The main duties of the Member Response Team Leader role include:

With an ability to foster a positive and collaborative working environment both remotely and in person, the Member Response Team Leader will be expected to provide clear direction, conduct appraisals, and support the professional development of their team. Strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and engage staff are essential.
The role of Member Response Team Leader offers hybrid working with flexibility to work from home outside of peak periods. Due to key operational and democratic activities, the Member Response Team Leader will be required to attend the office daily from February to April each year and additional periods throughout the year. Outside of this period, hybrid flexibility will apply in line with team needs and organisational policy.

Main duties and responsibilities
1. People Management
- Day-to-day management of staff and workflow
- Manage work allocation, future planning and support for team/line manager
- Through the appraisal system, identify training and development needs, train or organise training for staff
- Undertake induction programmes, 1 to 1s and appraisals with staff as appropriate

Job Purpose
The weekend Home & Settle Project Officer is responsible for responding to referrals received over the weekend from both Royal London Hospital & Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will work with the manager on Friday to deliver services and plan visits on the weekend for you to attend.
The service supports people returning after a stay in hospital, helping them to settle back at home, regain confidence and support with some practical tasks, e.g. shopping/cleaning. You will manage referrals, carry out assessments, and in liaison with the manager, allocate service users to Discharge and Settle Worker caseloads. You will provide direct frontline support and co-ordinate visits to the service users’ home in preparation for their return home. You will work collaboratively to lead and manage the weekend service to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users. The service is time limited, up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust, build confidence, and settle back in their homes.
Key Tasks

Act as the first point of contact for all referrals over the weekend across both hospitals.

Meet with patients in the community and/or hospital and carrying out assessments and risk assessments.

Enter referrals on to AUKEL’s case management system (currently Charity Log) in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Allocate referrals to Discharge and Settle workers (in the week) using tech available (currently the Call Round App), training will be available.

Collect feedback from service users and upload to case management system.

Prepare and keep stock of AUKEL Welcome Packs and service leaflets.

The Refugee Welcome Officer is an exciting and unique role, supporting groups across the county who engage with the Social Justice Network to take part in the Afghan Welcome Project. You will assist with group formation, volunteer recruitment, training and provide ongoing mentoring to ensure their success.
As Refugee Welcome Officer you will work closely with the groups, local authorities, the Home Office, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and other key stakeholders to source suitable housing, matching families to accommodation whilst ensuring compliance.

Overview
Social infrastructure refers to the physical spaces, facilities, and services that enable communities to thrive. This includes community centres, youth clubs, religious institutions, housing, parks, sports facilities, and larger institutions such as schools and medical centres.
Over the past few decades, this infrastructure, particularly those led by Black and racially minoritised people, has come under increased strain. This is due to a range of socio-economic developments, including austerity, privatisation of public services, and an increasingly complex grant-making sector.
The Strategic Alliance for Community Wealth Building was originally established in 2021. With a focus on supporting enterprise and asset development, the Alliance was created to bring together policy leaders, community groups, and infrastructure organisations to improve outcomes for Black and minoritised people and their respective communities. However, since 2021, the political landscape has changed significantly, and with it the challenges experienced by Black and racially minoritised organisations. This includes a growing climate crisis, Artificial
Intelligence, and the ongoing housing shortage across the country. Therefore, a new forum is required to ensure Black and racially minoritised communities are not left behind.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitation of workshops including design and presentation of relevant materials, communicating complex ideas relating to community wealth building and engagement with all participants.
• During SA events the postholder will focus on collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the sector, including community leaders, thinkers, policy professionals, and other stakeholders committed to an equitable future.
• Support with the development of the Strategic Alliance’s strategy, purpose, and long-term framework. Make sure than any ideas are captured and written into the work strands of the alliance, liaising closely with the Research and Policy Lead.
• Producing short briefs to inform discussion and debate within the Strategic Alliance for Community Wealth building meetings
• Delivery of reports informed by the content of the Strategic Alliance meetings.
• Organising meetings, workshops, events, and related research materials. This includes logistics, booking meeting spaces, sending invites and tracking responses, sending materials to participants, catering and refreshments. Some notetaking tasks may also be required.
• Offer support as above with other workstreams within the research and policy arm of community wealth building, including housing, climate, community asset development (Agbero), and the IVAR young researcher programme.

Essential

Desirable
• Knowledge of the voluntary and community sector, particularly in regards to Black and minoritised led organisations and influencers.
• Experience engaging in politics, particularly relating to community activism, economic development. This could be through your degree, internships, activism, or other forms of consistent engagement.
• Familiarity with working simultaneously on different types of productivity tools. This could include Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, etc.

The main focus of the role is to secure income for large-scale capital investment at Stanley Arts; alongside developing and maintaining relationships with statutory funders and trusts who maysupport programming and core running costs of the
building. Funding bodies will include Arts Council England, the National Lottery Heritage Fund and other voluntary sources, predominantly trusts and foundations.
The Development Manager will play a central role in securing income for Stanley Arts through two key areas:
1) Overseeing fundraising across trusts, foundations, statutory funders, corporate partners, and individual donors to support programming and core running costs.
2) Developing and delivering a major fundraising campaign to raise funds for a large-scale capital investment in Stanley Art’s future.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Development Manager will help shape the organisation’s strategic direction and ensure fundraising is embedded across the organisation. They will lead on individual giving and donor development, alongside capital, trust, and foundation fundraising.
Reporting to the Artistic Director/CEO, the Development Manager will line-manage and collaborate with the freelance Fundraiser, and work closely with the General Manager and Data & Insights Officer to ensure effective bid writing, relationship management, and reporting.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a fundraising/development role, preferably
within arts, heritage, or cultural organisations.
- Experience of individual giving programmes, including donor cultivation,
stewardship, and retention.
- Proven track record of successful major funding applications to trusts, foundations,
statutory bodies, and corporate funders.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, best practice, and ethical standards.
- Understanding of the role of fundraising in supporting organisational growth.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the College’s mission to improve child health by ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and business partnering across the organisation.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you will lead on the annual budgeting and forecasting process, produce regular financial performance reports, and develop financial models to support key strategic decisions. You will ensure that the College’s leadership has access to clear, insightful analysis to guide financial and operational planning.
You will foster a culture of effective business partnering, providing expert financial advice and support to budget holders and colleagues across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the annual budgeting process and developing regular reforecasts in alignment with the College’s strategic priorities
- Producing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
- Developing financial models to support key strategic and operational decisions
- Providing financial insight and advice to senior leadership and budget holders to support informed decision-making
- Line managing and developing the Finance Analyst, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
