The Impact & Grants Manager will work as part of the Philanthropy Fund team to help guide our high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in their grant making, revealing to clients the impact their generosity has achieved.  Performing thorough and appropriate research on causes that fulfil their giving strategy, you will also empower them to make fulfilling decision summary of the role.

As more wealth passes to the next generation, impact measurement is an increasingly critical aspect of philanthropy, and you will be released to lead the development of this area.

Further to this, the Impact & Grants Manager will give high priority to partner relationships, ensuring transparency and good governance.  You will work closely with the Senior Grants Manager, Relationship Managers and Account Managers to provide an excellent team service for our Philanthropy Fund clients.

The Philanthropy Fund is a growing service, and this role is designed to add expertise and capacity to develop its excellent provision.  You will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the service, and refine the role over time according to emerging client needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Data and Insights Officer you will work with the Chief Impact Officer, within our Impact Team. Responsiblities will include: 

Database Usage and Reporting

• Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.  
• Use our database management system to generate reports and data analysis for the Senior Management Team, and other internal colleagues, to support marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, statutory information requests and organisational insight.
• Enhance our data analysis and reporting by developing predictive modelling and exploring statistical significance of our findings.
• Prepare reports for college partners, funders, and the Board, which set out our data, findings and impact,
• Confidently write about insights and findings from our data, generating learnings and recommendations for the organisation and other stakeholders.

Internal and External Evaluations

• Support the Chief Impact Officer in developing assessment frameworks to robustly measure our impact and designing dissemination plans, to best harness and communicate that impact.
• Oversee and implement internal evaluation activity, for example, finalising student surveys, focus group and interview tools.
• Review and enhance data collection tools, process, analysis, and reporting.
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of our evaluation data; and use the data to make recommendations to improve programme quality.
• Review and keep abreast of literature and research in the further education, wider education, tuition and research landscape. You will share and apply learnings to our evaluation processes and programme delivery.

The Fundraising Writer will help ensure the Partnerships & Philanthropy (P&P) Team has access to the information and assets needed to drive income generation and to meet our goals.

Details of the role

You will design and deliver Jangala’s monitoring, evaluation and data analysis activities. The role will report to Jangala’s Head of Programmes and be a member of the Jangala’s programmes department which leads on the delivery of Jangala’s donor-funded programmes in the UK and internationally, deploying Jangala’s award-winning technology and developing partnerships with community groups and grassroots organisations, charities, local authorities and the United Nations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing Jangala’s M&E and data analysis systems across UK and international projects, aligning with our 2030 Vision and Theory of Change, as well as donor requirements

• Leading the design and implementation of both quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, including structured surveys, stakeholder interviews and case studies, ensuring methods are ethical and appropriate for diverse contexts

• Developing pipelines and scripts (primarily in Python) to analyse and interpret device telemetry data - eg. usage patterns, uptime, throughput and context-specific behaviours - across tens of thousands of devices operating in a variety of contexts

• Integrating qualitative findings with telemetry and survey data to develop a holistic understanding of impact, progress against indicators and our Theory of Change

• Collecting and analysing data and feedback from partners, end users and stakeholders eg. interviews, surveys and the development of case studies

• Collaborate with delivery partners and external stakeholders  to carry out M & E activities and report creation

• Ensuring the secure and organised storage of M&E data and supporting system improvements for capture and access

• Supporting fundraising and communications through evidence-based storytelling and impact narratives

The person we're looking for

As one of two PR Managers, you'll be the key point of contact for all PR communications, helping to develop and execute forward-thinking PR plans and strategies. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the internal communication team at London Fire Brigade. The team is in the process of modernising and streamlining the organisation’s communication channels to improve the experience for firefighters, other operational colleagues, and headquarters teams.

Modernisation and evolution of our digital channels is a key part of our ambition. The team is in the process of piloting digital screens in fire stations, with a view to rolling out an agile system to all 102 fire stations across London.

Alongside this, the team is rationalising regular newsletters into more agile online publications, and evaluating opportunities to better use app-based communication within a growing digital channels portfolio. We are continuously improving our SharePoint-based intranet and looking for ways to make it easier and more intuitive for colleagues to find the information they need to do their roles, and to keep up with the latest developments across the Brigade.

The role is London-based and requires at least 40% in-office working to facilitate collaborative working with stakeholders.

We are looking for a PA & Events Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team and help with the planning and execution of internal and external events. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will play a crucial role in upholding and improving our overall operational excellence.

We are a small, dynamic team, so there is also plenty of scope to get involved with other things and gain an insight into all areas of the charity, with opportunities for growth and development. 

We have really ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond so we’re looking for an individual who has a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude!

About the role

As PA & Events Assistant you will:

• Manage diaries and inboxes for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely responses to correspondence.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes as required.

• Oversee general organisational inboxes (e.g., info@), ensuring prompt and appropriate responses or delegations.

• Maintain organised records of communications on our CRM and follow-up actions.

• Manage guest lists for all events, including invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communications.

• Own and update action trackers for key events, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

• Liaise with event suppliers and coordinate logistics to ensure successful event delivery.

• Support the maintenance of our volunteer database and for events ensure volunteers are engaged and recognized for their contributions.

• Recruit and coordinate volunteers for events.

• Organise and manage internal social events and initiatives, such as staff socials and the buddy system.

• Support the day-to-day office facilities, including maintenance requests, supplies inventory, and liaising with service providers.

• Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices and volunteer expense claims. 

• Manage the inventory and fulfillment of merchandise orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and funding outcomes on our CRM.

About you

Based within easy commuting distance of our office in Westminster, our ideal candidate would have some experience of being a PA and event organisation.

About the role:
As Responsible Business Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) across members’ operations. You’ll provide expert advice, coordinate responsible business initiatives, and work with internal teams to ensure supply chain risks are identified and addressed. This is a unique opportunity to shape ethical conduct in the private sector and influence change from boardroom to tea field.

You’ll also lead engagement with the Global Tea Coalition, manage stakeholder relationships, and design learning and communications content that helps members understand and act on sustainability issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advise members on responsible business practices and HREDD implementation
• Support design and integration of responsible business elements into global programmes
• Develop guidance and assess member practices against updated membership criteria
• Produce briefings, toolkits, and peer learning events on responsible sourcing and due diligence
• Lead and coordinate the Global Tea Coalition (GTC), supporting strategic planning and member engagement
• Monitor sector developments and certification standards, advising on alignment with values

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, ideally within agricultural supply chains
• Strong understanding of human rights, environmental risks, and the global tea sector
• Familiar with HREDD, UNGPs, OECD guidelines, and certification frameworks
• Experience working with business leaders to promote responsible sourcing and supply chain accountability
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and securing buy-in for practical solutions
• Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
• Capable of leading research, developing proposals, and managing collaborative initiatives
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate qualification preferred, ideally in sustainability, international development, or a related field

Operations and Service Delivery Lead

An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and event management. The Education Directorate with our client is looking for an operations and service-delivery lead with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple complex workstreams, to join them in the Business development and education support team.

The Education directorate delivers a wide range of educational programmes for doctors of all grades. The portfolio includes one- and two-day workshops, their accredited programmes, commissioned programmes, online courses, podcasts, and Masters programmes in partnership with university partners.

They have wide portfolio including topics such as teaching, learning, assessment, feedback, supervision and communication skills. The directorate has a team of educationalists who design and deliver these programmes and a team of education coordinators and librarians who provide management and all aspects of learner support.

About the role

You will work closely with internal colleagues such as educationalists, project managers and administrators, as well as colleagues in finance, IT, HR, and communications. You will lead and manage a team, and you’ll be required to work collaboratively with a broader team of volunteer clinical faculty who help us develop and deliver our programmes.

You’ll work closely with the Head of relationships and engagement and the Projects and credentials lead, to ensure that the team support all areas of the business, including event management, projects, marketing and quality assurance.

You will make an impact every day by:

• Leading a busy and fast-paced team who deliver education coordination and library services for the directorate, role modelling positive attitude and collaborative working
• Taking responsibility for the team providing excellent customer service to learners, faculty and commissioners
• Taking ownership of providing high-quality written documentation, including templates for learner correspondence, reports for Boards and marketing copy.

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team to administer the financial affairs of the District. This role will include working closely with the District Secretary and Treasurer to implement financial policies and controls, assisting with preparing budgets and accounts, managing payroll, processing receipts and payments and maintaining appropriate accounting records.

Responsibilities

Financial Controls and Policies

• Support the District Treasurer to implement proper financial policies and controls, ensuring appropriate accounting codes for churches and charities are complied with.

Budgets and Accounts

• Assist the District Secretary, Treasurer and Resourcing Mission Committee to prepare budget and circuit assessments for the District with reference to the District Mission Plan.
• Work with the District Secretary and Treasurer to prepare annual accounts for the District, including liaising with the auditors and helping to draft the Trustees’ Annual Report, particularly with regard to accounting practice and policies.
• Support the District Secretary as needed to ensure compliance with the Methodist Church and Charity Commission requirements, including supplying the information for HMRC P11D forms.

Payroll

• Ensure District employees’ and ministers’ payroll information is correct and liaise with the central Methodist payroll bureau so that staff are paid on time.

Administration of Bank Accounts

• Monitor cash flow and administer transfers between bank accounts.
• Set up approved payments in online banking and liaise with signatories to authorise these for payment.
• Liaise with the Treasurer and/or District Secretary on transactions with the Central Finance Board and Trustees for Methodist Church Purposes, preparing paperwork to facilitate drawdown of funds.
• Administer changes to banking mandates.
• Administer changes to Direct Debits and Standing Order instructions.

Receipts and Payments/Book-keeping

• Check invoices and expenses claims for accuracy, before sending to authorised persons for approval.
• Record all bank transactions for all bank accounts on a monthly basis.
• Produce monthly fund summaries, with detailed analyses.
• Provide monthly ‘sub-accounts’, where required, for specific projects

Other key tasks

• Manage the District’s Financial Record systems, including archiving information as necessary
• With the District Secretary, review and renew the District’s Insurance Policies. 
• Maintain the District’s Asset Register.
• Other duties commensurate with the role as agreed with the District Secretary.

This is an exciting time to join the Audience Insight team, part of the Brand and Communications function within the Income and Engagement directorate. The scope of our work is wide-ranging. We lead on market research projects across the Society, supporting not just Income and Engagement, but also Research, Influencing, and Services. Over the past year, we’ve delivered a diverse mix of qualitative and quantitative projects, both internally and through external agencies. We use cutting-edge techniques, including neuroscience and behavioural science, to generate impactful insights that drive change across the charity.
