Responsibilities of our Digital Learning Specialist:
- Take overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Digital Learning in Cats Protection
- Working with colleagues across the charity, you will lead the development of bespoke Digital Learning programmes to meet the needs of volunteers and employees
- Support the Head of Organisational Learning and People Development in meeting the Learning and Development (L&D) management information needs of the charity and in demonstrating return on investment of L&D activity
- Provide expert project management support to the L&D Team
About the Digital Learning team:
The Digital Learning team is one of three internal learning teams that work together to deliver organisational capability. Led by the Digital Learning Specialist this team works with stakeholders across the organisation to meet their needs. Core aspects of their work include:
- Manage the development and maintenance of our Learner Management System (LMS) ensuring it is fit for purpose and providing support for the wider L&D team and learners.
- Develop data analysis to help L&D to understand leaners’ needs and experiences.
- Create high-quality e-learning using established development processes and working with subject matter experts from across the organisation.
What we’re looking for in our Digital Learning Specialist:
- Significant experience of managing and implementing digital learning programmes for a large organisation with volunteers and employees, supporting strategic aims and cultural change
- Proven experience of researching, designing, delivering and evaluating high quality digital learning products and solutions that meet organisational and individual needs

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit three Analysts for the EU Portfolio to join their team in London or Brussels. Theese are exciting opportunities to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution in these newly created roles.
As an Analyst in the EU Portfolio you will play a critical role in Clean Air Fund supporting delivery of projects at both pan-European and national level across nine Member States in the European Union. This includes project and grant management, as well as the design and management of partnerships with a wide variety of grantee partners including civil society organisations, research institutions (think-tanks and universities) and industry. The geographical scope of these grants will be at the national level and / or the pan-European level. You will work on projects across the two-year programme on AAQD transposition and implementation as part of the Europe team under the guidance of Project Director in a matrix system. Tasks will combine managing and supporting a set of grants, as well as managing and supporting a wide range of projects and workstreams across the breath of the organization.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Experience in project management for an international non-governmental organisation or a philanthropic organisation in Europe.
- Experience in working on environment, health and/or air quality issues.
- Experience in networking and building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional European languages is considered a significant asset, including French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, German or Greek.
- Evidence of capacity to work in range of cultural and socio-economic contexts, adapting style and approach appropriately and in a culturally sensitive manner. Excellent communication skills including grant and report writing, minute taking, delivering presentations and keeping internal stakeholders updated.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Fundraising professional to join our Individual Giving Team, focussing on our mid value programme and assisting with the production and development of campaigns aimed specifically for this audience.
Direct Marketing plays an important role in the organisation’s fundraising and overall corporate strategy, and we have seen a fantastic growth in our mid-value programme to date. We’re looking for a confident and proactive fundraiser to take responsibility for the delivery and development of this audience and further shape the programme.
As a Direct Marketing Executive, you’ll use a range of channel content to reach and meet the needs of your audience and tailor your approach based on audience insight.

With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage direct marketing campaigns in the form of seasonal appeals, email updates, and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently review KPIs and make evidence-based choices to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.
What we want from you
We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive who has excellent knowledge and experience of working in a fundraising environment is vital, you’ll also be able to demonstrate your knowledge and/or experience of stewarding donors by understanding the importance of meeting their needs.
You’ll possess first class communication skills; a strong team ethic and you will be at ease working with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage expenditure budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance. Knowledge of direct marketing and fundraising law would be advantageous as well as philanthropy experience.

Role Description
Office Administration:
- Work with the SLT to implement and maintain core policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, audits, certifications, and training (fire drills, first aid, evacuation procedures).
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to uphold appropriate processes and procedures.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, positive and creative communicator to help our small team support and empower people living with a genetic bleeding disorder.
It might sound obvious, but we need someone who loves communicating - whether that’s chatting to supporters at events, writing engaging content or creating eye-catching social media posts.You’ll immerse yourself in the wide range of work our small charity does and help us maximise its impact.
Your main focus will be on shaping and improving content and engagement on our social media channels, with support from our Digital Marketing and Content Manager, but this is a varied role with lots of opportunities to get involved in a wide range of projects. There’ll also be ample of opportunities to develop your skills and experience – both learning from members of the team and through external training.
We’re really proud of the work we do. This year’s highlights include writing and launching a ground-breaking report on the treatment of women and girls, coordinating a nationwide celebration of sport and organising a weekend event for parents of children newly diagnosed with a bleeding disorder. You will work closely with the small team at the Haemophilia Society to ensure a positive, engaging, consistent, regular and effective programme of communication.

- Assume the day-to-day running of our social media channels, with support from our Digital Marketing and Content Manager.
