This new role has been established to ensure the effective planning, co-ordination and delivery of our three key events over the next year:
- our National Conference
- our Carol Service
- our spring fundraising event.
As a successful Senior Events Officer you will work with people from across the charity, from Trustees to experienced administrators. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including our small staff team, trustee Board, event speakers and suppliers. You will act as a key liaison for speakers and attendees ensuring all are left with the highest opinion of OCD Action. You will have a track record of managing event logistics, and be confident in developing event project plans and risk management plans. You will have project management experience and a solutions-focused approach. Ideally you will have a good understanding of event ticketing and will previously have used a CRM system to manage relationships with event attendees. Through this role you will be key to OCD Actions work and to delivering our vision and strategy.

Job Purpose
The weekend Home & Settle Project Officer is responsible for responding to referrals received over the weekend from both Royal London Hospital & Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will work with the manager on Friday to deliver services and plan visits on the weekend for you to attend.
The service supports people returning after a stay in hospital, helping them to settle back at home, regain confidence and support with some practical tasks, e.g. shopping/cleaning. You will manage referrals, carry out assessments, and in liaison with the manager, allocate service users to Discharge and Settle Worker caseloads. You will provide direct frontline support and co-ordinate visits to the service users’ home in preparation for their return home. You will work collaboratively to lead and manage the weekend service to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users. The service is time limited, up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust, build confidence, and settle back in their homes.
Key Tasks
- Act as the first point of contact for all referrals over the weekend across both hospitals.
- Meet with patients in the community and/or hospital and carrying out assessments and risk assessments.
- Enter referrals on to AUKEL’s case management system (currently Charity Log) in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
- Allocate referrals to Discharge and Settle workers (in the week) using tech available (currently the Call Round App), training will be available.
- Collect feedback from service users and upload to case management system.
- Prepare and keep stock of AUKEL Welcome Packs and service leaflets.
- Deputise for the manger at discharge planning and other meetings as required.
- Support hospitals to improve the patient’s experience of the discharge process.
- Monitor the case loads of each of the Discharge and Settle workers (DSW) to ensure they are evenly and fairly balanced.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies providing support services.
- Work with people with a range of needs, dealing with issues ranging from social isolation and keeping people engaged in their community, to preventing unnecessary readmission to hospital.

- Allocate referrals to DSW using tech available (currently - Charity Log ‘Call Round’ App).
- Ensure wards have good supply of service leaflets and referral forms.
- Ensure data collected meets the requirements of the service’s contract monitoring and key performance indicators.
- Ensure customer feedback questionnaires are sent at the end of each intervention and record returns.
- Ensure admin tasks relating to service users, Discharge and Settle workers or general admin is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide cover as needed, i.e. annual leave and sickness, for the services you manage, and other hospital settle services provided by AUKEL
- Carry out monitoring of the service ensuring it meets the contractual requirements of commissioners.
Quality

Liaison

- Liaise with other AUKEL home and settle services across London and work collaboratively to maintain effective services, including sharing staff where appropriate.
- Work closely with the AUKEL handyperson service to meet contractual obligations where a handyperson service is provided as part of the service.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange deliveries and works to service user’s homes.
General
- Meet regularly with your line manager for support, supervision and appraisal.

About Cosmic
Cosmic is a small but mighty children’s charity dedicated to supporting the incredible work of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, Hammersmith. We provide vital funding for life-saving equipment, specialist staff training, and pioneering research. We also deliver our own emotional and practical family support services - making a real difference for children and families when they need it most.
The Role
This role will be pivotal in connecting Cosmic with the families we support and our NHS units across both hospital sites, by managing service delivery and fostering continuous engagement. The postholder will lead and coordinate our new Post-Discharge Support service, working closely with families, the NHS Family Liaison Team, and counsellors. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of service delivery projects - focusing on the experiences and impact on both NHS staff and families - while ensuring efficiency and value for money through careful cost assessment.
NHS Engagement & Relationship Management
▪ Build strong partnerships with PICU and NICU teams to embed Cosmic’s presence, raise awareness, and identify areas for support.
▪ Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and deliver projects that improve patient, family and staff experiences - maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of funding needs.
▪ Liaise directly with families on the units to understand their needs and explore how Cosmic can offer practical and emotional support, helping to build trusted relationships and inform future service development.
▪ Organise engagement activities and events to promote Cosmic across the units, ensuring consistent branding and visibility.
▪ Represent Cosmic at senior staff hospital meetings, forums and working groups, sharing feedback and opportunities with the wider team.

Engagement Campaigns

▪ Develop project budgets with the COO, monitoring and evaluating them to ensure projects are delivered on budget.

▪ Work with our supporters and past patients and families in the development of projects and services.
▪ Work closely with the Family Liaison Nurse, who will interact directly with families benefiting from the service, to ensure their needs and experiences inform the ongoing development of the project.

▪ Develop and implement data metrics and gathering points to measure and analyse the impact of Cosmic’s services, supporting outcomes reporting and strategic decision-making.
▪ Utilise strong IT skills for database modelling and data interpretation, ensuring timely data capture in collaboration with clinical staff to enhance service delivery and promote awareness.
▪ Monitor and report on the impact of Cosmic’s work to support funding efforts and improve overall effectiveness.

Advice Service Delivery Manager
The newly created Advice & Support Team plays a key role in delivering Battersea’s increased strategic focus on early intervention in the pet ownership journey. By offering well-timed expert and empathetic support and advice before owners reach crisis point, the team aims to prevent avoidable animal welfare issues and reduce the number of pets relinquished for preventable reasons.
A key service in this area is the Behaviour Advice Line (BAL), currently delivered by our Animal Behaviour Team. This role will be part of a small Project Management Unit (PMU) located within the Programme Operations Team. About the role
The Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will lead the design, coordination, and implementation of monitoring, reporting, and learning processes for WaterAid’s Multi-country Urban Water Project. This is a bold initiative aiming to raise $40 million and reach two million people with clean water in urban areas across six anchor countries: Colombia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. The campaign also seeks to build a global movement of youth advocates to demand action from world leaders to achieve SDG 6 relating to universal access to water and sanitation.
This role ensures accurate, timely data collection and learning, promotes adaptive management, and supports evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with country teams and partners, the Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will strengthen monitoring and learning capacity, support the articulation and measurement of project impact, and help consolidate insights to inform both internal learning and sector-wide knowledge on urban water programming. This includes tracking progress towards the ambitious goal of reaching two million people.
The role will also support donor reporting, liaise with Member offices, and deputise for the Project Delivery Lead when required.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the project monitoring and learning framework
- Support countries with timely and accurate data collections, analysis, learning and reporting
- Provide assurance on data quality and integrity
- Produce consolidated monitoring and learning reports, highlighting progress, challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations for adaptive management.
- Support with donor reporting and communications.
- Facilitate and support cross-country learning and knowledge sharing and work with technical teams to translate learning and into practical delivery changes.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Degree level qualifications or experience or commensurate experience in relevant fields
- Strong demonstrable experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning in international development, preferably in WASH, urban development, or public health.
- Proven experience developing and managing MEL systems and processes for complex, multi-country or large-scale projects.
- Significant familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative MEL methods, participatory approaches, and adaptive management.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including use of software for data analysis and visualisation
- Excellent facilitation, capacity building, and coaching skills to support country teams and partners.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience working with urban WASH programmes, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
- Experience in participatory MEL approaches and adaptive programme management.
- Experience designing surveys using mWater software, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, gender equality, disability inclusion, and social accountability in MEL processes.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or other relevant languages is an advantage.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.
Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.
As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.
As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.
As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!
- Be a key point of contact for the team at Asda and Breast Cancer Now

- Motivate and inspire Asda customers and colleagues to fundraise for Tickled Pink
- Work with key Asda suppliers to support and enhance their Tickled Pink campaigns
- Manage incoming emails and queries from the Asda Community team as well as other colleagues and customers
- Represent CoppaFeel! in external meetings with key stakeholders alongside Asda and Breast Cancer Now
- Work closely with wider CoppaFeel! teams to provide high quality account management for Asda
- Attend and support on a variety events throughout the year including the annual Tickled Pink supplier Ball and the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge
- Contribute to forecasting and budgets to support the Head of Partnerships
- Support the Head of Partnerships on the delivery of different strategic elements of the partnership
