Role overview: 

A pivotal senior position within the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, this role works closely with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to lead key fundraising initiatives and stewardship efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, staff development, and performance management, as well as contributing to strategic planning and budget oversight. The role also leads the delivery of a multi-channel legacy marketing programme and ensures external suppliers meet agreed service levels. The role will line manage two team members, take on broader leadership responsibilities within the department, and actively promote legacy giving across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to shape and implement the overarching strategy and budget, with a key focus on expanding the supporter pipeline, increasing In Memory donations, and safeguarding long-term Legacy income.
• Offer expert advice and strategic input to design integrated, personalised supporter journeys that prioritise exceptional supporter experiences, drawing on industry best practices and working closely with internal teams and external agency partners.

• Deep expertise in all areas of Legacy and In-Memory fundraising, underpinned by strong knowledge and hands-on experience within the sector

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, execution, and management of fundraising strategies

The role

We are looking for an experienced part-time NEBOSH or IOSH qualified Health and Safety Manager, who will lead manage and develop our health and safety requirements and responsibilities around working outside and around water.

We have a health and safety management plan which following on from our Health and Safety audit, has outlined the framework for this role and what is needed to be implemented over the next 12 months.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Work with both Head of HR and Operations Manager on certain aspects of office Health & Safety with as and where necessary
• Project manage and deliver all requirements of the new created H&S Management Plan
• Work with managers on Construction Design Management (CDM) health and safety
• Track and ensure that risk assessments are being completed within teams for events and elsewhere where required in Thames21
• Work with HR and line managers to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) are created, updated and reviewed periodically
• Deliver the H&S induction session with new joiners when and where applicable
• Work with the Operations Manager to ensure vehicle checks are conducted in accordance with the vehicles policy, and that all drivers are trained in the use of the inspection checklists and all aspects of vehicle inspection.
• Compile a quarterly incident report to the Head of HR
• Manage the incident reporting system, escalating serious incidents (including risks) to senior management

• Manage a programme of safety audits to reporting these to the management team
• Manage and run the quarterly H&S group meetings and keep track of progress of actions that have been assigned
• Conduct training sessions on other related health and safety as and when required

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Communications and Engagement Manager in our South East England team, to lead the regional Communications and Engagement team and programme 

The Role: 
•    Develop a regional communications and engagement plan that identifies opportunities aimed at generating new supporters for the Trust - raising our profile, creating opportunities to raise additional income and delivering high quality engagement and volunteering.
•    Oversee delivery of the regional communications and engagement plan and ensure that related communications, engagement, visitor experience and volunteering opportunities are planned and resourced. 
•    Manage a small regional team of communications, engagement and volunteering officers

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Finance Manager to join ESSA’s international team and lead our UK financial operations. This vital role will support both UK and global finance functions, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, audit preparation, budgeting and compliance.

· Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis

· Leading year-end and audit processes for ESSA’s UK operations

• Project management of ParalympicsGB’s Games Services Strategy within the Sport Directorate
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Sport regarding the implementation of the ParalympicsGB’s Games Services Strategy; identifying and communicating potential and actual risks in a timely manner 
• Proactively identify and develop key strategic performance partnerships both within the UK and overseas to support delivery of organisational objectives 
• Deputise for the Head of Sport in his / her absence at key meetings and activities on an agreed basis

Games Services Strategy 

Responsible for the management and effective delivery of identified elements of ParalympicsGB’s Games Services Strategy including:

• Management of selecting the team including support to all Paralympic sports with selection policies and processes.

· Taking initiative to propose and implement relevant analyses to the project to maximise positive impact for participants with the programmes you are supporting.

· Building relationships and working at times directly with Delivery Partners (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services for the programme) to ensure they are able to use the data systems accurately and effectively,

· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.

About the role

This is a hands-on, people-focused role at the heart of our programme delivery. As Programme Manager, you’ll work closely with communities, colleagues, volunteers, and partners to co-create and deliver meaningful programmes that centre on women’s voices and lived experience.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of projects — from design and facilitation through to coordination, evaluation, and reporting. The role involves a high level of collaboration across departments and with external partners, as well as ongoing work with participants and volunteers to ensure our programmes are inclusive, responsive, and impactful.
