions. Since 2012, Overcoming MS has been at the forefront of promoting an evidence-based approach to the self-management of MS using healthy lifestyle choices alongside medication. Although there is no cure for MS, we help people with MS to live well by making informed lifestyle choices.
Over the past 18 months, we have laid a strong foundation for this work:
· Identifying key barriers to supported self-management in MS.
· Co-developing educational resources to support healthcare professionals
· Piloting projects with healthcare professionals.
· Refining and presenting data to demonstrate the value of our approach.

Key responsibilities
· Lead the successful delivery of the Healthcare Engagement strategy, identifying and promoting engagement with our key audiences and stakeholders, in accordance with the NHS 10-year plan.
· Raise awareness with healthcare professionals of the importance of healthy lifestyle in managing MS symptoms and disease progression, resulting in expanded access to supported self-management for people with MS.
· Lead the development and delivery of strategic projects that engage healthcare professionals.
· Raise the profile and credibility of Overcoming MS, our information, events and courses, positioning us as the go-to charity for lifestyle and living well with MS.
· Increase the impact of our HCP education module, through our existing partnership with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, marketing the education widely, evaluating its benefit to HCPs and strategically reviewing the format, vehicle and content as appropriate.
· Work closely with our internal Evidence Gathering Group, our Medical Advisor, and Information and Research Manager to facilitate the development of the relationship, profile and reach between the charity and the health and social care sectors.
· Develop a wide network of key healthcare professionals to inform our strategy, provide expertise, expert review of materials, and content (podcasts, webinars, blogs)
· Co-produce posters, abstracts and academic articles to present at key conferences.

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a MEL Manager to join the team in London or Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution in a newly created role.
In this role you will strengthen CAF’s capacity to measure, evaluate, and learn from its climate impact initiatives. This role ensures that strong evidence and insights guide continuous improvement with a particular focus on the effective delivery of the AAQD implementation programme.
As MEL Manager you will act as the MEL focal point, managing reporting, evidence generation and dissemination both internally and externally, of the respective programme. The application of lessons and evidence is crucial to successful delivery during the two-year timeframe of the programme. The post holder will lead on developing and delivering a learning plan to support the impact of the programme and its future direction.
The role will focus on the design and implementation of a programme level MEL system and associated tools and processes, to optimise programme efficacy and promote the use of data and evidence in driving results.
Working across the MEL, EU and other Portfolio teams, you will apply CAF’s organisational MEL system and tools for the benefit of our work in the EU whilst also strengthening CAF’s contribution to impact overall.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Solid experience developing and managing MEL frameworks (including Theories of Change and results frameworks) and their implementation in large international projects and programmes, ideally in a global philanthropy, air quality, and/or climate change or international development context
- A strong understanding and experience of embedding equity in MEL approaches
- Experience fostering a culture of - and mechanisms for - openness and learning across a team of multiple partners and geographies
- Demonstrable experience synthesizing lessons, evidence and their application from large volumes of data and communicating in a clear and structured manner
- Strong data analysis skills and experience, specifically in MS Excel
