The Alzheimer’s Society are embarking on a major CRM migration to Dynamics 365 which as a complex project requires close attention on several technical workstreams. These include migration, integration, reporting and our marketing selections solution amongst others.
This role will provide technical leadership around integrations to help us deliver a successful CRM that will take provide our Income and Engagement activities a step change and provide us with a solid CRM foundation for the future. A firm technical understanding is a must.

As an Area Manager you will give leadership, direction and guidance to the staff of Medaille Trust to ensure the provision and development of a high quality service in line with the Trust’s Mission, Values and Strategy.
You will have a good understanding of the CQC framework relating to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. You will carry out quarterly assurance audits in all safe houses ensuring any appropriate action is taken where necessary.
You will line manage, induct, mentor, coach and support Service Managers. Additionally, you will ensure that any complaints, grievances and disciplinaries are investigated and responded to in an effective and timely manner in line with Medaille Policies.
Although the post is home based, the post holder will be expected to travel frequently to our safe houses within the South and London areas with some overnight stays.
You must have previous experience in a relevant sector or experience of working with adults that are vulnerable. Experience of managing staff, carrying out line management, supervision and appraisals is essential. Additionally, you must have experience of setting up Service User Engagement groups.

Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) is a senior volunteer led industry initiative which has raised an incredible £9million to date. We have ambitious plans to reach an initial £10million target within the next 12-months and to take the campaign into a second phase to achieve further impact.
Since the campaign launched in September 2017, we have seen significant success, raising awareness of dementia and the profile of Alzheimer’s Society and IUAD across the industry through corporate partnerships, philanthropy, industry events and owned activities.
We are looking for an individual who matches the ambition of the team and our industry supporter, someone with a personable style that can take ownership of the events fundraising stream and communication plans for the IUAD campaign.
The post holder offers unique opportunities to take responsibility for key initiatives, such as our flagship fundraising event, the Insurance Day for Dementia. DFN Project Search is a national charity committed to transforming the lives of young adults with a learning disability, autism spectrum condition, or both. They do this through working in partnership with companies from across a range of industries in the public and private sectors, schools and colleges, local authorities and specialist employment providers, to deliver a year-long supported internship that helps these young adults transition from education to the world of work. On completing the supported internship around 60% of graduates secure full-time, paid employment compared to the UK average of 4.8%. This provides these young adults with the freedom of choice to lead more happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives, because they have an equal opportunity of financial independence through securing full-time, paid work.

The Role
This newly formed role will be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser to establish a thriving corporate partnerships career; there are significant opportunities to develop existing and new relationships and create transformational corporate partnerships that change the lives of young adults.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and managing corporate relationships, responsibilities include researching and identifying potential partners, generating leads through networking, and preparing compelling pitches. The postholder will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Charity and contribute to the development and implementation of both the corporate partnerships and overarching fundraising strategy.
About you
The role will suit a commercially minded, emotionally intelligent and collaborative person. You will be able to demonstrate experience in building and developing a pipeline of prospect partners, collaboration with key internal stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to new business, possess excellent communication skills and ultimately have the ability to deliver long-term, strategic funding opportunities.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to head up our Digital Team, taking the lead on driving forward the organisation’s digital marketing and communications. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver the digital elements of the wider marketing and communications strategy, and line manage senior officers who lead the operations and development of our website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising activities.
You’ll play a lead role in maximising digital marketing opportunities, raising the profile of the organisation, communicating information, services and campaigns to new and existing supporters, and using insights and data to drive engagement and growth across the organisation. You’ll be the go-to expert for major initiatives that require digital support, from communication campaigns to change projects. The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is a charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.
This is an exciting new role for the BDA, which has been created with the purpose of recruiting, managing and supporting regional volunteers, leading specific outreach to groups impacted and disadvantaged by dyslexia and resulting life circumstances. This is a varied hands-on role that would suit a skilled volunteering professional, who will use their knowledge of volunteering best practice and experience to help us create the future for outreach volunteering at the BDA.
Location
Home-based (UK), with travel to the BDA office in Bracknell (Berkshire) and around the UK as and when necessary. Additionally, travel to team days approximately 1-2 times a year is required.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
·Recruiting, training and supporting regional volunteers and working with a national voluntary panel.
· Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of volunteers.
· Provide supervision and guidance to volunteers to ensure a positive volunteer experience.
· Coordinate volunteer training and onboarding processes.
· Maintain accurate volunteer records, including role, contract information and achievements.
· Monitor and evaluate the provision of outreach services to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Leading specific outreach to groups impacted and disadvantaged by dyslexia and resulting life circumstances.
· Promoting hubs, working closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues and creating referral routes to hub services.
· Coordinating with organisations and stakeholders at a national and local level, for joint working and support of the hubs.
· Creating resources and tools for hub volunteers to run services and for new hubs to establish in a consistent way.
· Evaluating services run by Local Hubs and contributing to knowledge and research on needs, provision and outcomes for people with dyslexia.
· Bringing together the network of Local Hubs, Local Dyslexia Associations and other member organisations - enabling them to share good practice, access training and peer support between volunteers.
· Create and maintain an internal engagement plan that supports the BDA to increase impact and reach through our work with communities, including best practice guidance and tools.
