Brief role description
The People Team Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the People Team, with responsibility for recruitment and onboarding of new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating benefits, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. The role holds ownership of HR administration, including the production of HR paperwork, and serves as the day-to-day generalist HR contact for all employees on behalf of the team.
In addition, the People Team Administrator plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the Charity’s HR strategy and associated projects, providing robust support to the Head of People and the People Team Advisor and wider stakeholders across the organisation. The role requires compliance at all times with company policies, procedures, and prevailing UK employment legislation.

Main Purpose of Job
The Youth Engagement Worker’s role is to create positive, safe, educational, and memorable experiences for young people on our programmes. Youth Engagement Workers will lead a variety of youth programmes, sessions, assemblies, and community-based projects in both local schools and the wider community. Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate young people through positive, creative and developmental sessions and activities.
- Supervise and take responsibility for pastoral care and safety needs of the young people.
- Deliver centre-based, community, school, and outdoor/adventurous activities and sessions.
- Consider youth voice and involve young people in the planning and delivery of activities on offer, and ensure they are innovative and effective.

The Selection Criteria
Essential
Qualifications and experience
1. At least one year’s experience of delivering positive activities with young people (either in a voluntary or paid capacity).
2. Youth Work level 2 or alternative equivalent experience
3. Experience of inspiring and motivating young people from a variety of cultural, economic and social backgrounds.
4. Experience of planning, leading and facilitating both large and small group sessions, and 1 to 1 activity.
5. A Safeguarding and First Aid qualification or willingness to complete training.
Skills, Knowledge, and ability
1. An awareness of current socio-economic issues and trends which may affect young people and youth employment in the locations we work in.

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence. There are 3 buildings in the cluster, all of them are lone-working.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.
Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.
The shift schedule covers Monday to Sunday, working five days each week on a rolling rota that combines weekdays and weekends. Over a five-week period, there are two complete weekends off.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Primary Intervention Manager will lead and coordinate the delivery of all primary intervention services within the academy. The Transformation Hub Manager will play a pivotal role in reshaping our service offerings by creating a vibrant, inclusive, and strengths-based hub for our communities - many of who are underserved, including asylum seekers, refugees, residents facing isolation, and those affected by homelessness. Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for Neurodivergent children, young people and families using evidence-based methodologies. Information about the Job Role
This full-time role will be best suited for applicants who are able to balance a busy work schedule being both office based and community based, working mainly with 16 – 25 year old children, young people and their families, and delivering workshops and one to one support in a range of community based settings, and at CDI sites. Applicants must be willing to travel around Croydon as the service is community based. Occasional travel outside of Croydon may also arise to best meet the needs of those accessing the service. This role will include session, activity and resources design and delivery.

We have a team of 15 Link Workers and Care Coordinators spread throughout the borough and in this role you will lead and manage the team.

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.
The role is home-based, in Yorkshire, with regular travel to schools across the county and occasional forays to schools in the North-West. Several times a year travel will be required to London, where our office is based.

Key responsibilities
- Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:
- an introductory Programme Call with the Lead teacher;

- booking in First Give facilitated sessions
- Ensure all programmes are delivering all core elements of the First Give programme
- Update and monitor Salesforce to track programme delivery
