Job Purpose
The aim of this role is to enhance community relations, ensuring that residents are heard, supported and engaged in important change in South Kilburn. South Kilburn is home to more than 7,500 people, many of which have been impacted by long term regeneration. Involving residents in shaping their future is central to our purpose, whether by ensuring local assets and amenities work for them, or by influencing service delivery. This makes the Community Engagement Coordinator an exciting and important role within the team.
Main Tasks:
Volunteer Recruitment, Training and Coordination
· Recruit and maintain a team of twenty active volunteers from the local community to assist in community building initiatives.
· Develop and deliver a volunteer programme to engage the South Kilburn community which will likely include, but not limited to:
o Community research and consultation
o Promoting community cohesion through events
o Mobilising residents through participation in action groups, community forums and resident panels.

We’re looking for a strategic, innovative and proactive Communications and Marketing Lead to drive forward Save the Rhino’s communications across all touch points, delivering our ambitious five-year strategy. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this role is key to shaping our public voice, strengthening our organisation’s brand and driving greater awareness and engagement with rhino conservation.
This is a broad and influential role for an experienced communications and marketing professional to amplify our core conservation messaging alongside our fundraising campaigns. You will bring clear tactical vision and a deep understanding of how targeted communications can advance organisational reputation, support conservation goals and engage diverse audiences.
You’ll oversee all aspects of external communications including messaging, media, PR, digital, campaigns and brand. With a talent for storytelling and an eye for detail, you’ll be confident and experienced in turning complex information into accessible, compelling content. From writing press releases on the latest rhino news, to supporting successful fundraising campaigns, this role is ideal for someone who excels in strategic thinking as well as hands-on delivery. Purpose
The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty. - Implementation of a strategic plan to significantly increase major donor income, with a target of 17.5% of overall revenue within 3 years.

As Major Donor Manager you will lead the major donor team whilst managing three major donor officers. Job purpose

The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.
You will be joining us at our busiest time, and will have day to day logistical and administration responsibilities with focus on supporting applicants through the selection stages of our programme, Approach Social Work.
You will work with the Selection team and share responsibilities between other Selection Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient recruitment process and to ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout.
