Age UK is looking for a dedicated and experienced Hardware and Software Asset Delivery Manager to oversee and optimise the lifecycle management of a diverse IT asset portfolio across multiple sites on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for efficient purchasing, deployment, obsolescence management, and disposal of hardware, alongside managing collaborative and productivity software.

The role will ensure asset management services align with business needs and quality standards while managing service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance.

We are seeking a Funding Officer to join our passionate and friendly team in Northern Ireland.

This permanent position is part of our Southern Team, which covers the following Council areas: Ards and North Down, Mid Ulster, Newry Mourne and Down and Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon. Led by a Funding Manager and supported by four other Funding Officers, you will be responsible for the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon areas while also working flexibly across the wider local team to help meet the demands of our funding programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering over £30m annually to support communities and create real impact across Northern Ireland

Based primarily in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon areas, you will work from home and within local community settings. The role will also require travel to our Belfast office (around once every couple of weeks) as well as occasional visits to other parts of the Southern team area.

This is a varied and rewarding role and involves assessing funding applications across our programmes, managing grants and monitoring progress and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will use your local knowledge and experience to help ensure funding is directed where it can make the greatest difference to places, people and communities who experience poverty, disadvantage and discrimination.

We are looking for a Project Delivery Officer to help drive the success of our IT infrastructure and services projects. The Senior Individual Giving Officer will play a pivotal role in driving unrestricted income growth from individual supporters at Independent Age. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you will lead on the planning and delivery of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship activity. You’ll take ownership of key projects and manage multi-channel campaigns and donor journeys that deepen engagement, reduce attrition, and maximise lifetime value. From heartfelt appeals to personalised touchpoints, you’ll ensure every supporter feels valued and connected to our mission.

You will bring experience in managing the planning, budget, set-up, delivery and reporting and analysis of integrated multi-channel digital, direct and offline campaigns and activities that meet and exceed KPI’s. Digital expertise and experience working in a test and learn environment are also key. You’ll have an agile mindset, with the ability to work both proactively and reactively depending on changing priorities.  You must have a passion for, and affinity with, Independent Age’s cause.

Prepare budgets and reforecasts in line with

The Role

Theirworld is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager to support the development, delivery, and learning of education projects and innovation initiatives.

This role will work closely with the Director of Programmes and the wider Projects team to support the design and coordination of pilot projects that test bold, locally driven ideas across Theirworld’s three core pillars: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and delivery, innovation support, and strong coordination skills. They will work with diverse stakeholders, including community-based organisations, youth leaders, education NGOs, and policy makers to identify promising solutions, facilitate Theirworld’s accelerator programme, and gather insights to inform our broader strategy. The postholder will also contribute to knowledge sharing, event coordination, and organisational learning, helping ensure that new ideas are captured, tested, and amplified.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the planning and delivery of pilot innovative education projects, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with Theirworld’s strategic pillars and cross-cutting vital areas (gender, inclusion, climate, health & nutrition, peace & security).

• Coordinate project timelines, grant delivery, budgeting, reporting cycles, and partner check ins to ensure successful implementation.

• Support the team and local delivery partners with testing and pivoting through ongoing feedback mechanisms to strengthen impact and learning.

• Ensure project documentation, monitoring frameworks, and learning processes are maintained to inform potential scale.

Innovation Management

• Manage the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Theirworld’s Education Innovation Awards, including recruitment, onboarding, programming, and follow up with winning teams.

• Support the development and implementation of innovation focused interventions, tools, and methodologies across programme areas.

• Support in the coordination of internal innovation and contribute to the identification and advancement of high-potential concepts.

• Contribute to mentoring, capacity strengthening, and scale-readiness support for partners and youth-led initiatives.

Community Engagement and Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with grassroots innovators, youth-led organisations, and education-focused non-profits.

• Ensure inclusive engagement practices, enabling meaningful participation of local communities, educators, and youth in programme design and delivery.

• Work collaboratively with other Theirworld teams (Campaigns, Communications, Advocacy, Research) to ensure cohesion and integration across programmes.

Learning and Knowledge Sharing

• Document insights, lessons learned, and emerging practices from pilots and projects

• Support the creation of learning reports, and briefs that contribute to Theirworld’s growing body of knowledge.

• Coordinate and support convenings, events, or workshops that engage internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Team Contribution

• Actively participate in team-wide meetings, strategic planning, and internal initiatives to support programme delivery and organisational learning.

• Engage with our Development and Fundraising team to identify and support the cultivation of potential funders and supporters for the project pipeline 

• Provide flexible support to the Director of Programmes and project colleagues on cross-cutting tasks, event coordination, or strategic priorities as needed.

Experience, Skills and Character

• 3–5 years’ experience in project and innovation management, education, or international development.

• Experience supporting or delivering accelerator, innovation, or grant programmes (especially within the non-profit sector).

• Strong interest in education access, inclusion, and the role of innovation in system change.

• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Good communication skills with strong written and verbal English skills.

• Collaborative team player, with experience working with diverse communities and youth networks.

• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, iteration, and experimentation.

What’s the job?

In this exciting and varied role, you will take the lead in delivering commercial marketing initiatives that add real value to both students’ unions and our supplier partners. Working within the Commercial Development team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing the activity against brand development programmes across key sectors including retail, catering, and licensed trade. These initiatives are designed not only to drive commercial returns, but also to deliver on the values and mission of NUS – putting ethical, sustainable, and student-focused outcomes at the heart of everything we do.

Your role will include working with the buyers to negotiate marketing activity with NUS-approved suppliers, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with agreed budgets and the broader annual trading plan. You’ll be the key point of contact between suppliers and students’ unions, maintaining strong working relationships, identifying mutual opportunities, and ensuring each marketing activity is underpinned by a clear business case and measurable outcomes.

You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial partnerships. To succeed in this role, you’ll need significant experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales or account management environment, as well as a strong track record of project delivery. You should be confident in negotiating and managing budgets, using data and insight to inform decisions, and pitching marketing ideas to external stakeholders.

Breast Cancer Now changes the lives of people affected by breast cancer by combining the power of research and support and building a brighter future for everyone affected by breast cancer. World-class researchers work in labs across the UK and Ireland to create a world where the words "breast cancer" aren't met with fear. The Breast Cancer Now helpline, health information and support services help 600,000 people living with or beyond the disease, as well as their loved ones every day.

Breast Cancer Now believe that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live - and be supported to live well. But to create that future, we need to act now.

The Senior Programme Manager will work across teams within Breast Cancer Now and externally, to plan and manage, as part of Breast Cancer Now's exciting transformational growth plans, the delivery and evaluation phases of a 3-year pilot, train the trainer programme, in defined targeted areas within England and Scotland. This role covers the final 2 years of the pilot.

The programme will help drive forward the public health, inclusion, and awareness team's work across the UK, which is to empower patients and the public to play a full role in managing their own risk of getting breast cancer, diagnosing breast cancer earlier and improving their quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, thereby reducing the risk of recurrence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and development of Breast Cancer Now's Train the Trainer programme, ensuring effective project management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage a remote delivery team and external partners, including evaluation agencies and suppliers, providing strategic oversight and direction.
• Oversee public health and inclusion initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, community groups, and health sector partners across the UK.
• Ensure high-quality programme delivery, maintaining documentation, monitoring impact, managing budgets and small grants, and driving process improvements.
• Represent the charity externally, including at conferences and meetings, championing equity and inclusion in all aspects of public health engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing and delivering high-level projects and programmes, particularly in public health, behaviour change, and training delivery. You should have a strong background in developing both digital and face-to-face interventions for a range of audiences, including underrepresented groups and professionals across health, education, and community settings. Proven ability to manage people, budgets, and external partners is essential, alongside experience in independently delivering and evaluating projects. A solid understanding of health inequalities and the wider determinants of health are also essential.

You will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including within the NHS and community sectors. The successful candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a dispersed UK-wide team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. You will have excellent knowledge of monitoring and evaluation, as well as UK healthcare systems and the challenges they face. Experience of working in the charity/voluntary sector and within a cancer care environment are highly desirable.

This role can be based in the London or Glasgow offices. The programme is being delivered in England (Westminster and Leicester) and Scotland (Glasow and Lanarkshire), based on mortality rates of breast cancer and you will need to travel to these areas. The hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
