The focus of parkrun’s Communications Team is to make sure that parkrun’s communications are ‘always on’, accessible, inclusive and reaching those that too often are under-represented. The team also provides first-class support and guidance to the entire charity, working closely with outreach, and with our commercial team, which covers fundraising, partnerships and retail
Working closely with the junior parkrun Impact and Engagement Manager, the Senior Communications Officer will proactively lead and shape the marketing communications activity for junior parkrun. They will provide expert communications project management to plan, deliver and report on a variety of internal and external campaigns. The role has a particular focus on junior parkrun, with the aim of increasing participation amongst groups that are marginalised from opportunities to take part in social, physical activity, and who may be inactive/less active or in lower states of health.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Apprenticeship and Learner Management System Administrator to join the apprenticeship provision within the Harris Federation Central Team.
You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery and growth of our apprenticeship programmes. You’ll manage and maintain our Learning Management System, ensure accurate learner data, and provide essential support to both learners and stakeholders - helping to drive talent development and learning across our network of academies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:
Learner Management System (LMS)
- Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the Apprenticeship Tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and the usage of the apprenticeship Levy
- Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a daily basis
- Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date and are accurate including off the job learning
- Supporting with the on boarding of learners on the Harris Federation main provider provision and the completion of relevant enrolment documentation, procedures, and guidance
Learner Support
- Supporting Harris Federation as an apprenticeship training provider ensuring all data held on our apprentices both internal and external remains accurate and up to date

Speaking and listening skills underpin our success in school, work and throughout our lives. Developing young people’s oracy skills equips them with the tools needed to navigate education systems, pursue career ambitions and achieve their potential. As Voice 21 embarks on its ambitious next five-year strategy, we are looking to strengthen our team with a talented and ambitious Fundraising Manager. Your role will support the Head of Fundraising, CEO and wider team to develop new sources of high value support for Voice 21, working flexibly across trusts and foundations, corporate and philanthropic fundraising.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a knack for identifying funding opportunities and discovering new prospects. With excellent research, communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll work collaboratively with senior colleagues to strengthen our pipeline and drive long term growth in voluntary income. You’ll also contribute your ideas and initiative to develop and deliver compelling engagement opportunities for current and potential supporters, and lead on reporting impact to funders. Ultimately the post-holder is expected to grow in this role, to manage their own portfolio of high value donors.
You’ll be joining the fundraising team at an exciting time as we look to build out the function in the coming years. The Head of Fundraising has been in post just over a year, and has put solid foundations in place to support long term growth. With a healthy pipeline already developed for the current and next financial year, you’ll have plenty of lead time to find your feet, with a realistic (shared) fundraising target of securing c.£500K of new voluntary income in 2027. There is significant untapped potential in fundraising for Voice 21. Key responsibilities

Essential knowledge and skills

Where you’ll work: All Voice 21 staff work remotely and this is a home-based role. Regular travel to our central London office (by Victoria station) is expected for meetings. Regular travel to visit our projects in schools and/or to meet funders will also be expected. Occasional overnight stays may be required too. Voice 21 pays travel and accommodation expenses. The package of salary and expenses will be considered when agreeing a starting salary with the successful candidate.
Contract: Permanent, subject to successful probation review after three months.

About the role:
As Property Manager & Estate Administrator you will help the Trust uphold the highest standards of property management. Reporting directly to the Head of Estate Management, you will oversee the management of half of the Trust's direct let residential property portfolio of around 160 homes. This important role ensures operational efficiency within the portfolio, fostering positive tenant relationships, while contributing directly to the Trust's charitable work.
Your responsibilities will span both operational delivery and administrative support, ensuring estates run smoothly, remain compliant, and continue to deliver high-quality living standards for tenants.
Working closely with both the Property and Finance teams, you will:
- Conduct annual residential property inspections and rent reviews
- Ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements, including EICRs, gas safety checks, and EPCs
- Manage tenant communications, debt levels, and minimise void periods
- Coordinate planned and emergency repairs and maintenance within budget
- Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements and manage deposit processes
- Maintain accurate property and compliance records using our property management system
- Draft essential documents and liaise with solicitors where needed
- Gather and record property data such as meter readings and council tax details
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and support accurate financial reporting
- Use mapping tools such as Pear GIS to create property plans

Job summary
The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a charity that supports members who work in, or are interested in, tropical medicine and global health.
In September 2028 it is hosting the International Congress for Tropical Medicine and Malaria (ICTMM) on behalf of the International Federation for Tropical Medicine (IFTM), in Liverpool, UK.
ICTMM 2028 expects to receive over 1,500 attendees, hopefully with over 40% coming from outside of Europe. It is an educational meeting with a high proportion of the content driven by abstracts. The event is being delivered by RSTMH with the support of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).
The ICTMM Events Manager has responsibility for coordinating the development and delivery of ICTMM 2028 at RSTMH, working with the RSTMH team, the PCO, the event venue ACC Liverpool, IFTM, and other suppliers. The individual would be based at RSTMH where the role would start on a part-time basis and move to be full-time 17 months before the event.
The role requires an able self-starter who understand the logistics and considerations of running a scientific, abstract-driven event of 1,500+ attendees, of working with a PCO and of educational events attended by a high number of international guests. There will be some travel to Liverpool and the role would require some overnight stays there before and during the event.
The candidate needs to have excellent event management and project management skills, communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised and flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be as comfortable developing an events strategy, as answering queries about tickets sales, and negotiating sponsorship. Alongside delivering the ICTMM meeting there are opportunities for partners to deliver events at the same venue, which are also the responsibility of the events manager.
The role will start as one day per week and then move to be full time as we approach the event. The current expected timings are
- Up until 31 March 2026 – 7 hours/1 day per week
- 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 – 21 hours/3 days per week
- 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2028 – 35 hours/ 5 days per week
Up to 1 April 2027 the role is purely office based, and there is flexibility to work the hours between Tuesday and Friday (not Mondays). The role has core hours of 10am-4pm so the working day needs to be within these hours.

- Experienced working with PCOs, Committees, and ideally Board members and high profile speakers
- Numerate with experience of budget management including forecasting, and financial monitoring
- Experience of working with a CRM system, running reports and analysing data as needed
- Willingness to work unsocial hours, and to travel outside of London, with reasonable notice
