About the role

The Access Project is an evidence-based, data driven intervention. Central to our programme are the ways in which we use data to ensure each of our students receives the provision they need, to learn about how we can improve our delivery and to evaluate our impact on our students’ university prospects. We have developed sophisticated monitoring and evaluation systems bringing together data from a variety of sources to track students’ progress (impact management) as well as ascertain their outcomes (impact evaluation). We collect data on our students’ academic and socio-demographic background, their participation on our programme and progress on our bespoke university readiness scales, and their academic results and university destinations. We use this data to intervene in real time when delivery goes off-course but also to understand how The Access Project programmes affect student outcomes and publicize this impact externally.

As part of the Strategy and Impact Team, the Data & Insights Lead will be responsible for ensuring all teams have the right data and to deliver and monitor our programme in a timely and effective way. They will manage, analyse, interpret, and present data and information, most of it recorded on our Salesforce system, to enhance the quality of delivery, maximise the achievement of outcomes by participants and ensure that the project achieves the greatest possible social impact. They will also project manage distinct pieces of work ranging from system optimization to external reporting for impact-related projects and partnerships.

Duties and responsibilities

1) Ensure the efficacy of our monitoring & reporting systems

1. Identifies required changes related to how we collect and manage data in Salesforce so that programme delivery data is available in the right format and at the right frequency to support decision making across teams and allow for accurate reporting.
2. Make recommendations for changes to the Salesforce system in line with this and support the Operations Team with reviewing options.
3. Support other teams to have the confidence and skills to effectively use our monitoring & reporting tools and processes for their specific needs.
4. Identify required improvements to our data processes (e.g. processes for collecting/collating data, for automation, etc), and project manage their implementation.

2) Coordinate the use of data to guide tactical and strategic decision-making on programme delivery and design

1. Define the key questions for our termly performance management meetings and input into the design and content of the dashboards used in these fora.
2. Process and analyse data to derive useful insights about our programme delivery and present your findings effectively to various stakeholders to inform tactical conversations around programme design and delivery.
3. Ensure data is understood and used effectively in decision-making.‘delve deeper’ into programme data to understand trends highlighted by staff, students, and school leaders.schedule performance management meetings at the right time, ensure the right stakeholders are involved, and capture and follow up actions from these meetings as required.

3) Lead other evaluation, research and reporting activities

1. Ensure that student feedback is disseminated, analysed, shared, and used to inform ongoing performance management discussions
2. Lead the data contributions throughout our annual impact evaluation process which may include the preparation of large datasets, as well as analysis and interpretation of data.
3. Drive the monitoring and evaluation of pilot projects, e.g. development of monitoring tools and processes, data analysis, systems development, etc. prepare required datasets for external impact-related reporting. This includes tasks ranging from designing data collection processes, compiling the data, continuously adapting processes, and communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Change Manager who is skilled in facilitating organisational change, particularly in technology adoption, with the proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and challenge where necessary, and a practical understanding of change management principles and adoption processes.

About the role 

Working with the Salesforce Programme Manager, fellow colleagues in the Business Change team and the wider Delivery Services team, you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Salesforce programme.

Working alongside the Business Change Lead, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the Salesforce programme rollout, and actively engage with Salesforce programme stakeholders at all levels regularly to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster a positive attitude towards Salesforce.

What you’ll do:

• Design, analyse and create mechanisms in order to collect ongoing feedback from users and stakeholders and have ways of identifying resistance and managing it.

• Create and deliver clear, consistent change communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged throughout the transition process.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to users, helping them navigate the new system, and manage and address risks and issues as they arise, and regularly monitor and report on the progress of CM activities, analyse its impact, provide opportunities for feedback and suggest improvements.

• At the end of the programme, lead the CM retrospective, ensure benefits and adoption metrics are identified, tracked and measured to demonstrate success. Lastly, provide the handover to the Business Change Lead.

About the role:

The SHP Somerset Cluster is based in the heart of the London’s theatre and shopping districts – the main hub is just off Drury Lane, with the other sites near Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. The aim of the service is to support people over the age of 18 to navigate various support needs and develop the skills required to maintain independent accommodation long term.   

As a multiple disadvantage (MD) referral and move on coordinator, you will work as part of a larger support team to ensure that consideration is given to the individual experiences of multiple disadvantage when it comes to accessing and moving on from our service.   

You will work with people from their first interaction with the service: at the point of referral, ensuring that all aspects of someone’s experience is considered by undertaking a trauma informed, culturally sensitive assessment and supporting your colleagues to develop their awareness of these experiences. 

From here you will then support their journey through the service by working alongside other support staff to foster a culture of move on, supporting the development of holistic and realistic move on goals.   

This work will be underpinned and supported through the development of a move on programme. This programme, developed and overseen by the MD Referral and Move on Coordinators in partnership with the Recovery and Opportunity Coordinators, will be not only look to develop confidence and ability to navigate social systems, but also be accredited through SHP’s AQA Registered Learning Centre.   

In addition, you will carry your own caseload for people living in the step-down services to ensure that they are prepared, equipped, and confident about moving on. This may include identifying current barriers within the system that can prevent someone from moving on successfully or within their set timeframe.

• Experience of coordinating projects across multiple teams or people with varying roles to achieve successful outcomes for vulnerable people
• Knowledge and awareness of the intersection of needs in people facing multiple disadvantage & strong understanding of how the intersection & co-occurrence of these issues can make it difficult for people to engage with support or to move on from services.

The MCS Foundation are a leading UK charity working on decarbonising homes, heat and energy, with a particular focus on managing the innovative Local Area Retrofit Accelerator programme.

As Programme Manager, you will develop, coordinate and manage a range of projects sitting under the Foundation's Programme area. The projects place the Foundation at the centre of the sector and make progress towards the Foundation's goal of decarbonising all homes in the UK.

In this exciting, newly created role, you will manage projects sitting under the Programmes area of the charity. This is a new area for the Foundation and builds on their work providing grants to third-party organisations. They now want to take a more active role in the delivery of interventions and this role will be key to developing the right interventions and ensuring they deliver the required benefits. The role will be collaborating with other organisations and will involve managing relationships with a range of stakeholders and delivery partners.

A particular focus will be on managing the innovative Local Area Retrofit Accelerator programme. Through this programme, the Foundation will be working with localities around the UK to support local authorities and other key stakeholders in accelerating retrofit at scale by developing and delivering initiatives that will unlock supply and demand side barriers.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Manager with significant knowledge of project management, partnership working and domestic energy efficiency/low carbon heating. Experience of delivering domestic retrofit-related projects, defined as home energy efficiency or heating improvements to reduce energy consumption or carbon would be hugely beneficial - however if not, a strong understanding and knowledge in this area will be crucial. You must be passionate about driving practical solutions to the climate emergency and happy working in a small team, with the ability to work across all levels with the need to be hands on.

As a partnership of the diverse voluntary, community and social enterprise sector across north east London and the Integrated Care Board we collaborate to ensure that the design and delivery of health and care services works for residents across north east London. We are now seeking a motivated and creative individual to lead the next steps in the development of the North East London Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector Collaborative (the VCSE Collaborative) as part of the sub-regional Integrated Care System.

The position will be hosted by Tower Hamlets CVS although the post holder will be accountable to the VCSE Collaborative Leadership Group and will be expected to work equitably across the north east London sub-region.

In addition to this we manage Employment Autism Employment Autism 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. To lead on running our employability training and Alumni Job Club.

2. To develop workshop structures and learning materials for these in close collaboration with the Development Director and ensure that participant feedback from earlier programmes is incorporated.

3. To line manage Development Job Coaches as needed.

4. To manage and deliver job search sessions.

5. To lease with Employability Lead when participants are ready to move over in In Work Support team.

6. To advertise project opportunities to autistic people throughout London and manage project recruitment and onboarding.

7. To ensure processes are in-place for each project to:- assess each participant’s individual skills and gather baseline data; ensure job matches are appropriate to the individual’s needs and aspirations; and that targets set are relevant and promote new skills and learning; acquire and complete necessary risk assessments to ensure safety of clients, staff and partners.

8. To oversee the set up and settling in of jobseekers into work placements, when needed. Providing support and training to employers where required; providing personalised on the job training to participants and employers as required and develop strategies and advise on reasonable adjustments.

9. To coach, train and help manage new project staff to support jobseekers and put in place monitoring protocols.

10.  To ensure jobseekers are progressing towards their individual targets; understand protocols and interpret work culture correctly; understand the health & safety in the work environment and adopt appropriate workplace behaviour.

11.  To ensure good working relationships are maintained with all employers/ work experience placements and that feedback is regularly sort from all stakeholders to help improve our service delivery and future opportunities.

12.  As a key member of the Development Team to work closely with the Development Director to actively, engage with employers and external organisations to promote CareTrade and our job seekers and to pursue opportunities to work collaboratively.

13.  To attend events, to market CareTrade to autistic jobseekers and to liaise with Disability Employment Advisors at JobCentre Plus, Disability Services teams, Social Workers and others to promote and support employment opportunities as needed.

14.  To organise and promote social groups for jobseekers.

15.  To collect data and use data analysis to help produce reports, internally, for funders and partners.

16.   To help seek and apply for appropriate awards and grants when required.

17.  To be a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)  and First Aider and complete regular training working alongside the Development Director to ensure the safety of participants and staff.

18.  To complete relevant health and safety training and be a named fire marshal.

About the PVRI
We’re a small charity with a global reach and an important purpose: to reduce the burden of pulmonary vascular disease.

PVD is a serious condition which can lead to heart damage and trigger symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, poor growth, fainting and light-headedness. It can reduce both quality of life and length of life, but it isn’t widely recognised, or well-understood.

We bring together an international network of professionals to improve clinical care, education and PVD research. The network comprises thousands of clinicians, scientists, academics and industry partners, supported by our small team in Bermondsey, London. Together we deliver conferences, e-learning, an academic journal, and we raise awareness of the condition.

Much of the work is done by international working groups, and we’re seeking a new Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to those groups.

The job involves co-ordinating and servicing meetings across different time zones, maintaining workgroup records, developing surveys, pulling together academic papers for publication, event planning, and project work.

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to write and adapt complex information to produce clear, accurate and accessible documents in English. About the role 

As Artists & Influencer Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage and deliver complex projects in support of Save the Children's campaigns. This is an exciting role where you will get to engage with artists and influencers for various exciting campaigns including Christmas Jumper Day.

You will work with the rest of the A&I team to build a strong roster of high-profile supporters, influencers and ambassadors, stewarding them to become passionate advocates for children's rights, delivering audience cut-through, fundraising objectives and helping build Save the Children's brand.

In this role, you will: 

• Alongside the A&I team, be responsible for identifying and delivering the right blend of high profile personalities to support projects, activities and objectives across PR, digital, events, campaigning, partnerships and other. 
• Spot opportunities and devise A&I activations that raise awareness and visibility of Save the Children amongst key target audiences with the aim of recruiting new supporters and encouraging them to take action. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with current artists and influencers, developing their involvement with Save the Children in creative and innovative ways.
• Target and recruit new A&I supporters, whilst nurturing long term relationships with a view where relevant, to eventual commitment on Ambassador level.  Keep up to date with supporters' broader schedules, spotting new opportunities for engagement as they arise.
• Write and present inspiring proposals for artists, agents, managers and publicists, creating and defining the right pitch for the right potential ambassador.

• Experience of working with digital influencers including building content and delivering activations.
• Understanding of social media landscape, trends and developments and ability to suggest ways to utilise them.

Our client Peter Bedford Housing Association is a housing association with charitable aims that create positive change in people’s lives. As well as homes and support, PBHA empowers people to learn, access work and discover their creative talents. Based in Hackney, Islington and Newham, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs. PBHA’s work enables people to move on and lead independent lives.

The role:

This part time (0.6FTE) post is located within the core services Team, and reports to the CEO. The postholder works closely across the organisation to deliver an efficient Office management, Reception and basic HR service to all managers and staff.

Aims of the post

• To manage the office, coordinating volunteers to provide reception and administrative services. 

• To coordinate and procure office and IT equipment.

• To carry out HR administration tasks acting as a first point of contact for managers and staff.

Specific Responsibilities

Office management

• Dealing with customer & external queries and disputes dealing with in bound and out bound communication, such as hybrid mail, post, phone calls and customer satisfaction surveys. 

• Organise Reception rota and cover, enabling opening hours to be fully resourced. 

• Dealing with petty cash.

• Managing phone and IT systems, contributing to new projects and upgrades.

• Ordering and facilitating meeting refreshments. 

• Promote and manage booking of rooms. 

• Manage all hardware e.g. laptops, phones etc and ordering office consumables.

• Managing small budgets and checking expenditure.

• Ensuring all new staff are set up with correct equipment and IT access e.g. laptops, phones, keys etc with good records kept.

Volunteer and Placement development

• Day to day supervision of customer services volunteers and placements.

• Recruit and plan for volunteers and placements, including contributing to individual learning plans and reviewing progress. 

HR administration

• Investment in staff - To be an impartial point of contact for employees and volunteers seeking HR advice if their line manager is not able to assist, signposting them as appropriate to other sources of advice and assistance. 

• Employment contracts and Consulting employees - To provide administrative support when consulting on Terms and Conditions, investigating Disciplinary and Grievances and any other related matters. To support the CEO to coordinate working groups across employees and volunteers. To administer staff surveys. 

• DBS checks - To undertake renewal DBS checks for all employees and volunteers and make recommendations as necessary to managers. 

• Managing information - To ensure good quality and accurate HR information management for all employees and volunteers with due regard to confidentiality and document control. To maintain electronic files and enable colleagues to make the best use of the HR database, Breathe HR. To facilitate references for former employees in partnership with managers and the CEO. 

• Payroll - To collate information, draft and seek authorisation of payroll changes in partnership with the CEO and Director of Finance. To support the annual pay review. 

• Recruitment - To coordinate recruitment processes in partnership with the recruiting manager. This includes liaising with the recruitment agency. 

• Learning and Development - To coordinate training suppliers and place bookings for courses in consultation with the CEO. To contribute to coordinating the annual Staff and Volunteer conference. 

Customer focused services

• Promote and support tenants/participants to access PBHA’s participation and co-production opportunities.

• Be supportive of PBHA’s ethos of maximising tenant/participant influence over the development of the organisation.

• To positively promote and signpost tenants and participants to report complaints in line with PBHA’s practice. To have a collaborative and co-operative approach towards resolving complaints, working with colleagues across teams and departments. To take collective responsibility for any shortfalls identified through complaints.

General Responsibilities

• Participate in key meetings.

• Contribute to policy development, income generation, strategic and annual planning, corporate and cross-team activities, external partnerships and promotional activities as required.

• Promote, develop and support PBHA’s ethos, values and impact.

• Provide cover for other managers and workers.

All staff are expected to:

Main Conditions of Service

This is a part time position. The post is for 22.5 hours per week. It is expected that the hours will be delivered on 3 full days (to be agreed) each week but alternative arrangements, ie 4.5 hours per day for 5 days, may be acceptable. Duties will occasionally be carried out over evenings and some public holidays. Overtime is not paid but in line with Agile working, hours can be averaged out over a 2-week period.

Annual leave entitlement is 26 days per year plus normal bank holidays pro rata. This will rise after each completed year of service to a maximum of 30 days – pro rata.  

Salaries and expenses are based on PBHA’s salary scales and are revised each year. The salary for this post will be in the range of £35,692 pro rata per annum and the starting salary is £35,692 (£21,415 for 22.5 hours per week).

The post holder will be auto enrolled to be a member of the organisation's contributory pension scheme if eligible.

In common with all posts at PBHA, confirmation of appointment is subject to a probationary period (6 months). The notice period for this role is four weeks.

The Access Foundation was set up in 2021 following the success and growth enjoyed by The Access Group over the previous decade. The Access Foundation wants to fund projects and activities that make a real difference to people’s lives in the countries the Access group is active.To achieve our objectives, we are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to help run and improve our operational processes.

Job objectives 

• Support the trustees in the due diligence and evaluation of each applicant and facilitate the decision-making process for each application 

• Support the ongoing evaluation process of all successful applicants and ensure agreed measures and outcomes are reported back to the Foundation in a timely manner 

• Manage the external communication of the Foundation’s successes back to stakeholders and supporters, as well as other channels on social media, such as Instagram and LinkedIn 

• Manage the communication with the Access Group and maintain an open channel of communication with the charities team at the Access group 

• Manage the Admin and Grants Assistant and ensure all Admin processes as well as operational processes are running smoothly and make changes where required 

• Manage the use of the accounting package Access Financials to ensure processes are followed and grantees paid on time.

• Oversee the data collation for and write the impact report 

• Collaborate and work with the trustees and volunteers 

Duties and responsibilities will include 

• Write regular reports to the trustees of new applications, applications in progress and outcomes, inform and advise the trustees to achieve a swift decision on all cases 

• Organise the publicity and communications around each successful grant, including newsfeeds, social media and website updates. 

• Liase with the Access Marketing team to support their own comms 

• Ensure financial accounts are accurate and complete 

• Liase with 3rd parties such as external suppliers and partners ranging from auditors to our financial partners 

• Draft Offer letters for the successful applicants 

• Recruit, Manage and Appraise the Admin and Grant Assistant

• Attend trustees, volunteers and applications meetings 

• Manage the access controls for volunteers and staff 

• Oversee the financial accounts, approve invoices on our bespoke Finance system and deal with some financial accounting together with our Chair of the board of trustees 

Skills and Experience Required 

• Organised, efficient and reliable with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneous 

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role 

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels from junior to CEO

The role of Programme Lead (Training and Reconciliation) is a key new position in supporting Place for Hope’s strategic goal of growing our partnerships with faith communities to support and equip more people to reach their potential as peacemakers. 

The Programme Lead will co-ordinate all work related to our new 5-year partnership with the United Reformed Church (URC). The partnership will involve two key areas (i) the development and staged roll-out of a mediation team within the URC who will work ecumenically with the wider Place for Hope Practitioner team; and (ii) embedding the understanding, skills, and confidence in how to deal well with conflict, change and difference through a set programme of trainings. 

The Programme Lead will draw on the entire Place for Hope team (staff and volunteers) to develop and deliver an agreed 5-year programme plan. The role will also involve supporting the wider work of Place for Hope, particularly working with our training team to deliver our training programme (online and in-person) with a wide range of partners.

Previous experience of project management, training, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills are essential to the role. The ideal candidate would also have an interest in supporting faith communities to transform conflict and a willingness to undertake CPD provided by Place for Hope to build their knowledge and skills in this area. This is an exciting time to join Place for Hope and play a pivotal role in equipping individuals and faith communities to choose peace in times of fear and division.
