We are looking for a team member who is passionate about applying therapeutic approaches in non-clinical group settings, can inspire and support young people to take the lead in devising their own work, and committed to delivering wellbeing through creativity. You’ll bring a therapeutic lens to help shape a pioneering new school engagement project, developed in partnership with local primary and secondary schools and youth clubs. Project Overview

The Inspiration Academy will support Years 6-8 to engage with education, strengthen attainment and wellbeing, develop leadership skills, and build a sense of belonging. It is part of a new Belonging Partnership which represents a unique opportunity over 3 years to make a difference to young people during one of the most challenging periods of their lives. The partnership will enable us to track progress and share practice, with multiple perspectives available to assess how young people have benefited, including teachers and parents/carers. We know how rare such opportunities are and we are therefore hugely excited about it.

DreamArts’ contribution to the partnership is the Inspiration Academy, designed to reach 150 pupils in 5 primary schools annually. Of these, 30 young people identified as at-risk of disengagement receive tailored group-based support as they transition to Pimlico Academy.  

Year 6 students from partner primaries will choose and explore a meaningful issue and lead a creative campaign for their school community. Those at risk of disengagement will work alongside peers, taking on positive roles that reshape their self-perception.

A week-long summer intensive will equip at-risk students with a ‘toolkit’ to navigate the academic, social, and emotional challenges of secondary school. Once at Pimlico Academy, they’ll train as Inspiration Ambassadors, delivering workshops to future cohorts.

Additionally, Family Express will provide parents/carers with a creative space to explore challenges alongside their children and other families, strengthening relationships and resilience. Through these opportunities, young people will be supported to build a sense of belonging within their schools and within their wider community.

Responsibilities

The Project Therapist will work alongside the Project Lead and provide a group-based creative therapeutic approach to the planning and co-delivery of the Inspiration Academy. You will help identify mental health and educational needs and co-develop strategies for reducing barriers to participation so that young people can:

· Explore who they are

· Build positive relationships with peers and adults

· Improve their sense of belonging within their school community

Overview

Since our establishment in 2017 many funders, community members, professional partners – not to mention mums and minis - have bought in to our vision and seen our project grow  to a staff team that hovers around the 15, and a turnover well above £500k. Our success means that we are now looking to recruit to a new and vital role of director of operations. This critical  role  will work alongside the CEO to make sure that our ideas and ambitions are matched by sure-footed implementation, safe structures, and workable policies.

You will ensure efficiency, compliance, clarity, reporting and calm in the running of our fast-moving, multi-faceted grassroots charity. You will be the unwavering back-stop behind the exciting innovation, and the busy front-line.  Your organisational skills and operational expertise will create and maintain a structure which is safe, sustainable, efficient and transparent -  while being agile enough to allow our volunteers and staff to pivot when necessary in order to meet the ever-evolving needs of our mums and minis.

This leadership role includes line management of project leads, staff and volunteer recruitment, reporting and budget management, HR responsibilities the development of policies and procedures, as well as occasionally deputising for the CEO

• Strategic Leadership
  • Work within the charity’s mission, vision and values, and strategic plan to ensure and oversee the smooth running of all day to day activities of the charity.

o Ensure smooth operations across physical assets and digital infrastructure.

o Liaise with co-tenants and freeholder as well on all building matters.

o Prepare for, attend and play a leadership role in quarterly Finance and Risk meetings as well as attending termly Board meetings

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in charity operations, non-profit management, early years setting, or a related field.
• Management qualification a bonus but not essential.

• Ability to develop and implement policies and operational procedures effectively.

• You will unflinchingly interrogate our systems, policies and practices, while be extremely gentle with our people – creating psychological safety not only for all of our mums and minis, but also our staff and volunteers.
• Your attitude will be pragmatic and ‘can do’  as  you carve a realistic path between confidence and caution when planning projects and delivery.
• You will understand that structure creates safety, but too much could be stifling  – you will be emotionally and socially aware enough to walk this line.
• You will have experience of in line-managing project leads, with a track record of strategic oversight and performance development

  Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the CEO,  and - on occasion - the board of Trustees, working closely with Finance and Fundraising leads, Project managers, and external HR and H&S provider.

Place of Work

This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Capital Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the transformation and development of our school estate. • Managing the consultations, admissions, branding, marketing, FF&E and uniform of all new schools
• Providing professional services to the individual schools and ensuring the Federation complies with relevant property legislation, regulations and guidance

Working with the Head of Programmes, Diocesan colleagues, and parish representatives, the Project Manager will oversee planning, budgeting, governance, and reporting processes across the MDP project. This role will be vital in supporting parish leaders and PCCs to lead and deliver their local MDP initiatives effectively.

The successful applicant will be an experienced and highly organised project manager, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to manage risk, track project outcomes, and support change across a variety of contexts. A background in monitoring and evaluation is important, and a desire to serve the mission of the Church will be key to thriving in this role. Experience of working with Church of England structures is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build strong working relationships with the 15 MDPs, acting as a governance and communications link with the Diocesan MDP Project Board

· Oversee and report on progress, risks, outcomes, and finances across all MDP projects

· Track progress against milestones and budgets, escalating risks and managing changes as needed

· Support the sharing of learning and success stories in collaboration with the Communications Officer and Mission and Ministry Development team

· Manage the MDP budget, including drawing down and allocating funds and reporting to stakeholders

· Act as secretary to the MDP Project Board and report to senior diocesan bodies including the Bishops Leadership Team and Diocesan Synod

In this role, you will operationally manage the activities and tasks outlined in the CRM project plan, working closely with the Head of Volunteering & Engagement, the CRM Strategic group and the CRM Working group.  The project plan includes four stages: (1) Understanding/prioritising our organisational needs, (2) Mapping potential providers, (3) Commissioning and deciding on a provider, (4) Implementation of a new system. We are currently at Stage 2, moving into Stage 3. 

This is a fixed term role with a two-year commitment and delivery plan.  You will work closely with the National Volunteer Engagement Manager to help embed the new VMS or CRM across our delivery team, working practically and equitably with colleagues to understand any individual challenges or needs and finding appropriate ways to support them. 

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive CRM Project Coordinator to lead the next phase of our CRM development project.

You’ll operationally manage the delivery of our CRM plan, support the commissioning of a new system, and develop and drive forward a clear implementation strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery, while coordinating training, ensuring compliance, and embedding inclusive practices.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Policy & Projects Officer. Reporting to our Policy & Projects Manager, you will be instrumental in organising and coordinating various initiatives aimed at amplifying the voices of care workers. Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Policy & Projects Manager to plan and execute advocacy and campaigning projects 

• Create and promote surveys
